I am extremely disappointed in the quality of the car wash service. After paying $24.99 for the luxury wash my car came out looking the same. I am enraged and want a refund.

Dont go to this car wash it is ran very bad, they dont take the time to vacuum the car, they dont wash the car good either, also they do the bair minmum when you get a service done, the people who run it are prejudice, the owner has no respect for the employees that are not his race, dont waste any money here.

I paid $40 for my car wash yesterday and they did not even clean my dash board. This used to be a really great place. They are going down hill.

Paid top dollar for a car wash today and they were very busy, under staffed and I had to come home and detail the inside myself. Not acceptable! Not returning! The customer service isn't the best either.

The car wash guys do an excellent job. Took my Acura TL to get a wash the workers did a fantastic job 👏 👍 👌! I will be taking my dusty Honda Crv there also.

The gas station sells gas, and is one of cheapest around. Staff inside is great, car wash staff are not. The car wash sucks BIG TIME!!! Never going back. As with the previous reviews, more expensive service means nothing. Total ripoff.

Car wash? Seriously? More importantly do not allow them to do anything on your vehicle, unqualified for even an oil change & filter. Break the good struts? Worthless

I can see why the reviews are so low for this place.I stopped in there to get a snack.Use the bathroom and the little spoiled.Brat told me that I had to buy gas to use the bathroom. If there was nowhere left on this planet to buy gas I still wouldn't buy gas there.

Thank you for the young man that works inside that came out when he saw a guy roaming the gas station and approaching customers and made him leave. The guys was standing outside my car waiting for me to come out when your employee came out. At the Carlsbad station on Carlsbad Village Dr Ive had homeless people approach and harass me while employees are standing outside smoking and not do a thing.

I came to this place about a month ago to have husband’s car to get washed. They did an incredible job. Very detailed. I loved it. Today I brought my truck and from the waiting area I can tell I’m going to be very satisfied with the service. Thanks again☺️😌😍

DO NOT GO HERE They will rip you off upsell you without explaining clearly and it’s NOT express at all!!! Took an hour for a standard car wash that cost an utter fortune so disappointed never coming back

The service at this carwash is the worst. I have taken my car here a handful of times simply because it is convenient not because they provide any kind of quality. The last two times it has been so bad I decided it was time to review and never return. I paid extra to have my large SUV thoroughly cleaned and both times they completely skipped my third row despite me confirming that was included in the price both times gave me attitude when I saw and asked politely for them to take care of it. The rest of the car was gone over but minimally cleaned. If I was paying for the cheap wash I doubt it would bother me but when I am up charged for all kinds of "extras" I am not recieving it's time to take my business elsewhere.

I used to like this place a lot for $40 wash they were fine but today I paid $270 because he said my car would look brand new... They put the filthy mats in my trunk, never cleaned. It looks like there's spit on one of them. They did a worse vacuum than they usually do on the $40 wash, they argued with me, they had to find my key, they left sticky marks rubbed down my windows, there's drips of coffee left, smears and marks all over the glass. I used to detail cars when I was young. This is NOT detailing.

I have not been able to find a decent car wash in the area. I thought I would try this place out and was not disappointed. I just took my 2nd car and they did a fantastic job again. I was going to get the "luxury wash" but they convinced me to do "the works" and offered me a discount so I did it. I will be going back in the future.

I have a 32' Fleetwood Motorhome that needed smog. I searched for high and low for a station that could accommodate my motorhome. And found Bernardo at the Shell station. At first I did not think it was possible, however, Bernardo assured me he could get it done. And he did. He also helped me with another small issue I had with the motorhome and did not even charge me. Thanks Bernardo. See you with my next vehicle!

Within this area, the 7-Eleven, Shell Station and Chevron, are the only convenience stores. The 7-Eleven has an inconvenient and dirty parking area, unfriendly and rude staff, and sketchy management (read: credit card skimmer). Much to the contrary, the Shell station has consistently friendly and helpful staff and is easy to maneuver in and out of. Although I have not used its other amenities, I go out of my way to patronize this store simply because each and every interaction I have ever had with an employee has been pleasant. It seems nowadays that is a commodity that is harder and harder to find.

Don't shop here if you're African American, guy with a botched Mohawk is racist :( I didn't even come for gas I came for a drink and papers, refused to sell it to me even though I had my ID. I'm 25 if I wanted to talk to a robot I would've asked chat gpt. We're all human. Act like it

Worst hand car wash I've ever seen. I had to get the to run it through the wash a second time because it sucked. I went inside for coffee and the cashier didn't even speak English when I asked where the lids were for the coffee bean coffee. She didn't understand me and had find lids in the back. They sell coffee bean coffee and there's no artificial sweetener at all.

Convenient Location if you’re shopping in this area—lots of shops, restaurants, etc. Price is average in the area. Accepts Ralph’s Fuel Rewards. Car Wash is way too expensive! Would be nice to grab a wash while filling up—but the lowest price is $20! I believe that’s for a basic.
