Just a fantastic ongoing experience! Had PPF and ceramic coating applied to my new Q7 over one year ago. Stellar custom application of PPF has resulted in a durable, easy to maintain, protective layer. The two semi-annual ceramic coating maintenance washes I’ve had received have refreshed and renewed the finish back to factory new. Highly recommended!

If I could give more stars I would. I took my car to them with all my dissatisfaction and disappointment when I let someone else do my ceramic on my brand new car. The application was done poorly and I had to take it back 3 times. Finally I found Simple Detail. They had to do a paint correction along with re-ceramic my whole car. Please do your research and trust that Simple Detail will take care of you. They are so transparent and honest which I appreciated so much. My car is beautiful again and better than I could have ever thought with the mess up from the other detail shop. Thank you Simple Detail for all your hard work!!!!

It all started when I asked for a quote to purchase and install an after market catback muffler system for my 2025 Miata MX5 and spoke to ms Shelly, she was very professional on the phone and gave a quote. I had concern about the look of the after market muffler finished installation cause I did not want it to show bellow the under belly of the car except the crome exhaust, so she connected me to the service manager Justin and he listened to my concern and he then asked the mechanic Jason and assure me they will be able to meet my concern. Then I have a scheduling issue due to my job of an over the road truck driver and don’t have a regular scheduled home time. So they worked with me by suggesting to call them a few day before I come home so they can fit me in their tight work schedule because I have limited time at home. They set the schedule to meet my home time. I was also impress the show of care to make sure they meet my expectations by the mechanics Jason did a walk around with me of the vehicle and discussed the work. I thought that was a small gesture of care to the work in hand! 👍🏼. Over all, they made my experience from the 1st phone call to completion of the work a very pleasant experience!! I recommend the establishment. They met all of my concerns. Will be going back for other services!!

I have been a long time client of Simple Details since their inception in 2019. They’ve protected multiple cars of mine throughout those years and will continue to do so. They make it easy. From scheduling, to drop off, completing the work in a timely manner, to pick up and maintenance in the future. They give you a tour of the operations as part of the consultation, which shows transparency to me. The place is CLEAN! I could drop a sandwich on the floor and eat it off the ground. I recently purchased a 2026 vehicle and wanted to get the windows tinted along with PPF on the front of the car. After a little web searching, I found Simple Details. It was very quick and easy to make an appointment to go over my options. Upon walking in, I was immediately greeted and introduced to the staff. After introductions I was given a tour of the shop. Very impressive! We then discussed my options and scheduled an appointment for the service. Along with having the windows tinted and PPF applied to the vehicle, I also elected to have ceramic coating applied. Their attention to details not only impressed me but met all of my expectations. Simple Details made the whole experience fun and enjoyable. Highly recommended.

Not sure where to start. The whole team at Simple Details have been nothing short of amazing-from the first time meeting them, until now. I have had the chance to work with them for less than a year and they have set my standards so high, I can/will not trust anyone else with my vehicles. So much so, I religiously recommend them to all my friends, family and clients. Over the past 10 months, they have worked on 3 of my vehicle. They have completed services ranging from multi-stage paint corrections; ceramic coatings; and ceramic window tint, with no hesitation about their ability to do flawless work-consistently. I first became a “client” due to a poor tint installation from a shop 2 blocks away. I set up an appointment for a consultation where they first started by going over my vehicle. They listened, aligned, and directed me to ways they could address my concern. After, I was introduced to the whole staff and even got a tour of their facility. They showed me the work they do, in many stages of completion which allowed me to understand how they conduct business and trust them in the way I have never had a business do before. The rest is history. Thank you Yohance, Shelly and the rest of the team who have gone above and beyond to satisfy all of my auto detail needs.

I went to Simple Details to take care of my new car and protect it over the long run. I made a appointment and showed up the owner Yohance explained everything to me showing other customers cars in different stages of completion. ("note" if you are bringing a new car make your appointment before you purchase if you need or want work done right away 30 to 45 days) I made my choices choosing window tint and a combination of PPF and Ceramic protection. It took about 5 days for everything to be done. Shelly the most knowledgeable and true organizer of all things kept me up to date on the process. I came to pick up my car and it is perfect. Has a great shine and looks beautiful. Has protection on the whole car and will make it last longer. I am very happy with my vehicle and highly recommend this business to get your work done. Like anyplace that is good they are busy, but everyone answered all my questions and were kind and courteous.

Had tint put on our Landcruiser and full front end PPF/ceramic coating on our GX550. The folks at Simple Detail did a great job with everything! Window tint (front driver/passenger and eyebrow) on the Landcruiser only took a few hours and the GX550 took roughly a week from start to finish. Really happy with the look and results on both vehicles. The guys really worked their butts off on the GX though as I got notifications all throughout the day (early morning to later in the evening) from the Lexus app of doors opening when they were working on it. Really happy with the quick turnaround and how well they treated me as a customer. They seem to service a ton of high end vehicles (plenty of Porsches, a McClaren, and other luxury vehicles) so you know you'll be in good hands with them.

