pumps are slow and the speaker at the pump is annoying but, the staff never leaves you standing there and Patty is especially nice always smiling.

Worst car wash ever. Paid $8 for the 2nd best wash only to immediately need to go rewash my car elsewhere. Waste of money!!

Yikes~ fuel tank viewed LOW.... then audio alarm was my truth! This Shell station was the answer ~ easily accessible & safety were my goals....of course so was the high octane petroleum 2!!

My pump would not work, so I went inside and a cashier told me that it was not her fault the pump is not working. That wasn't my point, I was simply asking her what I could do. I switched pumps, had my money returned to my card, and went to another pump. The machine I went to didn't have a printer working for the receipt, so I went back inside to get a receipt, and the same cashier told me I'm making her job hard, and before I left she said I hope I don't have to see you again, you make me do too much stuff. I'll drive an extra block to go to Speedway from now on.

Older style Shell station on Super huge piece of property. Noticed the grounds are in need of attention , other than that, Shell stations have good quality fuel. I stopped in for the automatic car wash, unfortunately it was permanently closed ... quite awhile ago.

Is there no AC or something?? It was SO HOT when I had to stand in line & wait to pay that I won't be coming back. I'm not gonna spend money somewhere that I have to be hot & uncomfortable. I highly suggest going elsewhere until they get air conditioning, it was almost 90 when I was inside the store. Unacceptable.

The pump took all my available funds under some "pending fee of 100-125$ they take out" when my car doesnt even hold that much. I was trying to only spend 10$ on gas. I went in to talk to the manager at the time while trying to be kind and he's laughing while telling me to speak up as I'm trying to avoid yelling at anyone or throw a soda across his floor telling him to clean it up. But of course all the clerks are women as well so I have to really hold my tongue. So I'm just talking to shabob at this point with him saying it's "company policy" When I wait and watch him go out flipping the gas prices up from 3.19 to 3.39 with a little remote in his hand this is all in the span of 10 minutes, not kidding. Not to mention at all gas stations they can talk to you through the pump so I know someone was controlling that when last week I bought gas at the same place just fine. Now may 3rd. I have to wait till may 8th for this "pending transaction" to get back to my account to even have money to eat now. Shell gas stations won't even return it or have a direct line to call for these problems. Hey shabob, if you're reading this I'm about to come in with some lottery ticket my friend gave me🤡🤡🤡

I honestly think my car does run better on Shell gas. It's not a mere societal claim that Shell is better. My car no longer has jerky acceleration and does run more smoothly. However, I wonder about the gas mileage. Sadly, I think my car's gas mileage is worse with Shell.

The attendant was friendly at Shell at 7424 West Saginaw. The rest of the station could stand for a facelift. All aspects showing age related wear and tear. While provided a key for the outlying mens room access was fine, the fact the door didn’t close all the way obviated the need for the key. The not GFCI outlet above the sink gave me wonder the last time the code inspector visited. The sign to the bathroom door warning of a potentially wet floor completed the ensemble. My wife mentioned a similar level of charm in the ladies room. Hard to see through the convenience store windows discouraged us form purchasing a snack. Pumps responded slowly, although they did have register tape. Please fix the lights on the street side sign.
