Just had the most ridiculously racist experience at this station. The evening employee called the police on a motorist, who's vehicle became inoperable and was waiting for a tow truck assistance. When questioned about her illogical decision, she because indignant and threatened to call the police again because of harassment. She is a complete lunatic that needs to be fired!

Had to use restroom and this cashier just had the courage to say that they don’t have a restroom when I literally saw it I didn’t see a sign that said that the restrooms were out of service and I’ve used this restroom before and the cashier just didn’t care she was on her phone not paying attention to me whoever the manager is I got a lot to say to you

I drove out of my way to go to this shell because I always go to shells as I have family members who work for the company and therefore try to support the business. I picked up multiple items to our has in an effort to make change in order to get quarters for putting air in my tires (no, I did not just ask him to give me change for no reason with no purchase). The employee refused to let me pay with cash saying I should wait more than 10 minutes for the shift change because he's really trying to close out. WHILE he had the drawer open and just gave another woman change, and could easily have made this transaction. I've worked behind cash registers, have been a waitress, I don't care what argument others could post saying I'm in the wrong or "don't get it." Laziest employees. It's embarrassing to see someone disrespect their job because I highly doubt anyone was coerced into working there. I will never be visiting this location again. Ever.

Rude and extremely unhelpful employees. Outrageous fuel prices. Can’t use debit cards inside the store. Employees charge prices higher than marked on the shelf. Avoid this place like the plague, not sure what game they’re playing but it’s definitely not on the up and up.

This is the worst convenience store on the planet. They are most expensive in Rice Military neighborhood. I went there to buy cigarettes yesterday. I told the clerk I wanted pall mall ultra lights. He gives me Pall Mall reds instead. The he argues about what I requested. Then he mocks me because the cigarettes are orange. Then he screams at me for being on the phone. I tell him to concentrate on being nice to his customers instead. Then he calls me a ass hole. This psycho maniac should be FIRED. He is beyond insane.

The lady behind the counter rang up items, and when confronted about the price difference, she went and took the sale tags off the shelf and then told me they weren’t on sale. The sale stickers were good until April 30th but she said the sale was over. Don’t trust the price you get charged.

The store is very clean but unfortunately there are NO PRICE LABELS inside and they did not ask if we wanted a receipt. This makes me believe they are making prices up at the register and taking advantage of customers. I do not appreciate this, and I recommend y’all take your business somewhere else.

My car battery died while stopped here. The manager and clerk were very nice and tried multiple ways to help me and even gave me water and offered me to sit in the AC. I didn’t expect the kindness I received, but it was very helpful and respectful.

BEWARE FALSE ADVERTISING Went to get two of these drinks, the fridge has a sticker that clearly states a deal when buying 2. When I took it to the register I said it said 2 for $5.50 and the cashier said no that they don’t do deals there. When I said there was a sticker on the fridge that said these deals and he said that the deal is expired. So I went back and looked and the sticker had no expiration date on it. Furthermore the entire shelf of these drinks were sold out, likely from people buying these thinking they’re getting a deal and being charged full price. False advertising is illegal and a shady business practice! I come here every day for work and will not be returning. Will give my business to the gas stations across the street.

***SCAM ALERT*** IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE 1000 I WOULD GIVE NEGATIVE 1000. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION AND TAP YOUR CARD IT WILL TAKE ALLLLLLLLLLL THE MONEY OFF YOUR CARD AND THEIR MACHINES ARE RIGGED TO NOT GIVE GAS NEITHER WILL THE GAS CLERKS GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK EITHER. ALL WE DID WAS TAP OUR CARD & IMMEDIATELY $161 WAS TAKEN OFF THE CARD TRIED TO PUMP OUR GAS BUT IT WOULD EVEN PUMP TYE GAS. I TOLD THEM ABOUT THE ISSUE THEY SAY PREAUTHORIZATION HOWEVER THE PUMP NEVER GAVE GAS AT ALL. THE CLERK PROCEEDED TO TELL ME THIS HAPPENS ALL THE TIME SOMETIMES $200 or more and yet asked us if we had more money to pay for gas unfortunately we did not being that I am disabled and in school on a restricted budget. Needless to say we had to get the authorities involved to settle the situtation. This is a horrible way to deal with customers. I will not be coming here again and you should not either.

I went to the counter and asked for Advil- she grabbed Tylenol and I tried to tell her I wanted Advil but she scanned it. She went to put it back then said “well WHAT DO YOU WANT!!” I replied Advil. Then she said it’s $8 but she never scanned them. I scanned my CC and asked for a receipt, she got mad and said “why don’t you just get out of here and go home”. I walked away and looked at the receipt it said 2 Core Power sport drinks. I went back and said you rang this up wrong item and she said That’s not your receipt- I gave you… started yelling and said she was calling the police She has something seriously wrong with her - the receipt said her name was Marcella . She should be fired she was so hateful from the get go. I’ll never go back there.

Okay so the people here are nice enough but they do this weird thing where if you pay in cash, the change they give you is like...rounded down lol. Say the change you're owed is like $2.16 they'll just hand you the two dollars and say have a nice day! And yknow it's not even really about the 16 cents, but it happens almost every time with multiple different sales accociates and I've seen it happen to other people. Super weird. Also everything is expired. Everything. Yogurts, chapstick, lotion, chips, you name it. I dont wanna stop coming here because it is a pretty convenient location for me, but can yall please get it together?
