Terrible experience, last time I came they left my car dirtier than I brought it. I thought I would give them a second chance and now I’ve been here for 2 hours. They take their break all at the same time and decide what order they want to wash the cars vs first come first serve.

Friendly and fast. Came in to have a van washed and quick detailing inside. 45 minutes and I was good to go. There's a convenience store with a waiting area and Spanish food while you wait. Probably going to be my new go to place to have a good wash that won't break the bank

I came to this place and got the “manager’s special” and requested that the vehicle was hand washed due to the vehicle being new and has black paint. I told 2 different employees that I wanted it hand washed. Only to later see my vehicle being driven into the automatic car wash bay and being washed with the machine slapping the vehicle with its brushes. I told the guy I asked for hand wash. Buddy proceeded to tell me that it’s perfectly fine, cars don’t get swirl marks or scratches from going through automatic car washes, which is a lie. Continued to say he puts S classes and Bentleys through the machine as well. It doesn’t matter what he says he puts through there because that’s not what I asked for. I paid for the car wash and upon looking at my car after it was washed and “detailed” in and out there’s water marks on the trunk area and rims are dirty. Mind you the wheels and tires were supposed to be “cleaned and shined”. Very unhappy with the service.

Bait and switch. Signed up on their website for an executive clean only to get there and be quoted $100 more. With no explanation other than “we don’t honor online pricing”. It’s your website! I left after they tried to haggle with me. Then I read the poor reviews which I guess I should have read first. Feel like I dodged a bullet.

Did not have a good experience here. Paid for the executive wash and they left a stain on my floor (a main reason I took it get cleaned) and covered it with the floor mat. They also totally ignored the console and generally didn’t do a great job with the interior. I had to drive back for them to clean the stain they ignored. Super annoying especially since we tipped.

This isn't my first time getting my car detailed, but it's my first time getting it done with these guys. I'm beyond satisfied with their work. They went above and beyond my expectations. There was a slight hiccup that happened, but, they were honest about it and even tried resolving the issue. They didn't try to hide it. The hiccup being my car key was off. Just a cosmetic problem, nothing major. I had the chairman's package, plus head lights. My car has been through 5+ years of hard winters, 1 dust storm, many 12+ hour road trips in all kinds of weather plus I used to do farm work. The produce didn't always fit in the trunk. It also didn't stay under it's plastic when making deliveries back and forth for the CSA orders or to customers; plus, there were plenty muddy boot accidents and I've an active dog. I cleaned my interiors the best could, alone, but nothing compared to what these guys did. They not only got the imbedded dirt out of my fabric seat's and carpet, but from the side too. The grime on the sides came with my car when I bought it. The exterior and interior were flawless and the price reasonable. Nothing was broken or out of place. Items "lost" within the vehicle was placed in an open spot so the owner could see it. I would come here again for the same and additional services they offer.

I took my car for seat shampooing yesterday at about 530pm and am very unhappy with the services. After cleaning I got home about 15 minutes later gave them time to dry and returned to check them about 2 hours later. When I saw them I was extremely disappointed as they were left horrible, worse then they were when I took my car in! I also realized this morning that they left my interior console stained from the product used. I tried to wipe it clean and it did not want to come off. Seems it may be permanently stained! I emailed them lastnight requesting to speak to a manager and a refund. I am waiting to hear back from them. If I do not hear back in 24 hours or so I will be reaching out again.

