My experience in summary - my car keys were inadvertently locked in the car when I walked away ( iPhone key does that sometimes) but I’d specifically asked for my receipt so I could go next door for a coffee. And the guy told me I’d get a discount. 40 mins later I walk back and to my amazement my car is still in the same place with the lame excuse that the door was locked - I looked the guy in the eye and said - but you could’ve walked over to call me - I printed my receipt to go for a coffee right next door!! He then tried to lie that someone came over but didn’t see me and I stopped him - this was crossing a line - I stated that I wouldn’t be coming back here ever again and this lie makes it worse. They couldn’t even make an effort for a customer and just let the car sit there! As a result of the hurried job, this wash was probably the worst I’ve ever witnessed and for an the “EXECUTIVE” package I should’ve just Karchered the car myself - I had to point out dirt spots by the end and the interior smelt like dirty rags. Also had empty bottles of water in side pockets - It’s a real pity for this establishment. The only positive thing about this place is location. To respond to volume there’s a factory model for everything. From service, to communication to tipping. I wish I’d waited till the end before making a credit card tip - anyone who reads this should wait till the end before they do the same.

Avoid! I went in to get my car washed. Not really worried about the outside since it was a rainy week. I really needed to inside cleaned though. I waited inside and came out to them closing up around my car. I got in my car and was shocked. I basically paid $40 plus tip for nothing. They barely vacuumed and for sure didn’t wipe anything down. I have dirt and dust everywhere. Not even an attempt at cleaning anything. They didn’t lift my floor mats or go into my cup holders at all. They didn’t even put the vacuum in my seats. Also it’s a hand car wash and they didn’t even bother to open the gas cover and wipe that out. I should have just done it myself. Biggest waste of $50

$50 dollar car wash and they did a horrible job. I was first in line and I had to tell them twice to redo a few things. Once I left and was able to look at my car I saw they did not wash my car well. So disappointed. This pics were taken 10 min after my car was washed. Too expensive for the wash to be this bad.

I brought my car in for a car wash. I paid for a "soap supreme"($75.00). I specifically spoke with the employee checking cars in and requested no "armorAll". He stated they do not put anything like that on and they would not put anything on. When my car was "complete" and I came out and all of the seats were covered with ArmorAll. I asked and one gentleman denied that they had put it on (seemed like an assistant manager), then the manager (same gentleman who checked me in) frankly stated that they did indeed put armorAll on the seats of my car. He apologized and agreed that it was to late to address it and all he could offer was an apology. I inspected the trunk of the car and it had not been cleaned in any way at all. The manager was there with me and he saw it and again apologized. I requested a refund considering I had paid extra for a more detailed service. He refused my request. I protested but he refused to offer anything but say sorry. The "supreme" was supposed to offer a hand wax. The entire front of my car including the front of the side mirrors remain covered with bugs, non of them removed. The interior of the car reeks of cleaner. There was still dirt on the drivers side seat. There was dirt left in the door jams. Extremely poor quality for paying for what appears to be their "supreme". The advertised service and the agreed upon service were not provided.

This is the only place I trust to wash my police motorcycle. The GM Derek is always pleasant and willing to go above and beyond with their customer service. This is definitely my favorite Carwash by far. Quick service and LEO friendly.

I have been bringing my car here for years. Of all the hand car wash places in this area (West U, River Oaks, Bellaire), these guys are the best. They hand wash and hand dry the cars with great care. I’ve only ever used them for wash and vacuum, but they also do full detailing, wax, etc. I’m usually in a rush so I appreciate that they run cars through efficiently (they have two lines they run cars through and then dry/detail the cars in a larger area). A car wash takes about 15 to 20 minutes. There’s a Cavo coffee place next door and I’ll usually grab a drink and or a bite to eat there.

