Definitely not worth paying over $40. It wasn't properly vacuumed, water dripping everywhere and dirt was STILL on my vehicle. Please save your money and go somewhere else.

This place isn't consistent. I've been here a handful of times, and always purchased a full wash around $40 - $50. My most recent visit will be my last - there is smears all over the outside of the car, and no interior cleaning whatsoever despite adding dash and console cleaning. The seats weren't even vacuumed! Save yourself the extra money and just do it yourself, I returned home immediately after my visit and wiped my car down with armorall and vacuumed the floors.

I've gone to Coast Car Wash multiple times, each time thinking that maybe the last visit was bad luck. I will unfortunately no longer be going to Coast Car Wash, nor would I recommend anyone pay for their services. Despite paying over $30 each car wash, I continue to find that the interior is not cleaned, and I could do a better job cleaning the sand out of my mats with a cheap handheld vacuum. It doesn't appear that they take pride in their work, as on multiple occasions I come to find smears on the hood of my car, and no effort put into removing small imperfections such as bird droppings. Lastly, it's impossible to get a straight answer from the salesmen when you pull-up, as they're more interested in upselling you on additional services rather than answering any questions you have. I'm convinced that you get the same wash regardless of paying $15 or $30. It's a shame that nobody takes pride in their work at Coast Car Wash

I recently took my Tacoma Toyota truck to Coastal Car Wash and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. The price was perfect for the range of services provided, including shampooing the carpet and seats, which left my truck looking and smelling fantastic. The staff at Coastal Car Wash are some of the friendliest I've encountered. Also give military discount!

What a terrible wash... I've paid 40$ to get my pickup cleaned up interior exterior and even tho the exterior was well done the interior looked like it was barely cleaned. I don't mind paying but get the job done right. I won't be back thats for sure...

Today was the first time since I bought my car that I’ve let anyone besides myself wash it. For $13 , I’m super impressed. They were quick and attentive to detail , washed vacuumed wiped down the interior. Windows were done too

I do not recommend this place at all. If you have a newer car, or care about your car actually being cleaned then I recommend to clean your car yourself, or goto soapy joes since you’re able to properly clean your car without any issues. Before this place cleaned my car it did not have a scratch on the front right fender. Afterwards there was a clear coat scratch that manager argued wasn’t his car wash’s fault. He was extremely rude and pointed blame back onto me. When I got home I checked everywhere else in more detail and noticed the hood is still dirty, the overall outside of the car is spotty (needs to be cleaned again), there was still hair and other dirt in the carpets so wasn’t vacuumed throughly (needs to be vacuumed again), side view mirrors still dirty, the rear bumper that is used to stand on is greased up and now slippery, and the entire inside plastic was dressed with something that made everything sticky. Seats were not cleaned at all either. I paid $45 when I could have paid soapy joes $15 and cleaned my truck myself. Complete waste of money

Terrible car wash! Brought in my jeep gladiator this morning. Paid $55 only for the same dirty spots to be on the dash, food on the seats, and an overall unsatisfactory interior job. Wont be back.

Brad behind the counter comes off as someone with some type of mental health disorder. Probably best if he is not the face of your business. he was mean and Threatening for no reason, he came out of his office and did an awkward stare down. what a strange experience. Additional Info Based On Owner's Response: The disability is not the issue. The issue is his menacing, physical and threatening behavior, which was 100% unprovoked. Don't worry, I will not be returning. Check my other reviews (mostly 5 stars), I have over 8 million views on them. I will make sure everyone knows that your business is unsafe! I recently gave Coast Car Wash's $85 Mini Detail service a try, and regrettably, my experience left much to be desired. While I want to acknowledge that the staff was polite and courteous, unfortunately, that was the only positive aspect of the entire experience. When it comes to the actual service, it was a disappointment from start to finish. The exterior of my car was supposed to be detailed, but it looked far from it when I got it back. There were noticeable dirt spots, streaks, and water spots that were still present on the paint. It seemed as if they had rushed through the process and didn't pay much attention to detail. The interior cleaning was equally underwhelming. They claimed to vacuum and wipe down the surfaces, but upon inspection, I found crumbs and debris still on the seats, and the dashboard had been left dusty and streaked. It was clear that the level of cleaning did not match the price I had paid. Would not recommend! ** and correct you don’t offer one! So I was LIED to and the job was terrible**

Been here twice now and probably won’t be back. Today I paid for the $55 detail and gold wash. They could bother to finish vacuuming the front driver side, didn’t even try to vacuum the cargo area of my hatchback, didn’t wipe off the rims, and sprayed the Armorall on way to thick and uneven and didn’t get the grime and dust off first… so now the cab is all sticky. $55 should get the job done that you paid for. Disappointed.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!! I took my car in on Wednesday afternoon. I paid for the manager special, and tipped the staff $5. As I was diving home I heard a sound coming from the bottom of my car. I pulled into my driveway and looked underneath to see that the undercarriage was damaged. As I was getting back into my car, I saw that part of my rear door trim was sitting on the back seat. No one mentioned anything to me when I was driving off the premises, even though they obviously saw the trim come off and placed in the middle of the seat. This was absolutely intentional, as once you leave the lot they will say that there is no proof of the car being damaged in their care. The pictures of the damage are attached. I’m currently waiting on an estimate on how much it will cost to fix. If you want to take your car here because you think it’s convenient, or because you don’t think that this won’t happen to you, don't complain later, because there's plenty of warnings on these reviews. You should know that there’s a chance that you will be having to deal with car damage and will have no recourse, unless you have some sort of video system inside your vehicle. They will not return calls or emails, and if you speak to them on the phone they will say that they are not responsible for the damage, and you will be forced to pay for the damage or attempt to involve your insurance, as I am doing now.

The gentleman at the register was extremely rude to me. He didn’t greet me, didn’t thank me for my purchase, and spoke with an attitude. What makes it worse is that he treated the customer after me, someone of his same background, far more politely. During the hours of 8 AM to 10 AM, they offer a $10.99 car wash, but they do the bare minimum. If you’re looking for a more thorough wash, I wouldn’t recommend going during that time.

Coast Car Wash did an excellent job. My car came out spotless inside and out. The team was fast thorough and paid attention to the details which really shows in the final result. The pricing felt fair for the quality of service and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. The staff were friendly and efficient which made it an easy visit. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this place to anyone who wants their vehicle looking brand new.

I took my Volkswagen Atlas to this place and paid for “The Works” package, which costs $54.99. From the start, there was a complete lack of transparency about what this package actually includes. You would assume that the most expensive option would at least include a basic interior wipe out but it does not. As soon as we opened the doors, the car smelled terrible. It absolutely did not smell this way when I dropped it off. The odor was like dirty water and dirty rags had been used. The smell was so bad that even my 5-year-old couldn’t stand it. There were multiple spots inside the car that were still wet, along with many areas that were clearly missed and still dirty. When I asked about this at pickup, the employee told me that “The Works” only includes the exterior wash, the doors, and the dashboard. This was never communicated beforehand and was not listed on the board with the packages and prices. Even so, the areas that were supposedly included were not properly cleaned. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Save your money and do not bring your car here.
