It used to be a excellent place, I was going there for almost 5 years but it has gotten worse , lazy people working here now, according to the website they open at 8:30 so I went around 8:25 and waited for 35min and no one showed up 👎🏻 never going there again

I took my car on 8/2 once I went to pick it up they had damage the car spoke with Paola office manager and till this day they haven't given me a solution. When you take your car to this location make sure you check your car before leaving the car wash

The worst!!! They punctured my tire and didn’t say anything! They punctured it going into the auto car wash portion & he knew it. Soon as I was pulling off my tire warning came on and my tire blew a few blocks down. Also, it took them over an hour to wash my car and there was just one other client!

I wanted to get the exterior (only) washed of my truck. I have custom wheels on my truck and asked them not too wash them with anything but water. I took a phone call and before I knew it they were spraying degreaser on my American Force wheels. I was getting in a cruise for 2 weeks later that day but when I got back to town I took my truck to my normal guy and it cost me 1K to Polish my wheels. Needless to say I will be reaching out to get their insurance information

Took my car to get washed, paid 60 bucks with tip included because I thought they did a good job until I got inside. They clean the outside good but left my whole center console extremely dirty.... I explained what happened but they refused to help me with the issue. Do not go here. Waited over an hour or two.

Paid $50 for them to put my truck in the car wash machine, when they have a sign that says HAND CAR WASH and bended my bed rack and damage body work. Owner never got back to me to respond for damages, so had to claim a police report and go thru my insurance. Worst car wash ever been to.