BEWARE of this so-called carwash . I received my car back in record time, didn't even take 15 minutes, and the car was done . Since there was a line , I didn't get to inspect the car thoroughly ,because I trusted that they had done a good job and drove off. By the time I got to the light, the SMELL OF DIRTY WET RAG was enough to make me turn around .When I looked around the interior of my car , there was dirt and wet spots all over, the screen had smudges , the outside of the car had wet spots and dirt spots all over as well . So I went back and talk to Derrick the manager , unbelievably rude attitude from the get go , I explained the situation and all he could say is that $50 is just a wipe down , although i was told differently when i selected the package .He told me they could do a quick semi wipe down , and call it even. I explain to him that was not fair for i had selected the " Executive" package i was suppose to get decent car wash , i would rather get a partial refund basically ,pay for the basic wash since that is the actual service that i got (being generous here) ,but he just said "NO ….., I won't do it at all, sorry we are at impasse" , and SLAMS MY CAR DOOR , also I speak Spanish so i understood perfectly what he called me after he slammed the door , not even worth repeating , but i will say this ...DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AT THIS PLACE , THEY SURELY DON'T CARE TO PROVIDE DECENT SERVICE OR ANY BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE . This place should really reconsider their policy and procedures , if they want to be in the service industry .

I'm still shaking and I'm shocked at how upset I am by today's visit to this business. Recent horror !!!! First when I arrived by car, a man came out who received the car, his name is Derrick. I asked him for a list where I can see which car wash services I can use, he said he didn't have time to give me the list because There are more cars behind me. I said well, I want my car washed as best as possible, which means the most expensive service, and I mentioned that my seats are clean and geek as well, which means totally thorough cleaning. He replied that he would do everything in detail. promises to be perfect. I asked him how much it would cost me he said $ 120, I handed over the car service to their office paid $ 148 (including tax and type of 20%) .... while I was sitting and waiting I saw that they brought my The car in front seemed to be over, so they took him back once more time probably they didn't been happy with job what they did i saw that trou the windows of bussnis. When they brought him in again, I inspected the car and called Derrick to complain because the car was washed as if I had paid $ 16. Then when I looked in the back seat I saw that did not reach the cup holder And I saw broken plastic on the back seet I asked where this plastic came from. They told me they didn't crack that plastic,but i swear my car didn't have broken any part. When I opened the trunk I was shocked that they didn't even reach for the trunk, I called Derrick again and as soon as I wanted to show him the trunk he start screaming on me like what you wan your car is beautiful, yes of course my car is beautiful it is definitely a BMW sport convertible beautiful car, but I did not ask for a car wash on the outside that costs $ 16 to $ 20 I paid to wash the car $ 148 !!!! When I demanded to return the car and clean nicely he started yelling at me and at the same time went outside to snap picture back of my car and tell me that I was banned from their business, WHY BECAUSE FOR THE MONEY WHAT I PAIDI WANTED TO WASH THE CAR THE WAY WHAT SHOULD BE?????, I note that my car was not dirty except that I wanted to clean the car because of I always take care of my car and wanted to be cleaned of my dog hair to. Irecorded that I visited the behavior towards the customerAt the moment i like women was scared to if i still complain he will beat me😱😱😱. SIGNS HERE YOU CAN COME PAY AND YOU CAN'T COMPLAIN .You DON'T COME INTO THIS BUSINESS EVEN IN MADNESS !!!

Let me start by saying the manager and the cashier were both courteous, friendly, and took me in as soon as I pulled in. The waiting room was clean, and very well maintained. But you could sense the vibe that it had been a long day and everyone wanted to leave. Which is understandable being in that business. I came in about an hour and a half before closing, I did take that into consideration and I already knew that the workers have more than likely been working all day in the sun and are tired, therefore my wash wouldn’t come out as clean as it could be. Which i was okay with. I understand that you get what you pay for and to pay $51 for a hand wash and my entire rear bumper smeared in what looks like was wiped down with dirty towels, marks, and dirt still there from before the wash is unacceptable. Also looking in my back seat it was still some dirt that was not cleaned. Driving away and water escaping from cracks and creases that’s unable to be reached I know will happen, but having the same dirty spots on the car I pointed out to them weren’t clean before I had left is my gripe with this. What really made me write the review is the fact that when I first had got called outside to take my vehicle, there was a decent amount of touching up needed on dirt that was still there, my front bumper being wet, the body still wet, and there was no tire shine which I paid for. They said it was “ready” and I pointed out those issues. Then the workers laughed, talked about myself in Spanish (I’m assuming they thought I didn’t understand) and then proceeded to try and clean it. I did not make a scene nor say anything about that to the manager because that will not resolve the feeling of unwanted patronage. I’m sure I won’t be missed however needless to say I will not be returning.

