Loved this car wash. the young ladies were so helpful from the entry with the kiosk to the young lady Cass doing an excellent job on the power wash before going into the car wash itself. Also, when I was vacuuming my van, the young lady Lain came to help me with cleaning my car matts. I am so pleased with my first experience with Shine Factory I will definitely be returning soon.

Shine Factory Car Wash-Morgan Road is LITERALLY the best car wash in Oklahoma. Staff is phenomenal. Jerome runs an amazing car wash. My vehicle always comes out looking brand new. Vacuums are free. They even have a rug vacuum that's easy to use. Memberships are reasonable, as well. Once you use Shine Factory, you'll never use another again. 100/10 recommend.

I am very particular about my little red 200. I worked at a few car washes back in my early teen years. This one, Shine Factory, is hands down the best tunnel wash I’ve ever experienced. The long-term effects from their choice washes are stunning. For almost two months, I would go, and the next day, it would rain, but yet lil red would be almost smiling at the world with her world-class glimmer. Shine Factory seems to know more than a few trade secrets. It’s not just the Rain-X, but whatever the elite staff has going on behind closed doors. Keep on doing it! Between the quality of the wash, and the cleanliness of there do-it-yourself detail stations, the amazing customer service, and their great prices, if you haven’t stopped in, you owe it to your vehicle and your wallet to give Shine Factory a try. I did, and I haven’t used anyone else ever since.

What a great experience! My car looked amazing after getting cleaned. They spray the car down a bit before entering. I was greeted at the pay kiosk and before entering the wash. The facility was very clean and maintained well. They have strong vacuums as well. Great customer service and if you have little kids take them they will love all the colors inside! A clean car for mom and fun for the kiddos!

Great wash, stellar services! The cashier was so warm and friendly! I got in straightaway with no problems. The grounds are neat and clean with lots of vacuum bays available for customers. The vacuuming is free with every wash!! You can choose your wash quality, and if you need recommendations, the staff is more than willing to help with a smile!

I don’t typically write reviews but here we go. So, I came in with my 24 F-150 to get cleaned up cause I just finished camping with my friends for my bachelor party. After getting the ceramic wash and signing up for that supscription. After the wash I saw multiple spots where the auto wash had removed some of the clear coat. I notified the staff at this location and they took down my name and reported the damages. But they never gave me a time estimate when I would be contacted about the damages. Regardless of the damages the staff were really kind and professional, even offered to spray my mats down that were covered in mud. Will update if management reaches out and pay for the damages to the paint.

I have a membership here. The staff spray my SUV all over more and better than any other place that I have been. The automatic car wash cleans my car very well too, and all of the equipment works great. The staff works hard and they are very helpful, professional and polite. The trash barrels are never overflowing and everything is kept nice and clean looking. The location I’m talking about is at Morgan and SW 15th Street.

Went through a wash and during the drying I heard a crunch and then saw black plastic pieces get knocked off. Checked my car immediately after and sure enough there was damage to the front plastic rim. Looks like this has happened before to another person with a 2025 Camry as I’ve seen in a previous review. Waiting to hear back from them on what they plan to do moving forward but this is clearly an issue that has happened before and may continue to happen

A+++ I brought in a F350 with a 4” lift and 35” tires. CASSANDRA hooked me up and walked the entire length of the car wash to make sure my truck didn’t bump anything up top. She even helped me take some stuff out of the bed of the truck. Great wash and great vacuums as well.

Honestly there's a billion car washes in and around OKC but this place not only looks the best visually but in my experience is by far the best. Easily the biggest bang for your buck on the membership costs but the staff yesterday were the 2 kindest and informative young women, Brittney & Cassi who were very professional and not standing around like most car washes I've been to but they were extremely kind to my 5yr old daughter and I which she loved very much and I really appreciate! I got the ceramic wash and it was great with all the lights & colors my daughter loved it and the actual wash was very clean and shining. Their free vacuums with shade from the awnings was great along with the free air compressors to get that dust and dirt u cant reach in and outside of the car and free clean towels with a return hamper at each vacuum station. I never thought I'd leave such a through review for a car wash but I was genuinely pleased with the service provided. Shout out to the staff who helped and took care of us! Highly recommend this location im sure the other location is great too but we went to the Yukon location on S Morgan Rd.

Update: I was contacted by Yaz and he quickly got me in touch with a body shop locally and within a week they had the part! The shop replaced the part in 45 minutes. I’m so thankful for the way this was handled. This car wash came highly recommended so I decided to try it out Tuesday night. Unfortunately when getting to the dryer section something clipped the right front bumper piece and cracked it. ‘I bought my car 9 days ago so it’s not an aftermarket piece. I was told someone would be reaching out but have yet to hear from anyone.
