NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS CAR WASH AGAIN. Tryed using one of the 2 drive thru car washes, was in and done with the car wash in 2 minutes. NO CAR WASH SOAP WAS USED AT ALL, THE AUTOMATIC CAR WASH JUST SPRAYED WATER ON MY WHOLE VEHICLE AND THAT WAS IT, NO SOAP USED WHAT SO EVER, THE ONLY THING THAT WAS DIFFERENT WAS MY VECHILE WAS STILL A TINY BIT WET FROM THE WATER WASH, IT DIDN'T GET ANY DIRT WASHED OFF FROM MY VECHILE NEVER GOING BACK THERE AGAIN. WORST DRIVE THRU CAR WASH EVER

I like this place because it's close to where I live. Customer service is good and friendly when they are there. The facilities are clean and they have fully enclosed space with garage doors on it which is nice in the winter time. Reason they don't get more stars is because every time I go there they never have any of the conditioner. It is always empty.

OVERCHARGES when you use card!! Shows $3.00 credit when you swipe your card and then charges you $12.00… once the $3.00 is up it makes you swipe your card again. Swiped 3 times thinking I’d be charged $9.00, but no I was charged $36! Tried to call and they do not answer their phone, awful service and will never go back. I do NOT RECOMMEND!!

I was looking for a car wash with shampoo and vacuum options and Soap Up has it. I got a great touchless wash and wax for only $9 and vacuum was only $1, shampoo $1.50. The shampoo got out a year's worth of dirt and stains! I followed up the shampoo with one more vacuum and the cream carpet looked new. The owner is 94 years old and is patient, friendly and helpful. Choose Soap Up Car Wash at Minnesota and 37th and get your car clean!

Car wash in itself worked great but I did loose $6 in the quarter machine and then when I Googled for a phone number to call management the only number listed multiple times is discontinued. I go to a self service wash to save money but this trip cost twice as much.

Great place to go for self-service car wash, One of the few left in Sioux Falls. Only issue is card reader is extremely difficult to get to read my card in both car wash bays.

Rinse water leaves terrible spots, even with a chamois. My Jeep looked better before I washed it. Phone number for the car wash is disconnected too.

I was charged twice for a wash The owner even though he was on his way out dropped everything looked it up firm that I was charged twice and gave me a free wash and also a coupon for another wash. He went above and beyond and I will continue to use this location

The little old man who runs the place is rude and their touch less car wash has even more to be desired. Twice through and my car was still had dirt all over it. I tried to ask if the soft cloth wash would be better and the old man told me nothing he could do and not come back. I have lived around the corner for almost 10 years and used them very regularly and never been so disappointed. He will get his wish, I will not go back.

I would give zero stars if that was an option. Don’t waste your time and money. There’s NO SOAP, no water pressure. The water smells like fish. $12.00 later, my car is still dirty and now has water spots all over it. Worst car wash I’ve ever used!!

I've been coming here for the past two years, and here's my takeaways: 1. The pre-soak function is inconsistent 2. The "spotless" rinse is a joke, and I had to spend extra time at home cleaning off the water spots from my car. I won't be returning here anytime soon.

***Do not recommend, PLEASE READ ****OVER CHARGES Soap's up was my #1 go to car wash and I highly recommend this spot to my car enthusiast friends HOWEVER recently I have been swiping my card instead of using coins at the self-cleaning wash station (charges you a minimum of $3.00 and you pay as you continue to use the service until you press stop) and I checked my account statements to see they charge you $12.00. During my most recent visit, after I had used 3 minutes, the service ended my wash and made me swipe again in order to continue which charged me another $12.00. I contacted the owner of Soaps Up, who was out of town at the time, and he insisted I bring in my receipts when he returns and was not concerned that he might be overcharging people while he's still away. I WOULD NOT recommend using this car wash and I would definitely check your account if you have swiped your card at the self-washing station.

It's a decent place to self wash your car,not to expensive and there's not been any issues with the equipment. But putting out if the bay js kind of a tight spot because there is a big curb that separates the property from the parking lot in the back, other than that I would recommend this place, It's my go to spot when my car needs a wash.

This used to be my go to car wash over the past couple years has gone downhill very bad. The bays are always dirty. There’s no water pressure no soap and it always leaves water spots like the water is not even filtered every time I go there it’s only because the convenient location. It’s not a car wash anymore, I always wash it in the self-serve bay to make sure to get every square inch. It’s always dirty afterwards no matter what.

Pretty bad. No soap no polish... just water for the $11 executive feature. Tried to call to let them know their car wash needs serviced.... Phone is out of service!

These guys are as cheap as they come. Soap up car wash/CAP enterprises. Over charge on the credit card machine. Not near enough pressure or product comes out. The brush is a joke. I live close by and this place was my go to. Must’ve got bought out by these people. I wish there was a zero star option. That’s what I would be giving.

Brilliant service! My car was dirt-dirty and with their professional, compassionate help, its shiny-pretty-happy☀️❤️🌟 I bought the carwash from the hyvee gas pump, my car was grime-dirty car so the attendant personally helped to wash my car and gave me a couple bucks for vacuuming. I’m so pleased, so grateful!

My car was recently in an accident so I can't use a regular car wash in between fixing it - so I appreciated that this one was close to my house & has a do it yourself bay. $4 to start it was a bit steep & some technical issues with the switch telling the machine to switch which cost me extra money in the long run. Still content though & my car is looking great