This was my 4th visit…every time I’m hoping they’ll exceed my expectations. And each time I am disappointed. Today I asked for wash, vacuum and wipe down of inside..I was told “$50, and it’s not a detail”…but last time was $30 for Basic? I thought prices went up..but realized afterwards I was charged for the ‘Executive Wash’. I also already tipped $6 when I paid with card, so total was $56. I have a 4-door Jeep Wrangler that I keep fairly clean, so this isn’t a difficult vehicle to get clean. I cannot even describe in words how unacceptable my Jeep looks afterwards. Please see photos of what to expect after the “Executive Wash”. I wish I could get a good photo of the front windshield and how ridiculous it looks with all of the streaks, but you’d have to see that in person. Needless to say, I wouldn’t recommend wasting money for any type of wash here. Update: The reply from the company’s owner is completely uncalled for and unprofessional. I was not told I “needed a detail,” I was simply told the $50 price is not for a detail. And according to the information posted to the company website, listed under SUV for ‘Executive Wash’ is: Hand WASH and dry, CLEAN windows, VACUUM, light wipe down of dash, CONSOLE, doors and seats, rubber floor mats, wash wheels and tire dressings. So judging by the condition of my Jeep after the service..I paid the full amount for services listed, yet not fully performed. Giving the benefit of the doubt, the owner might be confusing my Jeep with a different one that came in today, because I absolutely adore my Jeep and I assure you it has never been “trashed”. But it’s ultimately not up to me to defend my review, as the after photos speak for themselves..as well as many of the other one star reviews listed with photos. But thank you for taking time to reply and allowing others to see what type of business you run.

I love this car wash place! Comfortable lounge area with AC, TV, magazines and a kids area. They noted that they do headlight restoration and I’m so glad that I did it. The before and after looks so different! 10/10 :D

I paid $35 plus tip for a basic car wash, and while the exterior of the car looked great, I was disappointed with the interior cleaning. I specifically asked them not to spray anything on the interior or the white leather, but when I got the car back, there were several smudges and leftover spray —likely from dirty rags or hands. The interior was barely vacuumed, and overall, the service was okay.

Love this place. The manager Derek and his crew always knock it out of the park . I also started going on Wednesdays for their wax special . My car always comes out looking amazing . Great wax job ! Also love that the lobby always has fresh coffee and a comfy clean place to sit in . Funny thing is my car is always done before I can finish half of my coffee . Everyone needs to know about Soap ! Highly recommend it .

I’ve been coming to this location for quite some time, but the last few times have been very disappointing. The quality of the wash has deteriorated. The latest experience was an exterior that had an entire swath missed on the passenger side and poor drying of the car and door jams. For a $60 wash on a midsized SUV, customers expect more. My recommendation is to go somewhere else.

A waste of money. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I brought my car in for exterior and interior cleaning and paid for shampooing the back row seats, but when I checked the trunk and back seat, I found a pool of dog vomit still there. Despite pointing out the mess at drop off and giving them 3 chances to clean it, they left the job incomplete. I was informed that only one chair was shampooed instead of all the back seats as promised on the receipt. If you value your time and money, I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. The cleanup was rushed, and it's unacceptable to leave a car in such a condition after payment. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.

Amazing service! These guys are one of the best in the business. Specifically Christian does a spectacular job. It made my paint job look like a mirror! I’ve been going to these guys for years now, and they never disappoint. Julio and Omar greet me every time I pull up and they know what I like and they’re always on top of everything. Highly recommended, in my opinion, the best Car Wash in Houston.

I’ve been coming here for years and always trusted their service. Unfortunately, today my most recent visit, they accidentally broke a part on my Tesla. Instead of taking responsibility and working to resolve the issue, the front desk person was rude and accused me of bringing it in that way, as if I was trying to scam them. Really disappointing experience after being a loyal customer for so long. Update 9/4 They provided me an email to send my receipt for damages. I sent multiple emails and have not received one response. Unprofessional at best. I lost $300.
