This is a really great place to go for a car wash and right after u can park in a station where they provide u with free hand towels, vacuum cleaner, inside car cleanser, window cleanser & car fragrance if u want to do some detail cleaning inside of ur car. I was able to vacuum everything inside, clean the windows, dashboard, console, mats, doors, etc all for free. Willing to put in some elbow grease after paying for a car wash? This place is for u!

Compared to other el CarWash facilities, this one is always ready for you. The ONE thing i wish they did was have DRY towels. But the addition of tge glass, interior cleaner, and air fragrance guns is a stroke of genius.

Very disappointing experience. There was no one visible at the entrance, so I honked once simply to check if anyone was on site to assist with the car wash. A staff member then appeared and immediately began yelling at me for honking, which was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. The situation worsened when she continued mistreating me while I was trying to put my car in neutral so the machine could take over. I have been a customer for almost a year and have never experienced such rude and disrespectful behavior. This encounter was unacceptable and does not reflect good customer service.

I recently visited El Car Wash and was thoroughly impressed by the entire experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff, including Kendly and Frank, were fantastic—super friendly and helpful. It is well-equipped with everything you need to get your car clean, such as glass cleaner, towels, powerful vacuums, air blowers, and even a sink and mat cleaners. It’s such a convenient one-stop shop. If you want your car spotless, that will require elbow grease. What initially brought me in was their offer for a free first car wash, but I’ve already come back as a returning customer because of the great service, results, and amazing promotions. They even offer snacks as part of the experience, which is a nice touch. Despite being a busy location, they manage to keep things running smoothly.

I absolutely love this place! El Car Wash (the Pembroke Pines location on pines blvd & 181) is hands down the best touch-free car wash around. The service is always fast, the staff is friendly, and my car comes out spotless every time. I especially appreciate that it’s touch-free because I know my paint isn’t getting scratched or damaged. The vacuum area is always clean and well-maintained, the process is smooth, and the location is super convenient. You can tell they really care about customer experience. Little to no wait time. Great machines to wash the cars well. They use lots of soap and water to get all of those bugs and dirt out. I personally love the free vaccuming and how they always have clean towels available so you can clean your car inside and out.
