This is the worst and most rude Shell station I have even been to. The lady working the register during the weekdays needs an attitude adjustment. She is a miserable person and takes all of her personal issues out on customers. I am closing my Shell account because of this station.

Today is 05/11/2023 I stopped to buy a drink at a Shell station and at the cashier Ruben refused to sell me because there was not enough money changer. He behaved badly with me. I don't understand how there are employees that bad.

There are never any employees at the counter after 12. I had to call the store phone in order for the girl to come out of the back room. Who knows what she was doing instead of helping the costumers. 1 out of 5

Card was declined at pump, along with several other peoples. When we went inside to pay, the store card reader declined the cards as well. No one could purchase anything inside or pay for gas. Clerk was unhelpful. Not great when we are nearly out.

Worst gas station and staff. They have a Flex bus stop but they don't allow the public to use their restrooms. Always have a sign on the restroom that it's out of order. Timewise and Shell should check their gas stations and Flex Bus should change their spot.

From a credit card theft perspective, I used to think this was a safe gas station. It is brightly lit, and there were always safety stickers on the pumps. Over the last 6 months that has drastically changed. Now, all of the stickers have been tampered with, and when discussing with an attendant it is clear they have absolutely no idea what customer card protection is. Attendants have no clue what a skimmer is, how to check for one, and why it matters. The last thing the attendant said to me was "well if your card gets stolen just tell them you spoke with me about it and it will be ok". Not an ok answer. Having had my number lifted numerous time off of city gas pumps, I've been at wits end trying to find a station that actually maintains their pumps consistently.

The nozzles were free of defects The trash bins were clean The mini video worked perfectly I finished and was able to leave efficiently (location is well formatted for heavy traffic) Usually reasonable prices relative to the area.

I had a $25 Shell gift card with the receipt that said the card had already been activated. Yet, when I ran it at the pump, it told me to take it to the cashier FIRST. So I did and the was told by the very rude woman behind the register that I had to BUY SOMETHING before she would tell me it was activated?! Fortunately, another employee intervened and activated the card again. Why is this deadbeat still employed here?

Walked in to get cigarettes I ask the price for 3 packs of cigarettes and as I handed the money to him and as he's grabbing it from my hand he says he doesn't have time to deal with me and I say immediately give me my money back I'll go somewhere else and his response was no and he proceeded to finish the transaction after I repeatedly said I will go somewhere else since you don't have time to deal with me. The cashiers name is Danny incredibly rude and smug absolutely did not give me my money back he handed me a receipt and told me to call the number on the door. I have called and left messages and will follow up on the review as to whether or not they are taking it seriously.

Just stopping buy to get snacks and bought a hotdog. It is raining outside so after I've purchased my hotdog, I wanted to woof it down because I am in a hurry to get back to work. I was 5 bites in and about to finish is when the cashier lady kicked me out. She stated, "rain, snow, or hail, you have to get out." It's less than a minute to finish my hotdog. I don't want rain water on my food? Also she scanned the larger bag of chips twice even though the 2nd is a smaller different bag of chip.

Worst experience. The rudest cashier I've seen at a gas station, makes you wonder why people work in customer service industry if they dont like people. I just politely asked if the bus starts from their station and he acted like I asked him if he was a virgin and this is after I already bought stuff from him. Just pathetic.

Old lady was too busy talking over people and not listening. Then proceeded to make slide comments like “people need to be considerate” when phone towers are acting up. I asked 3 questions about gas. With no answer. And they was like “if you paid attention and not be on your phone you would have know.” Plot twist I wasn’t on my phone. Until the last minute.hell I have more attention span from the military than that lady who makes slide remarks about people and not listening. Word of advice mouth close ears open. 😤

I accidentally handed the attendant 2 100 dollar bills when paying cash. I obviously didn't realize what I had done until later that evening. He took my money without saying anything! I will be back to chat with him

To everybody here in houston Tx and surrounding areas this is a bad 👎 Gastation they have a long time without restrooms 🚻 with a sign in the door of the restroom out of service and then keep saying is out of service a Gasstation that generates alot of moneys 💰 per day 🙄 alot of people stops there to load their thanks with gasoline ⛽️ or diesel or even to shop stuff but they don't seem relly like if they don't relly care at all for customers so it seems they not fixing their restrooms anytime soon at all .

The bus stop is here at the shell and the people inside the gas station are saying it broke, men and women. The place is dirty and sluggish. I would not recommend this gas station for no one

Pumped gas and my needle didn’t move. The clerk suggests there is something wrong with my car and not the pump and my car is brand new …He printed my receipt 🧾 and said come back tomorrow if my needle doesn’t move I am typing this while at a mobile gas station putting the same amount and will insert the photo with updated miles after I put gas ⛽️ here. I will be reporting to TDLR ! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

Okay so it's true that the last gas station is price gouging for no reason. I'm at this Shell, not even 10 minutes from the last one and they have all the fancy stuff on the pump as well. The gas here is $2.79 for Shell Regular, $3.49 for Shell Plus, $3.99 for Shell V-Power Nitro and specific pumps for diesel. The clerk on the inside is even nicer. So it goes to show that if you drive farther down you'll find better gas prices. That last gas station is purposely overcharging people.
