As far as gas stations go this is one of the better ones in the area. It's nice to be able to visit a facility where the station attendants are willing to make Chit Chat and small talk with the customers. It's also nice that they remember you when you come in and know what you are there to shop for besides gas. In these days it's hard to find any store where you are remembered. I visit this place often and as long as a service stays the way it is that will continue.

Pump wouldn't allow me to earn rewards on my fleet card (non-shell). I entered all my info, inserted my fleet card, and it told me to remove the card. Upon doing so, it prompted me to insert card again and once doing so, told me to remove it. It didn't process and the pump asked for rewards or to insert card.

This guy works at night super rude no respect if i can give zero star i will do it i will make it big and contact shell head office for this bullshit Any time you go there for lottery you bought from there they don't cash it why you sell it if you don't want to cash it and there is no certain hours for the system before 1:30 Am till 5:30 Am otherwise you sell it you cash turn off the machine if you don't wanna cash it

Liquor, gambling, loud music, and advertising at the pumps. I’m leaving a negative review not for the ambience, but because the employees will not put sign on the pumps that are out of order.. if you know a pump isn’t working, put a sign please don’t waste my time.

Station looks almost brand new to the neighborhood. Gas galleys were clean and tidy. Easy access from road with in and out service. It also has a convenience store. It’s directly next to The Grove Car Wash. With the Shell discount rewards card I got 5 cents off per gallon. For plus grade which is in-between regular and premium, I paid $4.22/gl !

I don't usually get gas there got a few car washes there before and would get $8.00 wash today in was charged $12.00 on my card for regular wash so in a few weeks the the price went up 4.00 so they give you your shell discount but then they want to hook you in and overcharge for wash so last time there

This gas station is clean but very loud. Music is played inside and outside and when fueling your vehicle, the pump plays additional music at a concert level volume. I would rate this gas station higher if there wasn’t any music played outside.

I have attempted to get fuel at this station twice recently, and on both occasions, the pumps were malfunctioning. Furthermore, when I asked the attendant for assistance, they were unhelpful and seemed unwilling to resolve the issue.

Clean store but their slot machines are a rip off. If you win the bonus, it will still take your bet amount, so there is no benefit in getting a bonus..The machines term is booster bonus which means its a booster for the house.

Unpleasant smell. My kids get dizzy every time they come inside the gas station. I would encourage management to use a different cleaning products. It's really bad odor.

Clean store, well stocked, all the qualities you want in a convenience store but with some specials: slot machines, car wash, and drumroll… the coolest lion statue with a gold G necklace out front. It’s worth coming here for my gas just to Marvel at this thing.

Clean environment. My interactions with the staff has always been positive when I stop inside. However, the gas pumps are what are pure garbage. I don’t know why businesses think that slapping touch screens on everything is the way to go. These things suck. They are slow and not responsive. And if it’s cold, rainy or snowy, forget it since they will barely work. I get you want to advertise with screens or to be ‘fancy’, but you don’t need a touch screen to pump gas - these things are complete trash.

Employee behind counter was extremely rude today. I asked the lady who was helping me today if I could purchase a carton of cigarettes at the two pack price. He shouted from other register “No”. Very rudely. Then the credit card machine wasn’t working and he came over and was looking. I asked him what was wrong. He then stated. “Don’t look at me”. Very bad customer service. Won’t be back.
