This place is not good. I payed I paid twice. They charged three times. I complained they took out one and continued to pay twice. I'm waiting for my account summary to go back there and complain.

Because the kid(DOMINIC) that works here is a good guy he just helped me out with a couple of bucks to get Gas to get home. Because I forgot my wallet AND WAS ABOUT TO RUN OUT

Horrible !! Awful unpredictable bipolar woman that has been aloud to run a gas station being clearly mentally ill for EIGHT years now along with her son .she messed up my transaction by going on and on and on about some conspiracy crap about the gas station trying to kill her and by the time she got done with my transaction it was all wrong and then she refused to give me my $20 cash back or make it right so now I'm left with my cash balance being $13 when I never spent the other Seven!!??

The guy that works there at night is very rude and disrespectful, hates his job and threats you to call the cops when he can't handle a conversation. Will speak to the supervisor about this punk wants to throw a cup at me lol.

They have a nice lady who works at night 7pm saturdays that told us about the good chicken they sell, she was not lieing. Its called Krispy Krunchy. Chicken with a cajun recipe. It was filling and for $5 cant beat the price.

Tonto Pass is a little over $11 here. It's $12 at the official Tonto parking lots. I think this place is gouging compared to QT where I think the pass is $8-$9

Don't use the car wash there. I have a brand new car. The car wash ripped off my grill. The employee Steve said the owner was a stand up guy. They will look at the video and get back to me. I got a estimate which is 867.00. They said they will get back to me with a body shop of their choosing which I was fine with that. I have not heard anything. I went there today they put a sign up saying go through at your own risk. It cost me 9 dollars for them to ruin my brand new car.

On June 17th 2020 at approximately 10 a.m. I paid for gas with my child support card at the pump along with a car wash. The pump stopped functioning at 75 cents so I moved to another pump. When I attempted to pay with my card at the next pump it would not register. Come to find out that it held $100 and left nothing on my card so I was unable to get gas. the pump also stated that I needed to go in and see the clerk for my receipt with the code for my car wash. Rather annoyed. Don't know if I will return there again. it's also tied up my funds so I was not able to go anywhere else to get gas until they released my funds. I've also had problems with it's stating it was credit only at the pump, however only gave me the option for debit. Again asked to go see the clerk. If I wanted to go in, I would have done that in the first place. Well it's been well over 24 hours and they're still holding $103.74... *correction* my purchase was $3.74, therefore they're still holding $100. I return to the station and talked to the clerk inside the store. He was very nice, but was unable to offer anything other than the general phone number for Shell. No one was wearing a mask in the store and the clerk picked his nose the whole time he was talking to me. Don't think I'll be trying the chicken soon. This is now day 3 and the funds have still not been released. Well it is now day 11 and the funds ($100) to my DES child support card have still not been released. The owner, Mr. Nav did not respond and the area rep, Mr. Miller was somewhat short and blamed it on the bank. I had already contacted the bank that sponsors the card and since the card is not an actual account with them, they would not ever place a hold any money. I guess my next move will be making a formal complaint to the corporate office and the attorney general's office. This is the only location that I have had this problem at. The Shell on Sossaman and Southern holds funds for a couple of hours and then puts it back on the card.

The cashier lady that works there has no customer service skills at all. I was paying for my lotto scratchers with my google pay app. I informed her that i was paying with debit knowing that the app defaults to credit. But it ran as credit. She informed me that it was ran as credit. I told her she can refund my tansaction and start over. She got irritated and called her boss. Then she started saying that's why i asked if you are using debit or credit. She never asked me. I had to tell her i was using debit. She got angry yelling at me and threatens to refund my tickets and not give my money back. As i was leaving she took pictures of my license plates. I called the store when i got home and asked her why she took pictures. She said i cant hear you and hangs up on me. I like this store. But how she handle this situation was not good. I will be talking to the owner soon.

I noticed the yellow tape on the gas pumps so I went in to ask and to confirm they were out of gas right? The lady attendant was rude and not friendly at all. Only asked if they were out of gas.... she kept walking without acknowledging me, "Yep!" 😡 If this was flipped around, she wouldn't like it.

Never been her, gave it a try. At 11:30 am on Sunday no sides were ready, I really wanted a side with my chicken. Got 3 pieces and a biscuit for 7.55, kind of expensive since you get no side with it. I would of paid for a side but again they weren't ready so here I sit eating chicken knowing I'm still gonna be hungry. The biscuit was small hard and crunchy and to sticky with honey and overdone. Most likely won't go back.

I frequent this station 9202 e apache trail/ ellsworth 85207.. My experiences have always been welcoming and their chicken is tops. Yes have had problems at pump but reported inside and just moved to another pump. Maybe those who go in with a bad attitude (which isn't a excuse) is why it seems employees are rude

Went to pump gas, got back into my car, and the dash said 1 mile til empty. I went back inside, told the guy, and asked him to come take a look for himself. He didn't want to and blamed it on my car. Took it to QT, no issues.

Went in to see if chicken was good. I would eat this chicken over any brand name places. Cook well,just the right amount of spice. The gentleman who helped me explained the differant amounts and prices. Will definately go back.
