Every time I leave this car wash paying 70-100 bucks. I’ve found broken parts hidden in my back seat. This time I found a piece immediately after wash and took it back. They took no responsibility, saying it was already broken and left on my seat. I like this place since it’s close and they’re quick but will need to switch to some other place since this pattern keeps repeating. Be aware and check your car before and after car wash to ensure everything is secure.

Legit Stole All of My men Cologne Valentino CREED AND GUCCI I've been coming here and for a lil while now Paying 55 and tipping extra to many workers but that's over with now. Not sure if ya have some new people but ya just stole 600 dollars worth of cologne out of my car.

I’ve used this car wash multiple times before in the past with no issue until today. My boyfriend took my vehicle in to get my driver’s seat shampooed yet he was charged $75 as the cashier rung it up as “smoke system removal”. When my boyfriend questioned the amount and the different service charged, he stated the cashier advised him that there’s no button for it in the system which I call BS on. I was only made aware of this once he returned home. Online, it clearly states $40 and you mean to tell me that there’s a button for “smoke system removal” but not for “shampoo seats” when they’re both listed under the “we do it all” services on the website? Make it make sense. I have tried calling multiple times to get this rectified to no avail as no one answers and it goes to VM. I am highly disappointed and will not be back. I will be moving forward with partially disputing this charge with my bank due to being overcharged.

Something told me to go in this place today (lord knows my car needed it). Great service. You get what you pay for. Fantastic waiting area, but I elected instead to walk around to visit shops, grab some food, get some sun and just enjoy life. Thank you to everyone for the excellent car spa treatment. Second time coming here to hand wash my Model Y. Customer service from everyone starting from Luis the manager to the hardworking employees taking care of everyone’s cars outside is unmatched. They leave your car looking new and needing nothing. You’ll even see the manager outside on the floor assisting wherever he can. If you need a hand wash because the automatic washes are too harsh, don’t hesitate to stop by!

Very disappointed with the overall experience at this car wash. I arrived on a Friday evening and was not greeted upon arrival—just stood waiting until I eventually went inside to get someone’s attention. The lack of acknowledgment set the tone for the visit. Once the wash began, it was clear that the staff were rushing and not paying close attention to detail. I watched as they quickly went over the car without properly cleaning several areas. The washing technique itself appeared careless and has left noticeable swirl marks in the paint. Afterward, there was still water dripping from multiple spots, including the mirrors, with visible water spots left across the vehicle. The trunk had dirt remaining on it, along with runny dirt and water streaks—something that should never be overlooked if the job is done thoroughly. Overall, the quality and care were far below what I’ve experienced at other hand car washes. To make matters worse, the person who drove my car to the drying area was wearing a belt or had something metal on, and while getting into the vehicle, it struck my rear door, leaving a noticeable scratch. Combined with the swirl marks, the finish of my car was worse after the wash than before. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning. For anyone who values proper care and attention to detail—especially if you have a vehicle with delicate paintwork—I would recommend visiting another hand car wash that takes greater pride in their work.

Update: There’s something to be said about consistent quality service. Luis and his team provide the same service every time I visit. It’s nice to have a place you can depend on. Plus they’re eco friendly! Highly recommend this business. I can’t say enough good things about Luis and his team at Soap Hand Car Wash. They have always done an excellent job and I trust them with all my vehicles. This is a location you can count on.

This is the best Soap carwash location! We experience the best customer service AND wash that is consistent, every time we bring our cars here. It's obvious that Luis, the manager at this location, has high standards for their staff's work and customer service. "Winston" is very friendly and helpful as well. Other locations pushed me away from coming back with their poor service, but finally gave this location a try and it's the best decision I've made. Tried this place for the first time since my usual car wash was closed. Staff was friendly and the waiting area was clean, which I appreciated. But I left disappointed. My right side mirror is broken, and while I forgot to mention it, it came in securely attached. My regular car wash always makes sure it’s secured before and after. This place returned the car with the mirror hanging loose and said nothing. I feel like if the car came in secured, it should be returned that way. Leaving it like that was not cool and showed a lack of care. The wash also felt rushed. Some spots weren’t cleaned nor rinsed thoroughly. As a first-time customer, I expected a little more communication or guidance. Prices are low, but overall, it didn’t meet my expectations. I won’t be coming back.