I had a bad experience with this place. I brought my wife’s car to get cleaned and I normally get the wash alone but ended doing the wax too, I brought up that the paint was fading from the top and the man told me that the guy for that would be here on the weekend and advised me to come back to have him take a look at that part and see what he could do, agreed and did the waxing for the rest of the car. When I pick it up, the car Looks different. When I check, some genius tried to buffer a partial area where the paint was fading and left it looking worse than before. I asked why would you guys do something to my car without my authorization. They simply said, to see if it could be done. I got in argument with the man, when I check the rest of the car, the roof is dirty, the windows on the inside were dirty, the inside of the doors were dirty and they didn’t even clean my car on the outside right. They were more worried on upselling services than actually providing it. And had the nerve to tell me to come back to get it fixed and they will give me a discount again. Update: I spoke to Sonny the owner and he stated to send Him all the info that he would look into it and contact me back. This is 10/17/23

I brought my 2010 Lexus GS350 in for a much needed wash, tons of bugs all over the car. I spoke with Juan and after looking over the car gave me what I considered a very fair quote for the wash. He also quoted me to clean up the headlights. I accepted quote for both services. When I returned to pickup the car I was very pleased by how good it looked. It’s a 13 year old car but pretty clean. This was probably the best wash it have ever had. I have used several other businesses in the Pembroke Pones area and now I have a new go to place. I was so happy that I returned an hour later and they did a detail on my wife’s 2013 Lexus RX350. They did a great job on it as well. As close to new looking as a 10 year old car can look.

This is my first review ever and I felt the need to write it because I had the most horrible experience. I gave them a second chance and I honestly shouldn’t have. There is always debris and dirt left on the car, as well as dried up water marks. I asked them to make sure that everything was good and the didn’t. I paid $27 AND it took 2.5 hours!!!!!!! Feels like they did not care for my car at all. Run from this place! Learn from my experience, and don’t trust them with your car. To the management of this place: Do better if you want trustworthy clients. Also, make sure your employees are caring enough with a car that someone spend their hardworking money on.

Just picking up my Toyota after a Chairman's detailing (2 hours while you wait - night and day before and after). Charlie and Michael get a shout out - as last car leaving I got to catch up with the great staff that makes this special. Worth every penny, particularly if you are like me with long gaps between real cleanings. GO.

I explained what I needed and these guys did an excellent job cleaning the interior of my car. They paid special attention to the carpet and made my 8 yr old SUV look brand new! It also has the new-car smell😁 They work hard, and the rates are reasonable. I usually drop the car off and pick up when they're ready. Would definitely recommend!

Being coming to this car wash for longer than I can remember. If I said before 2010 I could be close. Several ownerships. Used to get great service, great timing and decent price. Even getting car waxed more than 3 times per year! Last couple times I brought my car, I was told they couldn't have it ready in 2 hours or even 3 hours. It used to be done on 1 hour or less and I could wait for the car or have a coffee nearby. Not sure what has changed. 3-5 cars in front of mine is nothing new. I cant wait for my car for over 3 hours. Nonsense. I doubt I'll bring it back.

You can definitely tell this is under new ownership and management. After paying $75 with tip and waiting hours I literally had to go back so they can actually clean my car. I had to tell the guy what needed to be cleaned and how. The doors and the handles and the seat covers were dirty. Literally didn’t even pass a rag to it. The owner and staff could actually care less. “Big Boy” and prior owners were on point! Never going back! I definitely don’t recommend it unless you want to waste time and $.

They told me one price when I arrived, but when I went to the cashier, the price was almost double. The manager barely speaks English and did not seem to care or try to explain the difference. His attitude was not pleasant. That said, the workers themselves work very hard, and I am grateful for the quality of the work they did. If I had been told the correct price from the beginning, I would have gone ahead with the service anyway. The issue is not the price—it’s being quoted one amount and then charged another. Clear and honest pricing matters, and changing the price at the end is not acceptable.

So my bill was for $80 which was a waxing and cleaning. Not at all happy with the cleaning. I even told the tech when I dropped my car off to make sure they vacuum between the seats. Well that fell on deaf ears. There’s no attention to detail. I hope this review goes up to management. Overpriced car wash. I paid for the chairman package. The detailing was very poor. The chairs were not really cleaned (had to go home and use a Mr Clean Magic Eraser myself), the trunk was never cleaned (in spite of it being completely emptied), and the dashboard and door cleaning was very lack luster. Suffice to say, I would not be going again. I do feel like I overpaid significantly for the services rendered.
