There should be a class action lawsuit for this car wash. Members do not know what they are getting there are no lights no signs to tell you which wash you are getting. You pay for the most expensive wash and more than likely getting the cheapest wash because each time I leave the car wash I have to go through twice and my rims and tires are filthy. This time I power wash my tires clean as a test before going to the car wash and as I expected as soon as I pulled out the car wash my rims and tires are filthy. They have no regards for the customer and turn off their vacuum off while you're vacuuming. I do not recommend this location and this is the most expensive wash they have allegedly.

Waited in line for almost 30 min for a single wash. Every pass holder was let through before the single cars were attended to. The cashier tried to upsell even though I insisted on the basic wash, and it still left my car dirty. Would not come back.

I have had a love my car membership for a year. I just found out two weeks ago that there is a little caddy with extra stuff to help you wash your car, they're supposed to offer it when you go through. Never been offered it once. I don't mind the new technique of brushing the bugs off the front of my car. But today when I went through, he sprayed maybe 25% of the front of my car. No attention at all, he was talking to a coworker and it was almost like a courtesy spray to the front of my car look a tiny bit wet. More than half the time the vacuums and the micro blowers don't work. This is not worth my time. They always have an excuse why something doesn't work. Sometimes they're not open at 7 AM and so I can't wash my car on the way to work.

This is one horrible management that does not know how to manage their business and employs managers like Gerardo Ortega for customer service. I encountered a $5,000 damage to my car going through the carwash and he did not have the courtesy to call back and settle the expense that I incurred due to Everclean's negligence.

The car wash was clearly not functioning as it was supposed to and my car got stuck in the middle while the car behind me continued to be pushed forward. They started honking at me but my car was still completely stuck, almost causing damage to both of our vehicles. Afterwards we went to talk to the staff about it and they didnt care.

I was recently looking at my local options for a monthly unlimited membership. I was comparing 4 local car washes that offer similar services and packages. Everwashes amazingly positive reviews, competitive pricing, and the little extras are what won me over and I couldn't be happier with my decision. Montez provided me with some of the best customer service I've ever experienced in my life. He was friendly, attentive, and informative. I signed up for the top package, their top wash(normally $15 per wash) unlimited for $30 a month. And when they say unlimited they mean it, you aren't limited to once a day. They provide free dash wipes, air fresheners, and shop towels which is super convienent and a nice little touch that makes them stand out. The carwash itself is state of the art and used eco friendly cleaning products so you can feel better about washing your car daily. Free vacuums are provided, as well as a compressed air nozzle to blow dirt, dust and crumbs out of hard to reach places which was super convienent. I would 100% recommend this carwash over any others in the area.

Got the "Love my Car" wash for $19. The did great on several parts of my car, but completely missed cleaning the front and under the mirrors. Will not be going back again.

Zero stars if I could. We had a three vehicle membership for years until today. My husband brought my car to get washed and my back windshield wiper got ripped completely off with the bracket! Of course they won’t accept any responsibility for their faulty equipment, so now I have to bring my car to the dealership. Haven’t even had the car for a year, basically brand new. If you want your car properly cleaned and not end up with damage- don’t go here. Hey Everclean- maybe actually fix the equipment that you claim is always “under repair” and stop damaging vehicles that pay for your service.

I paid more than my usual place to get the same services as my other place. Specifically, I wanted a tire wash. I went on with dirty rims and 2 bird droppings on my rear window and that's basically what I left with. My tires are still dirtier than the other car in the driveway which hasn't been washed in over a month. My tires were no dirtier than when I bring it elsewhere and usually come out in better condition. The customer service of the attendant there was very good though, he definitely knows how to speak in a cheerful manner.

Meh. I paid for a $12 wash and my car is still pretty dirty, and my windshield wasn’t fully clean. I guess it would be worth it in the winter simply to get the salt off but that’s about it. Employees were nice tho!

Avoid on weekends or busy times at all costs!!! Machine broke down while the line was coming out the street and waited stand still for 30 minutes and took 1 hr 20 min to get through. They need to fix or improve their systems!!

This is the best place place in the area for a carwash! If you ask they will clean your wheels and tires for free, and if you sign up for rewards you get free washes for the next 30 days and all future top tier washes are only $15 instead of $20. Friendly staff and wonderful service! Easily 5 stars! And yes, I'm Star Wars geek/Darth Vader superfan!
