1. They meet and exceed expectations. 2. Priced right, and you don't need a coupon in hand to get a fair price. 3. They are customer focused in a very tough business and always deliver my car and F350 like it is new again 4. Five stars .. been using them for years. Just returned after 7 months in the desert. The F350 was a huge mess. Once again, Derek and the team did a solid 5-star job! They also, as a courtesy, cleaned my super dirty long-bed. Derek gets the job done, and my F350 looks like new! Awesome job!

They were able to schedule me right away for the next day. Dropped off the very well used car in the morning. Picked it up about 4 hours later in sparkling condition. A car we hadn't used in several months had gotten absolutely filthy: covered in leaves, and lichen on the outside and moldy inside. It was a disgusting embarrassment, and due to some heath issues I just wasn't up to trying to clean it myself. Even though I knew it would be a bit costly, I decided to have someone else deal with it, and boy was that the right choice. I've never had a car professionally cleaned and detailed before and chose Derek's mainly because it was close. I really didn't relish the idea of driving sitting on a beach towel on those moldy seats any further than absolutely necessary! Picking it up the next day it was hard to believe it was the same car. It was immaculate inside and out, unbelievable, virtually like new. I don't know, maybe all detail places are this good, but Derek's certainly exceeded my expectations. Money very well spent!

Was able to schedule an appointment quickly with Jay and his detailer did a good assessment of the vehicle and took care to prevent damage previously repaired areas and aftermarket stereo equipment. Pricing was more than fair and comparable to previous details even though this was a full size truck. Would recommend.

Was recommended Derek’s by MS Glass Outlet (who replaced my window and are also awesome). Long story short, mold was growing in my car for at least a week after my window got smashed on a stormy night. I was finally able to get the window replaced after 3 weeks and then took it to Derek’s the next day. I made an appointment right before close online and then promptly got a call from Jay who helped me secure the first appointment the next morning. Jay and Marco were super friendly and walked me through everything. Marco gave me a quote and said it would be ready in about 5 hours. They called right when I expected and I went back to pick it up and it was spotless! They even did the ozone machine at no extra charge to get rid of any spores. And they also made sure it was completely dry before I drove it away. It was all a huge relief after dealing with such a frustrating situation w/ Safelite and the window. It’s really clear that they care about their customers! Check out photos for before and after. Hopefully no more mold in the future, but if I ever have to get a car detailed again, I’d come back here. Thanks so much!
