The total detailing of the dirty car that was given to me went wonderfully! On April 29th, 2017, I brought the car that hadn't had its interior cleaned in 16 years to Signal Hand Carwash & Detail. They totally cleaned the car--I will actually be able to give a friend a ride without embarrassment. They even managed to get rid of the horrible cigar smell. The guys were pleasant and obviously hard workers. I really appreciate the thorough job they did in cleaning my car. Now that this is my car, I plan on getting it car cleaned regularly at Signal.

I picked up a friend’s car that had been sitting in the hot driveway for 2 months during the rainy summer months. There must have been a leak somewhere because the whole interior was covered in mold and mildew... I immediately drove the car to the Signal Hand Wash & Detail in the morning where these guys worked magic! I picked up a super clean car this afternoon that looks almost new inside. So grateful they could help on a moment’s notice.

Update from last year. When someone does quality work, you go back to them. Time for the long trip again and the interior needed work. Once again they did their magic. Car looks great. I'll be back. I have a short haired dog that sheds a bunch. He rides in the front seat and of course shakes as soon as he gets in the car. Hair everywhere. I vacuum at the car wash but can never remove the hair that weaves itself in the fabric of the seats and carpet. It was a mess. I am getting ready for a trip and really needed to clean up the car. I think they took it as a personal challenge to remove every bit of hair. I don't know how they did it but they simply did a super job. Thanks guys. Now if I can keep the dog out of the car for the next few days before the trip.

I didn't have any issues with this car wash. They did a complete detail on my car. When I arrived there was still some tar on the bottom of the door, which I pointed out and he quickly ran and got a rag and took care of it. I wasn't pressured for a tip. No one was rude. I don't understand these horrid reviews. I've lived in 4 different states and never gotten a perfect detail job from a commercial car wash. You want perfect, do it yourself! I'm satisfied with my car. I recommend them.

Not impressed, not worth the cost. Took my SUV for a detailing last week. I ran my finger along the outside of my license plate immediately after and it was covered with dirt. When I went to place my child's books back in the passenger seat pocket afterwards I found it still had crumbs, crayons in it - they had totally skipped cleaning that. Only pro was that they were able to schedule my appointment within 2 days (but now, I know why)...

I took my 2018 white Toyota Tacoma to Signal Hand after stripping the plastic paint protection from the exterior. After 8 years the dealer installed-protection had allowed dirt and staining to get underneath it. I pealed all the plastic from the truck but was left with adhesive sticking to the surface. After a number of attempts the remove this residue, I took my truck to Signal Hand for complete detailing, Madison exceeded every one of my expectations. My truck looks brand new and all traces of the plastic protection and the residual adhesive has been removed. I strongly recommend Signal Hand without reservation. Thank you Madison for the great job!!

Updated 3/2023: Madison did another amazing job detailing my car. I am adding photos. Car is a 2015 and has 128k miles on it. I have two boys (9 and 10 yrs old) that play travel ball - we are in the car a lot! It looks as good as it did when I bought! Great job, as always!!!! Older review: I am very particular with car care and usually spend a couple weekends a year cleaning, waxing, conditioning leather. I have an injury preventing me from doing it this fall so I took my vehicle in yesterday. Madison did an OUTSTANDING job. The car has 100k miles and it literally looks like it did the day I bought it! He did such a thorough and fantastic job. I will definitely be back! Highly recommended!! Thanks Madison!!

After all the snow and cold weather, nothing has been open for car detailing for a few weeks anywhere or so backed up you cant get in for an appointment. So, i decided to try. Thus, hand-wash only business to deal my car. I was surprised to find they could fit me in at the end of the day, which was perfect for me. I came back when I was told they would be available and got me in immediately. I was very pleased with the service I got on the exterior of my car. It looks brand new again. I'm not sure about the negative reviews, but my experience with them was nothing but professional, good service, and a great job. Well done. No complaints.
