Place used to be good cane atleast twice a month now just looks run down, actual wash doesn't work as soap doesn't even dispence there for leaving the car dirty. The guy that you pay to start charged me the suv price which I have never been charged for my vehicle. I also witnessed another customer be ridiculed because he brought to the managers attention that the wash was sub par and the employee could not properly clean the vehicle and was asking for a refund. I was over my experience the kid that clean my car did a pretty good job but not 60$ worth I would advise never going back till things change. This place just looks like a hangout for the wrong crowd now and seems unsafe.

Worst experience I have had at a car wash. I should have known not to go in since it wasn’t busy. Paid $60 for interior/exterior and bug removal. The guy detailing the car insisted that the bugs were scratches and refused to scrub them off even though we paid extra. Interior was never wiped down or vacuumed. Won’t be returning.

I went in on Saturday, October 23rd with my truck. When I arrived, I was automatically asked for payment which was odd for me because normally I go in to pay. So, I paid up front. I was directed into the car wash and it started like normal. While I was going through, I noticed that the rinse didn't work and neither did the dryer. So I still had soap on the truck coming out of the machine. When I pulled up to the porter, I asked if I needed to go back in and he said no, the machine was broken and that he would take care of it. Thirty minutes later, he says the vehicle is done. So I do my normal walk-a-round and there is dried soap all over the hood and the roof of the truck. Like he didn't even touch it, and when I pointed it out, he just stood there or went to chat up his buddies. Mind you, I paid $35 for a "full service" wash, and I am 5 months pregnant wiping down the truck myself. It didn't seem like this kid did anything to the truck. So I find someone and ask to speak to a manager. Well, the manager was not there, and he told me to come back Monday. So here we are today Monday, October 25th. I go back on my lunch break and ask to speak to the manager. I explained to him the situation, and asked for a refund. He said no, but he could run my truck through the machine again. 2 problems with that. 1) the machine is still broken, and 2) it's supposed to rain today. How would that be helpful? Then he proceed call me sweetie and asked me what service I paid for. I responded with full service, and he said that "full service only comes with a dust off of the outside". A) it doesn't say that anywhere on the services board, and B) that may have been more acceptable had the machine not been broken. If I was told beforehand that the machine was broken, I would have said no, and taken my truck and money somewhere else. So, that was the last time that I will use that place for car washes, and you should too. Better yet, don't go at all!

Showed up for a car wash and left within 15 mins after my unpleasant meeting with the business owner "Matt" and his horrendous customer service. The owners of the three cars in front of me have been waiting there for 20 minutes and were all frustrated with the lack of efficiency and respect of their time. I decided to ask if I can return the following day as my clock was pressed. "Matt, the owner" quickly said "NO. You can only come back today." I can tell he was already short fused and then I asked for a refund. His reply was "You can try and email to ask 'them' to send a refund. Every car is hand washed and takes 30-45 minutes. A customer complaining after 15 minutes is unheard of. You're now annoying me!" He squandered off outside to check on the status of the other cars. I wanted to email them and let upper management know Matt's full name, so I follow him outside. He refused to give me his last name. Asked if I was the police, I said "No, I am a paying customer who wants to email the Owner to ask for a refund and let them know Matt has a poor attitude and lacks great customer service skills." His next reply is the best... "I am the owner so that email is gonna go to me!" he smirks and becomes a bigger a joke now. He tells me to leave with vulgarity and I proceed to my car. He continues "I'm worth 50 million, I own 8 car washes in the valley and several in Arizona. I own a Bentley. You can take your little Porsche, go down the street to the other car washes I own and my managers will treat you better there!" Before I left, I made sure to tell the other costumers behind me to leave and go somewhere else. I was able to persuade two possible clients to leave the property. Letting them know "Matt the Owner" is a crook and will never get my money again and you should do the same. If you don't believe me I have this all on video. I won't post it due to respect, but I just might make a point that this car wash and all the other 8 Matt owns in town are run by a poor souled individual. I would never treat anyone like he treated me and I hope everyone else out there refuses to be patrons of this bad establishment. For further complainant the car wash is REALLY owned /registered to a Douglas Adkins located at 6 Augusta Canyon Way, Las Vegas, NV 89141 I'll be sending Showplace Auto Boutique complainants and request for my refund at this home location. Also filing a complaint with the Nevada Attorney General’s office. I suggest everyone else who has been ripped off by this establishment does so.

They Over Charge we only got the outside of the car wash, and they charge for Detail cleaning. I called them and question about the charge the person in charge was rude did not even listen to me. I tried to explain to him that he over charge for a service we never got. They are a total rip-off business total thief’s. Do not wait your time and money they outside of the car wash was really bad there were spots allover the windows. But for them to charge for a service they do not provide. SMH and it’s not $100 they charged my card $310.

Recently came to showplace auto boutique after having trouble finding a good place to wash my car heard great things from friends this place is awesome. One of the nicest cleanest car washes in Las Vegas and I have been living here all my life. I got a buff and wax special for 60$ they removed scratches out my car that other places tried to charge me 300$ to remove 👍 also they have a on site certified auto glass technician who fixed a big crack in my glass saved me 500$. All this was done in under and hour great place . Finally found a great honest car wash with great service definitely recommend this to all my friends thank you showplace

I stopped at Showplace today because my main go to car wash place was packed, and the wait was about 2hrs. As I was pulling up to Showplace I thought I hit the lottery because there was only 1 other person having their car washed and they offered handwashing. Holy hell, $55 for small vehicle, and $75 for large. Somehow I ended up paying $100. This place is a little scary. It’s empty, outdated and does not feel welcoming. I waited about 45mins which is usual for a handwashing / detailing package, but literally only one other person stopped in. I started to read the reviews about this place after I stopped in and immediately questioned my decision to have my car washed here. Ultimately they did a pretty darn good detail. Pricing is way out of bounds, and the place needs a facelift, still better than Fabulous Freddy’s any day of the week.

