Made a appointment and currently ive been waiting 2 1/2 hours for them to change 2 tires! Who knows how long it'll actually take. The auto manager doesn't. This has happened before, I just forgot how time doesn't matter in the Walmart auto zone. Horrible

Very disappointed with the auto section. I had a small screw in my tire and told I needed a new tire because they can't service tires that are 5 years old. I drive less then 8k a year and my tire had plenty of thread on it. When I came home I decided to look up Walmarts tire policy and it states they will not service any tire that is 6yrs or older. I decided to contact the manager and needless to say I've not heared back from management. I honestly feel my tire was repairable.

It seems like alot of the customers that shop there have a miserable attitude about them and they show no courtesy towards others . Walmart it's self great store. I'm adding to my post i shopped for food at this wall mart recently and I was charged for things I didn't get at ridiculous prices I'm going to take my receipts back to the store to get it taken care of . I am wrinting this review because we keep receiving orders that are not complete and it’s making me quite upset! I am canceling my Walmart+ account once the year I paid for is over. Then on top of it because your people messed up, the app said they can’t process the return probably because they keep messing up so we were probably flagged we had to call to have the refund processed. Just a bunch of BS.

Had my car's oil change serviced here, they added the fuel injector cleaner as well. I ended up spending 4 hours at Walmart because whoever serviced my car did not run it after adding the fuel injector cleaner, but instead left the car on and the battery died. My battery was dead, the car was clogged with the fuel injector liquid and the computer software part of the vehicle was unresponsive. It took the most experienced Tech Marcelino to get it to start again. Though I had my service refunded and was given a discount on the battery, I still don't believe I should have been made to pay for the new battery that they had to provide for leaving my car on. Update: walmart's auto manager reimbursed the battery $

When I cannot find anything that I am looking for, Walmart always comes through! I can't say enough about their fresh produce department... always neat and clean as well as well-stocked. I had been shopping for years at Sprouts, and when they stopped stocking as many fresh choices, and became very limited, I switched to Walmart. I don't think that I will ever go back!

Beware of Deli employee not understanding my request ask to slice deli meat was told they don’t do that. Spoke with a Coach he assured me they do he called the person would slice me! Check was fine other employee helped when ask a question. Overall a good experience!

Look I'll never act like coming to Walmart is a glorious golden streets Americana experience but I can at least say that this Walmart is quite nice on the scale of Walmarts I've been to across the nation. Good layout. Good stock. Good service.

My go to store for regular household items, basic clothing and pantry foods. The service is good, I never have problems with a return if there are product issues. I like their Hart tool product line as it is their premium brand for tools and great quality. Also, the staff is pretty good at helping me find products I am looking for. Finally, their prices are reasonably low for a pretty decent product. I especially enjoy the Equate product as it comparable to other name brands. I will be returning sooner than later.

The way management treats their employees here is a major red flag. I’ve heard the Store Manager speaking down to staff over the walkies on multiple occasions. It’s unprofessional, creates a depressing atmosphere for customers, and is clearly taking a toll on the team. Treating people with basic respect shouldn't be optional. I won't be supporting this location until things change.

Came in for a walk in tire check and oil change at 8:30am, the tire service manager Andrew estimated the wait time to be an hour. I'm still waiting and it's now 11:15am. It's 11:17am and now it's ready. Be real with your customer's. I should have known.

Rarely someone available to unlock the 500 shelves they have locked up. Target is a better experience. They employ people to unlock shelves. Walmart apparently still only thinks they need the same number of people when they have half the store locked up. Secondly - it’s illegal for a NON club to check receipts at the door for every purchase. This Walmart does it and will definitely be reporting it to consumer affairs. I paid for everything everytime. I don’t need Sam to verify it. Skip Walmart target is across the street. Service sucks, your time is worth more with the .50 you save, and you aren’t treated like a criminal.

Larger and older gentleman who checks receipts was extremely rude. As the line to get receipts checked was a little jumbled, I handed my receipt to him. Not realizing that the group in front of me, was not together. Instead of letting me know there were people in front of me, he scoffed and said “Some people don’t know how lines work”. There was no need for the rude comment, as we are all human and make mistakes when what is presented to us is less organized than usual due to Super Bowl foot traffic.

Today, August 26, 2025, Complaint: This is not an isolated case. Walmart Pickup #2245 consistently experiences excessive delays in delivering orders. Today, I once again had to wait over an hour to receive my order. The most concerning thing is that this situation is repeated frequently, and managers do nothing to improve service or organization. It is urgent that real measures be taken to offer customers the attention and efficiency they deserve.

I always love going to this Walmart, have been going for 9 months now, always the best prices!! Great service, always willing to help out and help me find things. Logically organized and lots of options per product. Great product varieties and brands avaliable. Always plenty of parking, even if you have to walk a bit. Haven't done pickup or anything. Just grab what I need
