Why put that you're open 24 hrs when you're not? Everytime I try to go for a midnight snack run, they're never open but a person is standing inside staring at me. If you're on break then go to the breakroom.

Melina is incredible as an attendant and very cheerful and friendly! She did an extremely fabulous job cleaning the restroom. It was the cleanest, best Clorox smelling, sparkling white, and neat bathroom I've ever used in a gas station in my 39 years of travel. Merry Christmas Miss Melina, you deserve an extra special gift this year!

What a phenomenal experience. We live in fallbrook but were in the area and decided to stop here to get some cheapish gas and my 2 daughters ages 6 and 4 had to use the restroom. As we went to check out a wonderful man who worked there named Leron asked if he could buy my 2 daughters this really sweet christmas candy toy each. What an amazing random act of kindness. I pray god blesses him and his family. An amazing man.

Don't be fooled by the few suspicious 5 star ratings. They are never open, even though they have employees inside. Apparently, they are always on "break". Definitely not 24 hours. Even when open, not the friendliest employees. Save yourself some time and go to a different gas station.

If I could give this place negative stars I would fist of all the new people working here are rude they don’t even greet you at the door or at checkout second of all u went to go fill up a few propane tanks which they don’t even know how to fill I had to show them as a customer that’s poor training there so yeah I’m definitely not coming here anymore oh and one more thing make sure you check what they charge you because they were trying to charge me 14 for 3 drinks when it’s advertised as 3 for 6.99

Filling gas station with a convenient store but they don't allow you to use the restroom. Not a very good stop for long distance travelers.

Some of the employees will not open the doors after 8 pm. Depending on who is working, you may or may not be able to purchase anything at this station. In the evening, It is probably better to go somewhere else until they figure out who they are willing to let into the gas station.

None of the pumps work for cards. Store employees were rude about it. Homeless people everywhere. Luckily, I had a few bucks cash to get gas and leave for a place that actually wants to sell gasoline, like a normal gas station.

Lady with the crazy eyebrows wont let customers into the store. My daughter is 3 and had to use the bathroom on a road trip to LA and the lady rudely told us no. My 3 year old was forced to go in the bushes outside. Why does it say 24 hours if it isn't actually 24 hours?

I like Chevron, but every time that I stop at night in this location, there is a lady with really bad customer service. She said it is close before 10: 40 pm . She doesn't do her job right. I hope the owner can do something about it. Her name is Nicole.

Absolutely terrible customer service, the guy behind the counter was extremely rude. Then I called him out for talking to me like I was stupid, and then he refused service and used expletives loud in front of other customers. His manager came out and talked to me but she didn’t like that I reminded him and his manager that he works at a gas station and customer service is his job. They took it the wrong way. All around horrible service, I’ve filled a complaint with corporate for both of the employees. If the owner of this business has any integrity in their business, please reach out to me.

Wow I wish I had checked the reviews before coming here. This is located right off the highway from a commuter road so you’d think the people working here would be used to customer service but they act as if you’re inconveniencing them by coming to pump gas there. I had been driving for over an hour, I came to get gas. That wasn’t the issue, the issue was the rude miserable red haired elderly employee who watched me stand outside for a good 10 minutes while she walked around the gas station taking pictures with an iPad. Whatever, she’s got a job to do clearly - but all I needed was the bathroom. She finally makes her way inside by going through her private entrance towards the cash register. Then she waves at me saying “hello are you coming in or what?” Very very rude .. how was I supposed to know the locked doors had been unlocked with a switch you touched? I finally get inside after 15 min of waiting and I see a restrooms sign and ask to use the restroom. I asked very politely and she looked up and down at me before giving me a smug look saying it’s not working, sorry 🤷🏻‍♀️ I was like are you sure?? And she doubled down with the meanest glare like she ENJOYED telling me no. You could’ve told me that while you were walking around instead of wasting my time as I was clearly helplessly needing to pee!! So damn inconsiderate I will NEVER come back here but trust me, I’ll make sure anyone who comes by doesn’t waste their time. I’ll write a review every week if I have to. Yall suck
