Words alone cannot explain how much I appreciated Johnny Jr for the AWESOME job he did for me and my brother trucks. JM's Detail has tinted & wrapped 4 of our cars just this year alone: a Maxima, QX80, Panamera Turbo, and just this week - my M5 Comp. Each car always turns out beautifully, but the M5..Let's just say that **POW!!!** is an understatement!! I'm so glad I took Eric's advice! Johnnie (the owner) is beyond easy to work with - no matter if it's a standard or luxury vehicle, he takes the time to talk about each one, and is patient with my (nonstop) questions. I purchased a brand new 2025 Honda Civic SI. I love my car so much but unfortunately it did not come with tinted windows. I was suggested by my sales person to go to JMS auto salon when I am ready for tinted windows and I’m really glad that I did. When I called to ask about pricing, Soul was more than willing to answer all of my questions and I ask a lot of questions lol. I went in to talk to the technician John. He was very knowledgeable and very nice. For someone that knows nothing about car stuff I felt really taken care of. I made an appointment. I went in this morning and asked if I could have it done by a certain time. John got started right away and got me to work on time. My car looks fantastic. I’m so happy with the professional-service and knowledge at JMS. Everybody I talk to was very nice. After talking to Johnny the owner today, I’m definitely going back to get ceramic coat put on my car. I trust JMS 100%. Thank you for making me feel good about trusting you with my car. Shout out the Soul. I’m pretty sure I drove for her crazy with all my questions, but she answered them all with a smile.

The transformation is absolutely remarkable. JMS erased 2 years worth of dog hair and slobber and restored my car to brand new. I am a dog trainer and have had hundreds of dogs through my car. The sand, hair, and drool caked into every surface was a battle I couldn’t fathom. JMS and their team were timely, thorough, communicative, and detail oriented in their Mt Everest clean. I had deep nail scratches that were absolutely erased. The car didn’t shine like this even when I left the dealership. I can’t recommend them enough.

I recently purchased a 2024 Tesla Model Y on April 1, 2024, and deciding on a shop for my first modification was a significant decision. Let me share my experience: Initial Impressions and Owner Interaction: I had the pleasure of speaking with John, the owner of JMS Auto Salon. His enthusiasm and confidence in their work immediately put me at ease. He made me feel great about choosing their shop to work on my new car. Educational Experience with John's Son: Upon arriving at the shop, I met John's son, who shares the same name. Took the time to educate me about window tints, showcasing examples of different tint percentages. Notably, he showed me his own Tesla with a specific tint percentage and another employee's car with a different tint. His expertise and willingness to engage in detailed discussions helped me make informed decisions. Exceptional Customer Service: I can confidently say that the customer service at JMS Auto Salon is unparalleled. After leaving the shop, I called back to request pictures of my car with the windshield and front doors tinted (before proceeding with the rear windows). Slul, who works at the front desk, promptly noted my request. To my surprise, they not only sent the pictures but also pulled my car out into the sunlight to demonstrate different lighting angles over the phone. This level of attention and responsiveness truly impressed me. Quality of Workmanship: Beyond exceptional service, the quality of their work was outstanding. They went above and beyond by covering up two tiny rock chips on my car that I had acquired while driving to the shop from the dealer. It's worth noting that shops are not obligated to address such minor issues, but JMS Auto Salon did so willingly. In summary, I am extremely satisfied with my decision to choose JMS Auto Salon. The team at JMS is absolutely top-notch! Every person I interacted with was professional, kind, and clearly knew their craft. From start to finish, they made the process smooth and enjoyable. As you can see from the photos, the transformation of my car is incredible. JMS did a full window tint and wrap, and also powder-coated the wheels, which really brought the whole look together. We chose a blackout package to eliminate all the chrome, and it turned out even better than I imagined. Just a couple more details—like the black hood ornament—and it’ll be complete. I had a lot of questions along the way, and the team was always accommodating and informative. Their expertise in wrapping and tinting really shows in the final result, which not only looks amazing but also comes with a great warranty. I highly recommend JMS. Scheduled for a full tint on a Monday morning. Started right away, took a bit longer than expected but not a big deal. Very good quality tint job. Had a question when I got home on small air bubbles in rear window and it was just part of the settling process, but JMS would fix if they didn’t go away. Next morning all gone 👍 would highly recommend. Will return for ceramic wrap when I’m ready to do that.