This is an easy 5-star review! Update on July 31, 2025: Received services from Simple Details on another vehicle, so this review will be long overall. Was extremely happy with the services on my 4Runner, so it was an easy decision to bring in my new GX. Booking a consultation is very easy, and the team brings a lot of experience when making recommendations. There was no pressure or push to upsell me. They asked me tons of questions about where I store the vehicle, how I use it, and how long I intended my ownership to be in order to curate a package that suited me best. Pictures cannot possibly do it justice. Aside from getting the 3 year ceramic coat this time, I also opted for a full front PPF and XPEL XR Plus tint. I will never get tired of how much my GX shines. I only hand wash my cars, so the ceramic coating makes it go a lot quicker (I had my GX for a few months before all of this, and I definitely missed the ceramic coating during washes). The tint will protect the inside of my car, and the PPF gives me a peace of mind. When choosing a provider for these types of services, it’s important to look at the overall picture. Price, while one factor, is not the only thing you should look for. I have personally seen horrible installations from more budget-friendly installers (you get what you pay for). Plus, if owners of very expensive cars ship their cars here to have Simple Details do the services, then that’s a yes from me all day! If you want a professional team that uses high quality products and takes the time to see what you truly want, then give Simple Details a shot to earn your business. First review for Simple Details: Simple Details came highly recommended from someone I trust. He has had multiple vehicles ceramic coated there. Soon after I purchased my 4Runner, I made an initial appointment to see about recommendations. I was given a complete tour of the facilities at that time, which showed me the level of detail that Yohance and the team had and the pride they took with every vehicle in their care. I was able to see a lot of the services that they offered, which assisted me in my decision on what I wanted done. There were so many different types of vehicles there getting various services done, from sports cars to family sedans. I decided to go with a paint correction to remove scratches, as well as a ceramic coating. I was surprised at how many clear coat micro scratches and swirls that my brand new car had. After dropping my car off on a Friday, I was surprised to get the call that all was done in advance of the projected timeline. And to say I was stunned by the results is an understatement. My 4Runner looked better than when I picked it up from the showroom. The Nautical Blue was definitely brighter than when purchased. I am so happy with the results! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND for the services, and the education on how to properly clean and maintain. A tour of their operation alone will let you know that the results of the services they provide will be of the highest quality. This is the 2nd vehicle I’ve have tinted at Simple Details. Each experience has been exceptional. Their facility is flawless which I believe lends itself to the quality installation that gets completed. I chose the Xpel XR Plus tint and it looks great. The whole process is very professional and they scheduled my install 2 days after I came in for the quote. Dropped the vehicle off at 10am, picked it up at 2:30. They go through a pre and post inspection to verify your satisfaction and stand behind their work. Highly recommend.

I recently purchased my CT5V Blackwing new from the dealer and I was nervous about driving it around Hampton Roads in fear of it getting damaged from road hazards. I’ve driven by Simple Details before and couldn’t help but notice the wide range of vehicles they worked on. I called and spoke with the amazing Angela at the front desk and she scheduled a consultation for me. When I arrived Angela greeted me as if I was the only one there, which there were many people there and she treated everyone the exact same way. Just so you know SHE IS AWESOME! After the check in process Justin and I spoke about what I would like to do and to be honest I hadn’t known what to expect or which direction I should go. Justin showed me many examples of what they could do for me. Which I quickly learned that Simple Details could pretty much accommodate any and everything I could want in high automotive shop. So Justin and I came up with a plan of how we should go. It was mainly Justin guiding me. We planned and scheduled the drop off for Stealth PPF, window tint, ceramic coating exterior and interior, and windshield protective film. I trusted Justin’s opinion because he clearly knows a lot about the industry. They completed the car and they called for me to pick it up. I didn’t fully expect what I got. They revealed the car to me and WOW!!! Justin has impeccable taste. Car turned out a lot better than I ever expected. Great great great crew. I can’t say enough about the entire experience, as if you couldn’t tell already. Now Justin and I are going back and forth with more ideas of how to take the car to the next level. I didn’t know what to expect because I normally do my own work to my cars. To say the least you have a client for life. Once you experience the best it’s really hard to even look at something else.

These guys are the best! We recently purchased our Volvo XC60 and wanted to protect our investment. These guys are experts on everything. They had a McLaren, Lamborghini, two Teslas, and a three SUVs in their shop when we toured. The consultation appt was quick but thorough. They walked us through all options and were not pushy in any way. They even showed us similar work in progress on other cars in the shop so we could see firsthand. We had them apply a paint protection film on the front half and a ceramic coating over the entire car. I have to say their work is perfect - no issues with either the PPF or ceramic coating. They also schedule a follow-up appt two weeks later for a full inspection to ensure everything is great. Regardless of what you drive, you won't be disappointed with Simple Details.
