New Shell station and already stinks inside. Prices are higher too. Do not come here unless you want to stink when you leave. Horrid!

I hate to leave a bad review since everyone is so nice here but I just purchased the unlimited car wash a week ago and the two times I have come here to use it, it has been closed. It’s currently 4:45 pm on a Saturday! I just got back from driving out of town and my car is covered in red dirt and bugs.

I always come to this store. Morning before I go to work, and after midnight when I get off. It’s 24 hours and that’s what it shows on the door’s sticker, but ever since they hired a new guy he lock the doors and walk around and chill inside. When you knock on he doesn’t even bother to talk and say anything. Tonight I waited for 10 min he finally said 5 more min. So I waited for 35 min and nothing! Knocked on the door again, he stared at me couple of times and left without saying or doing anything. I tried again and he goes like call the manager! Really rude with attitude. What the hell!! Are you kidding me?! Almost every night after midnight he does close the store and same story. Either change the hours or fix this issues pls. I am not the only person who is upset about this issue. This is obviously not the only store and I can go to other stores, same thing with the other customers. Please if the store is really closed change the hours and don’t waste people’s time and if he is doing this on his own do something about it.

Why you have a monthly car wash program when you are often close and don’t want to spend money to have a wash attendant there ? Your competitors is Mister Car Wash on Washington, 5 minutes down the road and is open when promised. How will you be able to rack up your monthly customer base? Maybe a good idea is to invest in the concept of being open and get a bunch of monthly users and then you will have enough to keep the car wash going … today it’s Sunday and people like to wash their cars on weekends, and your carwash is is closed … and I had to go to Mister Carwash (They are more expensive, but open and their self serve vacuum is much stronger)

Car wash is a joke. Doesn't do great job and you can't tell when to exit as the flashing green light was apparently behind all the overgrown bushes. Most of the vaca are taped together and zero suction.

👍 Conveniently located near a busy grocery store and apartment complexes, making it an easy stop for residents and those running errands. 👍 The attendants are usually friendly and polite. 🤜 Gas prices here run a bit higher, but that’s typical for the area. 👎 Every pump I checked was missing a squeegee, and/or the windshield cleaning solution was bone dry. 🤜 Avoid purchasing a car wash code at the pump as the codes are often torn off the receipts. 👎 Even when you get in, the car wash itself is a waste of money and does a poor job cleaning.
