I used the car wash which stopped halfway through the program. Guy running the place told me I hadn't paid because it didn't show up on his computer, but the payment showed up on my credit card later. Avoid this place.

6:60$ for a basic carwash. Easy-peasy. It states on the entry that any damage to your car is your responsibility -- due to thee number of possibilities of prior damage, etc.

Guy is on the phone talking to his girlfriend .. very rude … I made a polite gesture of kindness for him to provide some level of customer service … I guess I’m wrong for coming to this store when Chevron is next door … SHELL likes to hire people who work for a paycheck … go elsewhere , maybe they’ll be open more than not.

Why does this place charge so much for gas when there's a 76 just down the road that sells gas for 20-30 cents cheaper? Also they don't accept EBT in their food marts. Like seriously? This is Seattle. Every grocery store I've been to here accepts EBT.

Card readers complete authorization but don’t enable pump. Contactless payment is “Broken” (harder to skim) and staff lets sketchy people hang out and harass customers.

Ok for being broken down in downtown Seattle in the middle of the night,except for the guy totally using his steering wheel as a full om bedtime pillow! I am talking completely asleep at the pump!O and the attendant has himself locked in and only comes out for smoke breaks but will communicate through the glass!

Gas was 5.11 for 89 grade. There’s a convenience shop. One should be careful driving to this gas station, especially when approaching from 45th. It’s safer to use the bus lane.

The gas station is fine but the car wash is not in service as of 9/18/22. It'd be nice if they would cover up the big sign saying CAR WASH or otherwise make it more clear that the car wash is not available.

The clerks are impossible. A mirror broke as I was using the car wash. Any time I call the station, the clerk simply says to call back when the manager is in. She takes no information or phone no. The manager is pleasant, very much so. But five weeks out, no reimbursement and just surly responses from a childish clerk.

It's really cold out tonight, I'm homeless and came here to buy some hot chocolate and get hot water for my food so that I could warm up a bit but the attendant hasn't come to unlock the door (even tho the break sign says be back by 245a and it's 330. While waiting for the attendant, I knocked on the door several times, the attendant finally came out, asked what I wanted (I said a hot chocolate and some hot water for my noodles. She told me, "no" several times and to, "go away or she'll call the cops." I have money to buy what I was asking for but I guess my money is no good at Shell stations
