Fuel is high, the pump smelled like urine, my cold drinks were only cool but the bathroom and store were clean.

The reason I like this gas station is because where you can air up your tires and vacuum out your car always works. I notice other air stations weren't working or someone cut off the air hose.

Came in with low tire pressure but didnt know which one; Jason, who happened to see me, helped me identify which one with a gauge that he had in his car. When I couldnt get my card to work, he even paid the $1.50 for the air pump, only asking that I pay it forward. I definitely will along my trip, Jason! Thank you!

I was denied my right as grown man to buy cigarettes because my ID says “void” on it cus I’m getting a new one. I was told that I needed my paper that proves I’m getting a new one and that it’s always been the law. If I remember correctly, the law only says I need to be over 18. Correct? I had many ways to prove I’m of age and still nothing. I’ve never had this problem before so please enlighten me. I’m giving you 5 stars cus the lady was only doing her job and she was nice even when my anxiety kicked in hard. I’m only upset that I’m almost 30 and couldn’t buy cigs cus of a void ID.

Pumps are super finicky. Several times they've shut off after only a free gallons so then we have to run the card again. Often times we're using rewards points that are only good on one transaction so we miss out on the discount. Twice we've had the nozzle actually shoot out of our tank mid fueling. Needles to say, not our preferred gas stop but it's the only one on the way home.

I had a small issue at their location and the Store Manager Leslie and District Manager Chris handled it perfectly. Jackson's needs 100,000 more employees like them!! The facility maintenance guy wasn't as "friendly" and respectful.