It’s very satisfying to drive by this place and see it look like a ghost town. Going out of business never looked so good. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. The original owners knew how to run this business. The present ownership couldn’t run a hot dog stand. Seems like others are being threatened by the same guy at the main entrance. This happened Saturday. I've brought my vehicles to this place many many times. Never had an issue. Owners have always been great. Today I was treated rudely, verbally threatened with violence and will never return. I had a verbal altercation with the guy who stands outside receiving in the cars. He verbally threatened to punch me in the face three times because I moved his cones out of the way to be able to back my vehicle out. He moved them back. I then tossed them out of the way. I have his threats to "punch me in the face" recorded on my vehicle camera. I have over 3.5 million social media followers and will be encouraging them to avoid this car wash at all costs. I imagine the owners wouldn't appreciate to know an employee of their company threatened a customer. I did encourage him to throw the first punch in hopes he would have. Jail and compensation would be a pleasure to collect.

Best car wash by far in the valley. The staff is always so professional and courteous. Sherwin does an amazing job detailing my car inside and out. I try to always have him clean my car but there are times when he’s not available so another one of their staff takes good care of my car also. Prices aren’t bad and the quality is top notch. Highly recommend this place for a detail needs. Ask for Sherwin as he in my opinion is great

The service is horrible. They broke a piece on my tow mirrors and denied it, manager was standing next to me and employee while he kept on disrespecting me and did nothing about it. It was my favorite was until today. $55.00 bucks for hand wash and they left it dirty with bugs all over the front end on top of that the damaged to my vehicle. Not coming back again even if it was free !!!

I went to this car wash today I used to go several years ago and on a Friday it would be bustling with lots of customers lots of employees the building would be open today the building was completely shuttered there was only one man working there over by the car wash and one man drying and vacuuming the cars I've never been to such a dumpy place shouldn't they charge way too much 50 bucks if I wanted to have the car vacuumed I first chose the $35 package and he told me very abruptly you won't get it vacuum for $35 so I had to pick the $45 package when I looked at the receipt he had charged me a surcharge for my van I have another $5 so it's $50 for a very substandard job it was like nobody in that place mid-morning on a Friday that's when they used to be the busiest I was the only customer so uncomfortable workers very rude

Firsr and foremost...the detailing for my vehicle is awesome!!! Pro service all the way. I travel tons and more prone to chips on my windshield than most. I have had ShowPlace (Richard) fix all cracks and not ever once did I feel pressured (other detail places have high pressure fixes for this). The fixes are clean and service excellent. I've said no on a couple occasions only to come back and have them done. Excellent service!!!

Wow, this place went to hell. It used to be top notch now. The car wash doesn't even work, and there's no air conditioning inside it's so sad they say there's a new owner. Well, he will be out of business real soon obviously he couldn't care less!

Absolute doo doo. I've been here 8 times in the past (it's been a year since the last visit) and it was always "fine," never great, but at least got the job done. I will never be back. Firstly, the place looks deserted. Everything empty, heater not even on inside (it's 45 degrees today), nothing for sale - not even air fresheners. Secondly, the manager dude was rude. I did a quick check of my vehicle and mentioned there were several areas of visible dirt and asked to have to wiped. Dude freaked out, belligerently asking me "where?! Where?'" I wiped it with my finger and showed him my dirty finger. He just kept loudly saying "where?!l Then he told me not to come back lol.. Thirdly, prices have gone through the roof. Simple inside and out used to be 20-25. Now it's 45, doesn't include the whole car, and doesn't mean you get the obvious dirt removed. This place won't be in business much longer, and rightfully so. Do not go here.

It took way to long for them to detail the car. I originally thought they were doing a good job. That was no the case. There was still stuff on the floor where they vacuumed they put the floor mats back bunched up. They didn't wipe the the dash off there was still dust on the radio and console. Some how they managed to blow dust and stuff up on the hood.

After paying $30 to wash the car, they did a foamless wash that didn't even take 1 minute. When I asked why the machine was not working, they said it was broken. When I asked for a refund immediately they said that they would not give and that I should not come again. I came many times before but they don't do their job well anymore. Dozens of dirty spots remained on the exterior of the car. Even though it was covid time, I had to clean my car myself with the cloth and spray they used. I have added before and after pictures.

I needed to get my vehicle washed and cleaned. This car wash has hand cleaning and open tunnel brushes at their location. They also have other hand finishing, headlight restoration offerings for your vehicle. All the techs were friendly, and my car looked great afterward. Pricing was more on the higher side, so I opted for their lowest priced car. Wash pkg at $35.

Went in for smog at same location. That was great and quick for a good price. Decided to get car washed. For $40 i expected better. No attention to detail. Windows are still dirty and so is my car. The poor detailer was using light on his phone to try to get all the spots I pointed out yet still car was not clean. Also never got any scent that I chose in my car. 1st and last time going there for a wash.
