Terrible customer service and terrible car wash. Just look. Not even 70% of the dirt off. I understand the guarantee of not getting everything but this is unacceptable. I hope the manager reads this, because when I complained your staff about this butchery of a job, a staff told me, in his own words said“should go to a better place” and if your workers are talking bad about this business that speaks a thousand words of why not to come here. I was also insulted and said I should of payed for the best one, it was a 7 dollar difference and I doubt the quality of work would of done a difference. Don’t recommend 0 stars.

Best car wash in the local area. Love coming here quick wash in and out. Sometimes it gets pack but is because is the most convenient place to wash your car. I have been coming for the past 2 years and no complaints about the place. They also have great deals on memberships to keep your car clean. Overall 5 starts to the best car was on the block.

Amazing car wash experience! Whatever they use cleans it deep and keeps it clean for at least a week despite the rain. They hand brush the car at the entrance, then foam, “octopus scrubber”, power wash, another rinse, wash and power dry. Outside in the shaded areas, they have powerful vacuums and air hoses for the interior and they have clean towels for final drying & touchups. They restock them frequently; I’ve been there couple of times and there are always available. I think they operate with recycle water and solar power so is better for the environment than washing at home. Washes cost less during the week than on the weekends, they also have attractive monthly packages.

They broke the antena from my car in January and it took for ever to file the complain and nobody has called yet to resolve the problem. I have stop a few times and still no one has called me to get my antena replaced.

I like to keep things very transparent and I don’t usually complain but now I need to so things can be addressed by management. 1. The rate on the website for the basic wash is $9.99, when you get there they charge you $12.99. This is false advertisement. 2. They do not have a place to put the dirty rags in or have them set for you to grab. You are forced to go up front and grab. 3. Some of the accesories where the vacuums are do not work nor exist like the air pressure blower. I have been going to this place since it opened and it has gone downhill. There is an El Car Wash not even 3 minutes away and they have a lot more ammenities (vacuums - 2 types/ all equipment is clean and not damaged/ sprays for your car even fragrances/ clean rags all the time available) and their pricing is a little bit better.
