Bummed they didn't have a Quick quack so I swung on by to Bear's & happy I did !! The vacuum was so strong, they also had a visual timer for the vacuum. (We don't have that in California) Also loved how the vacuum was legit infront of the wash π Attendant on site also. If I ever come back, this is definitely my go to π€π

Good car wash, maybe a little expensive but I can only compare the price to a brown bear automatic pricing. Did have a homeless guy trying to sell me weed but didn't feel unsafe.

Pulled my truck into a cleaning stall today. Only to discover that the stall was filled with trash and used needles. I had already payed at this point so I had to navigate around the garbage and used needles while washing my truck. I feel absolutely sick to my stomach. I know Seattle has gotten bad, I just wish I could go wash my vehicle in peace. But I guess that's too much to ask.

Seems to be $4 minimum. I'm giving this place a low rating because every other self-serve car wash I've ever been to only costed $1 or $1.25 to start and all I was looking for was a quick pressure wash rinse.

Decent place to clean out your car but there's cheaper places (not that this is expensive) but the vacuums don't have shampoo like other places. Still not bad if you're fast.

Pretty much what you need is here for washing your car/truck. Medium pressure on the sprayers, could be stronger. Takes Bill's change, CC on some items. Good strong vacuums here, place is well maintained/ managed......I would recommend it, of in the area for a quick self wash.

The girl who cleans in the morning is really on top of her car wash duties. She's helpful polite but very work oriented. An A+ on hiring great help... And brown π» has always met the high standards set forth by previous owners.

This carwash was alright. The only frustrating part was the vacuum since it only accepted coins... they have a card swipe for the actual wash part, but I had to dig through my car to find a dollar so I could vacuum & I only found $1... I know there is a cash machine around the corner, but I didn't want to get $20 out & pay a $3 withdraw fee so I could spend $5 vacuuming. Small problem, but otherwise a good carwash.

This is the place I have been washing my car at for the last few years but recently I was a little hesitant to go back because someone was shot at this location by car jackers. I tried it today and felt it would be ok if I washed my car Mid-day. While washing my car I noticed there are men in ski masks walking around everywhere; both in the QFC parking lot and at the car wash. I was asked if I could give them any money twice (which I understand is ubiquitous these days). I remember as a kid washing the car was a family activity but at this car wash I would be afraid to take my family. It felt unsafe and I know its not Brown Bears fault but nonetheless it was part of the experience. Furthermore, and the most frustrating part of the experience, the water pressure was super low today. I don't know if it was faulty equipment in the stall that I was in or if they reduced the water pressure to save water, but it took me twice as long to wash my car today than usual. At a car wash, time is money.

Car has blotches of dirt and debris mere days after washing my car here. I followed the directions given on the posted sign but got mediocre results. Given the cost, my own labor, and lackluster results, the automatic car washes is better bang for your buck.

Brown Bear car wash is Hella cool if you got a nice car youβre a fool to not spend 30 bucks a month to be able to wash it every day sheesh I go to the car wash more than I take a dang shower

It was clean, the vacuums (didnβt use) are staged at the entrance to each bay, which Is different from most Iβve used in the past but I found to be an organized layout had there been a line. Very few 24 hour anything these days for people who work a swing or graveyard shift to get some after work errands taken care of . So for me I found the 15 mins drive justified. Spent a little over an hour there from 1:30 to 2:45 am without being approached for a cigarette, or the change that may reside in my cupholder, or any other hassle or inconvenience. Turns out they got the triple action foam blasters, some brown bears only have the foaming brush, which for me is important as Iβm not a fan of the brush on paint. In my opinion thatβs a 5 star self service car wash trip.

Can only use pay by phone or credit/debit. So all that spare change I had in my car for the vacuum was irrelevant. Oh well...I guess I can always use the gas station vacuums that have holes in the hose and no nozzle on the hose end as well as... no suction!

Anytime I wash my car (and it's pretty frequent), I go to a Brown Bear Car Wash. But, today they are doing their FREE CAR WASH DAY promotion, and so I definitely had to take advantage of that. I was surprised how efficient, it was to get my car washed, on account of how busy it was. But, as always, the wash was quick, and my car looks amazingly clean! Highly recommended! ππ

Always friendly and get the car clean, even after a road trip and baked on bug goo. They are conscientious about taping the wipers if needed which is very appreciated because we all know what happens if it's not taped down. Plus, they just upgraded to micro fiber towels instead of the old cotton towels and they dry so much better and without lint! Go Brown Bear (although as the kiddo pointed out, it's a yellow bear in the logol. π

Solid car washing experience. The only less than satisfactory aspect of my visit was that the 1st stall I pulled into & set up to wash my vehicle had a problem processing my card. While not a major issue, I was forced to pull into another stall & move my mats over. Just some constructive feedback. Otherwise all was as expected & went w/o a further hitch;)

The machine wouldn't turn off so I was charged $5 more than I should have been. I know it's only $5, but... I left them a msg. It's past business hours. If they make it right I will change it to five stars, which is what I would have given if I hadn't been overcharged. UPDATE: As I was pretty sure they would, they refunded me $5, which is exactly what I requested. They didn't hassle me or question my motives whatsoever. THANK YOU BROWN BEAR!
