Poor attention to detail here. I've been here twice and each time there have been parts of the car left visibly dirty and unwashed. The car looks fine from 10 feet away but as soon as you get close the missed areas really stand out. It's almost like they don't even try to wash anything below knee level or above head height. The first time I went here, they were really busy. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and came back a second time when it was not busy at all. Just me and one other car. Still the same poor attention to detail the second time. The thing good to say about this place is that it's quick. Won't be going back.

I've been coming here for over a year now and the fact that I keep coming back is the strongest statement that I could make. I still have a hard time believing that these guys don't have five stars It just goes to show you that you can't make everyone happy. Jack and his guys are AWESOME!!

Nice clean facility. Friendly staff . Clean waiting area . Overall clean place. Rates are on little higher side though. Easy access from I-10 freeway and very visible. Use Wirt road for more easy access.

Amazing service!! Super friendly. The manager was very thorough in explaining the packages to me as well as recommending me what I should get. They were extremely quick with the wash and detailed. I love how they get the inside really well. Def found my new favorite car wash!

For $90, getting the dirt off the body panels of the truck is apparently not included. Interior was halfassed and pools of cleaner were left in the floor mats which I had to clean off in the parking lot. There's probably thousands of car washes in Houston. There's no reason to ever stop here. Edit after looking at it again this morning, not only did they do a bad job with the interior and exterior, they also were kind enough to gift me two large, nasty scratches from using dirty rags to dry the truck. Simple incompetence. I guess the wash where they don't damage your vehicle is more expensive.

Received "supreme" package which included vacuuming, basic interior detailing (essentially a wipe down with their dressing), wheel wash and a sealant wax which they explained was going to be applied with a buffer. For a crossover size, the price was around $70 for the supreme package. Employees are nice to talk to and were polite. From inside, you can't really see the vacuuming area or the washing area easily. Came in around 4:00, left around 5:00. When I received the car, I didn't have time to make a big deal before driving off as I had to make an appointment, however in the photos you can clearly see that the driver side was very clean but there are sections around the car which were partially washed or in some cases not washed at all (cowl, front passenger fender, passenger side-view mirror, even the obvious dirt on the windshield). Tires and wheels were clean and dressed. I'm not too much of a stickler about water spots (I can usually just spot clean at home) but I figured that a waxing would have resolved any major ones. Combined with the fact that there are sections where the car wasn't even washed, it does make me wonder if the waxing was even performed. To me, it seems that the wash was rushed. I guess my fault for coming in an hour and a half before closing? If they didn't feel like they could do the job without feeling rushed, I would have been fine coming in another day. Anyways, just take a look at the photos that were taken 15 minutes after I arrived at my destination. I'm not sure if this is a normal occurrence or if there was some type of car bias compared to some of the other luxury cars that rolled in, but what I received was definitely not worth the price and I probably won't be coming back to this place.

Decent, but not worth it. Decided to give these guys a chance since they were on my route. They charge more than the other hand washing places like Brio or Eagle. See attached pictures. They didn’t wipe down the interior as good as expected. The tires were not all the way shined and/or dressed. The rear bumper seems to have been sprayed with armor all but not fully dressed. They didn’t clean underneath the fenders like all other hand car wash places do. They didn’t fully remove the dirt from the exterior. The wheels where not cleaned all the way, seemed hosed down but not wiped down. As mentioned, it was a decent job. Truck still looks somewhat cleaned but the quality for the price just isn’t there. They charge more than their competitors and definitely don’t do as good a job as their competitors do. I’d say go to Brio, they have a better value package; pay less and get more.

I love coming here, I get a clean truck back. I always bring my baby and we enjoy our wait time inside. I usually come during busier times so about 15 to 40 minutes wait. The customer service is always great. Whenever I had an issue the last time I came by, it was immediately resolved. They really do want happy customers. I will always get my car washed here. They even remember exactly who I am and what my experience was the last time I came. We love it here.

This was my third visit to this location, hoping the quality would improve. I paid for the premium package (over $70) and clearly asked the manager to wash all mats and thoroughly dust the saloon. After 25 minutes, the car was “ready,” but the interior wasn’t vacuumed at all. There were also water marks on the glass. The guys work fast, but the quality is lacking. Very disappointing and not worth the price, ended up rewashing the car at a nearby gas station.

Unprofessional Service and Lost Property I had an extremely disappointing experience at this car wash. What should have been a simple detail service turned into a frustrating ordeal that cost me both time and property. I dropped off my car at 9:30 AM with their promised completion time of 12:30 PM. When I arrived at 2:30 PM (already 2 hours past their commitment), I discovered multiple issues: First, they somehow managed to lose my driver's side floor mat and gave me someone else's mat that doesn't even fit my vehicle. When confronted about this, they seemed unconcerned and couldn't locate my original mat, claiming it went to a different car. This is completely unacceptable - how does a professional business mix up customers' property? Second, the quality of the detailing work was subpar. The wheel rims were still visibly dirty, and the front grill wasn't properly cleaned - basic areas that should be a priority in any car detail service. I paid premium prices for what turned out to be mediocre work at best. The entire experience showed a lack of professionalism, attention to detail, and basic organization. They failed to: - Complete the service on time - Properly clean basic areas - Keep track of customer property - Provide satisfactory resolution when issues were raised Save yourself the time, money, and potential loss of property. I cannot recommend this establishment to anyone seeking quality car care services. Absolutely not worth the price charged.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

I came here a few years ago and was very underwhelmed by the car. I decided to give this place a second chance last week. I very thoroughly explained what I wanted to do- a full wash, vacuum, and detail. The work is very shoddy and they clearly didn’t vacuum at all. I don’t know how they can present a car like this, at a car wash, with an honest smile on their face. I don’t recommend coming here at all and I’m not giving them any more chances.

I really don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I feel this needs to be shared. We decided to give this place a second chance only because it’s so close to home. The first time, they missed spots but at least offered to rewash it the next day. Unfortunately, when my husband went yesterday, the experience was worse. Not only was the wash poorly done, but there’s now a huge scratch on the side of our new truck. I’d recommend skipping this place.

The most recent wash I had here was excellent for the basic package. I’ve been here around 10 times and have noticed very little difference between the premium washes and the basic ones. At the wash prior to this most recent one, the tint on the inside of my driver side window was scratched. I let them know and it was told “sorry about that“. Stuff happens, but I think either a discount or offer of repair would have been appropriate.

I used your services at the Wirt location. I Paid $200 plus a $40 tip before the work was done and here are the results of that car wash. I am not looking to get anything back. The crew was working hard in the heat. But if you’re going to ask for that amount of money I would expect better service. When the car was “done” I had to ask to get the dirt and mud off of the running board. After I asked he went to the other side to take care of that one as well. Water spots, dirt still left in obvious places, rims half wiped. I know dust accumulates on rims from driving. But you can see where they were wiped and not wiped. Please take note and have the team(s) be a little more diligent. The $20 wash that I get on my older vehicle gets a better clean.
