For the price the place is fantastic. They have a machine wash and hand towel dry plus vacuuming the inside and wiping everything down. It was friendly and fairly fast, but long enough that I thought they were genuinely working. Also you can see the car 90% of the time which is nice. You just sit in some seats outside and wait for it to be done, oh and the seats are shaded.

These guys are the best! With the service industry becoming more about taking your money and less about customer satisfaction, it's a pleasure to see a business doing something right. These guys even memorized what service i prefer...lol... The location is super difficult and dangerous to get in and out of, so I highly recommend going during non-peak hours... and they truly appreciate tips in cash. So be prepared.

Gotta tell you guys been coming here for yrs. Why did the guy that wipes down my interior windshield went out of his way to knocked down my dash cam and broke the bracket.. then the owner had the nerve to tell me that he does the wipe down all the time and that's how they wipe down the interior windshield and knock my interior mirror the opposite way. No cool at all. Def will be going somewhere else. You guys been warned how they handle the wipe down interior/exterior

Best Auto Detail in Spring Valley! This place is a gem. They do an amazing job with car washes and detailing, and their prices are unbeatable. My car looks brand new every time I take it here. Plus, they're so friendly and accommodating. They even let the Amazon delivery guy use their restroom, which is a huge plus for the neighborhood. Highly recommend!

Giving it one star cause I can’t do less! I took my mini van for a wash and as soon as I left all my plastic protector from underneath my car came off, something is wrong with their track and they won’t accept responsibility for it . Due to this one of my fog lights got damaged too and manager “Sam” Said they can’t take responsibility “because we would go out of business” were his words. I started checking throughout the rest of the car and other than the damage done they didn’t even bother to spray the top of my van , still is very dirty on top. Just very bad experience and lack of customer service. Please don’t come here.

Spent well over 200 dollars to get my car "detailed" inside and out. When I got the car back I found that many spots were missed, such as the rain gutters, door trim etc etc. Also, my airbag light came on shortly after I left the car wash which I'm guessing is because they soaked the seats while cleaning the carpet. I'm giving it a day to reset and if it doesn't, I'll be going back...

I’ve been going here for a while, it’s a hit or miss with their cleaning. Sometimes I have to remind them to wipe on certain spots they missed. Unfortunately I refused to go back after my pendant was missing, I placed in the middle counsel and put my perfume in a certain way so I will know if they opened it and sure enough it was moved and a missing $400 pendant. I called the company but there is nothing they can do or have found a pendant. God is my real source of truth, so I pray over the person who decided to steal a St, Jude pendant that belongs to a kid who is strong in his faith. The pendant was in there as we were going to have it fix the following day.

For a $20 (+tax+tip+purchase of air freshener) job - highly unsatisfactory job done. 1. Trash not thrown out on the side of the door. 2. Did not wipe down rubber inserts. They are still dirty. 3. Did not vacuum In-between seats. In-between seats are still dirty. 4. Nothing interior was wiped down but the windows. 5. It looks like they did not vacuum. I am disappointed. I will not be back. They need to charge half of what they charge if they aren't going to do a thorough job.
