The Micronesian girl who was working on February 13, 2019 @ 3pm was rude to all of us customers. She was on a personal phone call, speaking Micronesian and not even acknowledging us at her register. The customer ahead of me was asking her for help with finding something and she did not say or do anything. When it was our turn, she had an attitude and scoffed at my fiancee. So my fiancee had asked for her name and she wouldn't give it to her. Then she asked for a receipt, she claimed the printer is not working. Also, it looks like she was doing something sketchy with the register.

This place is a ZERO! I have a medical problem and needed to use the bathroom. The cashier wouldn’t let me then claimed she didn’t even have a key! Have you no compassion? That employee doesn’t deserve her job! I would love to know who owns this station but since I don’t I will write to SHELL. They’re always there to take my money but other than that, nothing! I hope this station shuts down.

Unpleasant Experience with Discrimination at this Shell station. Don't go! I had a highly unpleasant experience at this Shell store on 9/4/2023 that compelled me to share my thoughts. Today's visit left me deeply disappointed. I see the previous review was also mentioned the cashier was not friendly. So, this is not the first time that lady treat Asians unfair. I can't help to relate this to discrimination. Unfortunately, the worker on duty seemed to have a different set of rules for me. Despite purchasing gas and being a normal customer, I was denied access to the restroom by two of the workers, which I believe was a discriminatory act. I understand that restroom access policies can vary, but it's essential to treat every customer fairly. I was on the way returning the rental car so I planned to fill the gas, however, I needed to freshen up during a long journey. I planned to use the restroom in this gas station before purchasing the fuel. The lady (cashier) was very unfriendly, kept saying they cannot give the restroom key to non customer. I told her I am in a rush, I will buy the gasoline right after I use the restroom, and she talked in a very mean way to a customer like me. Then she asked another lady to give me the restroom key, it was very obvious that they don't want me to use the restroom even I told them I will buy later, because the 2nd lady was talking quietly to the cashier, using some quiet language that only they two can understand After their discussion, they told me the restroom is "Out of order". This incident made me feel unwelcome and discriminated against, and it's disheartening to encounter such behavior in today's society. Discrimination should have no place in any establishment, and it's disappointing to see it happen at Shell. I hope the management takes this review seriously and addresses the issue promptly. Treating all customers equally and with respect is a fundamental aspect of providing good customer service. I hope that no one else has to go through the distressing experience I had at this gas station. I will reconsider my future visits to this gas station and strongly encourage them to educate their staff on the importance of treating every customer fairly and respectfully, regardless of their background.

Absolutely disgusting! I bought a hot dog from this Shell convenience store and it was clearly spoiled — it smelled sour and rotten the moment I opened it. We immediately went to speak with the staff, but the middle-aged woman at the register refused to acknowledge the issue. Her attitude was terrible — she didn’t even bother to smell it before brushing us off. We bought two hot dogs and didn’t get a refund for either. This is food we’re talking about, not some random product. Selling spoiled food and then refusing to take any responsibility is unacceptable. Shame on this store for having zero concern for food safety or customer service. Avoid this place at all costs.
