I had to get gas here once because I was almost out. The guy behind the counter was totally rude. It's bad enough that they're so expensive, but you expect to at least get decent service.

Totally adequate gas station. Right by freeway 8 entrances/exits. Car wash can take a little while if anyone is in line in front of you. Clean, ok gas prices, nice staff

Called to ask if i could pay for car wash with a credit card at the entrance machine and was hung up on. Sooo rude. Won't ever go back. They need better customer service.

Two stars because wth man on duty was nice. I've been coming here for years to use the drive through car wash. The last two washes were terrible. One was the highest price today I got the cheapest to give it a try. Even after the nice young man working let me go through a second time, I left with my car dripping wet and Windows full of water spots. I had to use my car's windshield washer to clean the drone windshield as I drove away. All other Windows look like a dirty car got caught in a light rain.

CAUTION when you are looking at prices. The numbers that are big and red, are not the cash price but the price when you buy a carwash. The numbers that are off to the side and smaller smaller are harder to see are the price you pay without carwash. Increase was 20 cents more.

Great car wash. Only takes like 4 minutes or so. 7 dollars for the middle option. 6 is the cheapest. Washed my Ford escape with no noticeable missed areas or anything.

Convenient location. Skip the disappointing car wash though and save yourself $7-$8. The automation is not in sync so it sprays off the soap before the rotary brush wheels are activated. Left dusty dirt on the windshield and roof top.

While expensive due to its location, this is the only gas station at this busy intersection, this Shell is clean, has well marked disabled parking for store accessibility and an automated car wash. The cashier on duty was friendly, it is well lit and has three separate entrances and exits for convenience. If you’re in the area and in need of gas or have the money to “shell” out, I definitely recommend it.

I paid for a car wash, waited in line, pulled in... and nothing. I waited a few minutes, but no one showed up, so I called from inside the car wash. The guy told me to just pull around and WAIT IN LINE A SECOND TIME to try again with another code. He wouldn't even walk back there to enter the code for me so I wouldn't have to wait in line. Unbelievable. I demanded refund and will never bother with this place again.

The manager this morning (Erik), was extremely unprofessional. There was an alleged mistake on my end during the carwash, which resulted in a confrontational situation with another customer. The manager, treated me like a criminal, became extremely frustrated and let his emotions get the better of him. He stated that if I filed a complaint nothing would happen because he is the manager. This manager needs to be trained in customer service and situation de-escalation.

Great place to fuel up, through out my years coming to this location the cashier's have always been respectful and pleasant. They also have a car wash available and is located directly off freeway 8.keep up the good work
