this car wash broke my antenna off and owner gave excuses about it's KIA CORPORATION is at fault because screws too short...are u serious?? well new n old owners both tell me to go get a quote from Kia n now Richard n Scott Taylor you are jacking me around.. n my radio plays static....attorneys and longview new paper n any tv stations can contact me 4 further details ...need to warn ppl about using car wash at zippy j n shell gas station..bcuz they are refusing to do the right thing....because the cashiers all know issues wth their car wash damaging ppl cars...n after I provide the quote NOW all of a sudden the new owner Richard stated he called other Kia car lots in Dallas who told him it's a known issues...REALLY?? why not call local Kia in longview where quote came from...but to blame KIA for zippy j n shell gas station cash wash defects is a poor sign of leadership....I see partly why Scott Taylor is the old owner....I will not let this go...right is right!! zippy j n shell gas station should take on responsibility as well as shut down the raggedy washers!!

Second time in a row the rotating brushes have broken my driver’s side windshield wiper blade. Both of my 2018 Ford’s have been damaged by the brushes. I think the pressure settings are wrong on their equipment so I tried to reason with the manager and he said NO GUARANTEES on any damage. The last two washes have cost me $45 in repairs plus the trouble of going to parts store to replace a brand new wiper blade. The other Shell Station Car Wash on West Hwy 80 has been a better place to wash my vehicles. I’m going to buy a wiper blade and return to Don’s Beer Barn with the receipt and allow them one more chance to make it good. UPDATE: I went to ABC Autoparts and they hooked me up on a replacement wiper blade. Those guys are TOPNOTCH.

Nasty, dark inside store deapite Windows Not so nice counter person, Filthy mess outside. It has gone down in its appearance and friendly inviting vibe it use to once possess. THIS stations. gas burns to fast in my car, . The Plus Is its located just off the I 20 Highway.

24/7 drive thru alone makes this a great gas/convenience store. Most staff are always polite. Store/bathroom are clean, aisles stay maintained and organized.

Stopped at this location today. My 2 yr old and 5 year old wanted a toy so they grabbed toy cars to buy. Went to check out and the lady said their system was down and had to be cash only which I didn’t have. I was going to leave of course when I heard another cashier call out that she would get it. Her name was Molly and she offered to pay for my kids toys so that they didn’t have to put them back. This was a wonderful thing to see this kind of kindness. Luckily my wife came by and had cash so the cashier didn’t use her money, but clearly it was the thought that counted. 5 stars Molly!

Last time I went in the cashier, can't remember his name was amazing. The restroom was clean. He had plenty of fresh coffee made. Was extremely polite and altho I was in a crabby mood when I got there, this young man's attitude was so over the top I walked away with a complete different mind frame. I sure wish I could remember his name because he deserves to be recognized...

I walk up to the store about 4:30 AM and the overnight clerk decides she wants to sit on her butt and talk on the phone now the store hours on line state they are a 24 hour store now I understand that throughout the night one would have only drive thru open but what time does the inside open nothing is posted on line or at the store just a couple of things I thought I would point out but most every time I go into the store I always have exceptional service and the staff is always polite thank you
