This is the absolute worst car wash I've ever been to. I'm not one to write bad reviews but this is ridiculous! I've given it 3 tries now I've put over 15 quarters in the car wash machine at one time & get a total o 6 mins.the brush never works it stalls out after 2 minutes and I'm left with a horrible streaky messy looking a car. The attendant is never on site to give my money back or Grant me the minutes that I paid for.

For as much as they charge now ($20) you would think you're getting a better drive through carwash....but it's not. There is ALWAYS soap left over that you have to wash again. And the spot free rinse is anything but spot free. The air dryers don't dry. They just move water around your vehicle. I've taken a truck, car and van through this car wash. When you begin to drive in there used to be people upfront pre-treating your car, this has stopped. So. For what they charge they need to put a few guys at the end to wipe off the soap left over and make sure your car is clean. This just shows they do not care if you are satisfied. If they cared they would have somebody at the end of the wash to make sure they didn't just move the dirt around your vehicle.

I really liked Soapies car wash. I chose the $12.00 automatic wash and was surprised at the clean result. My only complaint is I did not understand the $12.00 wash too have wax. It did. That liquid wax will not leave my window forever now. The wash facility was clean with no trash blowing around. The appearance overall is excellent. I would absolutely use this facility again.

I use this car wash because I have a black truck and this is the only place I know of that has a wash bay with out the brushes. BUT I also spray the mud off before I go into the wash area. BEWARE when you use a debit card for those particular bay areas. I was in there for only maybe 5 minutes if that and my debit card was charged $15!!!!!! It says to hold the button down for a couple seconds and it cancels your wash. But it doesn’t!!!it just kept charging my debit card until it maxed out I guess! So I paid $15 to spray the mud from my truck for maybe 5 minutes and the $14 to go thru the other wash area. That was one EXPENSIVE car wash that day! Bring your quarters, DO NOT USE YOUR DEBIT CARD!

When it's up & running this car wash is great as one of the only touchless (brushless) car washes in Longview. Get the mid-grade wash because it does the under-carriage. The polish & rain protection is usually not filled, so don't be disappointed. UPDATE: Horrible paid for the highest package, didn't dry the car & most if not all the products were obviously out. Will not be back

Don’t swipe your card… better yet don’t use their services. They charged me 20 bucks and I did all the labor. Besides the outrageous cost the wand pressure kept dropping randomly for a few seconds while the pump built up pressure. Soapies don’t own a business if your equipment is garbage, especially when it’s 20 dollars for me to do the work… sad

My experience at this establishment's self-service car wash was profoundly disappointing. The functionality of essential equipment was severely compromised. Specifically, the spray wand dispensed a negligible amount of detergent, rendering it ineffective. The foaming brush, despite audible indications of operation, failed to produce any foam. Furthermore, the 'triple shine' feature dispensed a yellowish, residual substance rather than the intended solution, leaving an undesirable film on my vehicle. The efficacy of the clear coat protectant was also questionable, as it appeared to be merely water. In total, I invested $5.50, and my vehicle remains in a state comparable to its pre-wash condition. Consequently, I will need to seek alternative cleaning services. While I generally prefer manual washing to automated systems, the deficiencies observed here necessitate a complete re-evaluation of this location's service quality.

This was the worst drive through car wash experience! 14.00 for a wash just for it to leave soap all over my vehicle and me having to turn around and manually wash it to get the soap off my vehicle, on top of that it didn't get any dirt off of the car. Definitely a lesson learned!

Used to be an okay car wash if you could deal with the rude owner. Nowadays the owner is still rude and his car was equipment is trash. Of course he blames his customers for his malfunctioning equipment. Real stand up guy that won’t be receiving another dollar from me.

I have used this brushless car wash 3 times, and that is three times too many. 1st time soap was not removed, and blower did not get water off vehicle. 2nd time same issue. 3rd time soap off, but blower still didn't remove water. You haveto drive down highway to remove water. Side of truck not clean at all. Pitiful. Do jot spend your money here, or waste your time.

Do NOT use their Touchless car wash. They need to stop scamming people. Emailed them with pictures and proof of receipt and have yet to get a response. The car wash didn’t even touch the bottom half of my car.

Spent 14 for the deluxe wash and it did an absolutely horrendous job. Don’t try calling either because their phone number doesn’t work. I literally still have dirt all over my car??? Edit: they are responsive via email and offered for me to bring my car to their other location to be rewashed. For this reason, I am updating my review to include 3 stars instead of 1.

Deluxe car wash made only one pass on rinse and then stopped. Phone number for service does not work. STAY AWAY FROM AUTOMATIC WASH OR LOSE YOUR MONEY.

I did the works today for $24+. The attendant barely got the front brushed before it went into the wash. They never do the passenger side with the brush. Too many errands to run to have noticed it until I got home. Does this look worth it to anybody?

When facing the car wash stalls for the automatic DO NOT USE THE ONE ON THE RIGHT CLOSEST TO SAMS! no soap was put on my car and the spot free rinse only shot out of about 2 spigots on the right side. Maybe my $ will help them with the maintenance that it needs to wash a car. This is a picture of the soap on the window before it was washed.

I am done. Two times in the last week: self service has no soap, will not spray, and there were screws in the area going into the carwash bay. But they charged my card $10, twice. Contactiing my bank to get charge backs done.

Terrible! We paid for the $12 wash today. It literally did not scrub, no high pressure water, no soap, and there was NO ONE THERE. It sprinkled water on our car. The pressure was so low half of it didnt even touch the car! really really bad! Will never be back. Absolutely want our money back
