I had a 4 hour elite wash done which left slimy soap residue on several seats, and the car smelled much worse after cleaning than before (how is that even possible?). When I tried to call their management in Bellevue to get them to properly finish the job they never returned my call. At least the guys at Northgate were friendly.

I would 100% recommend these guys to anyone looking to get a professional and quality detailing done. I have been to a few places around the Seattle area, but nothing stacks up to the job that these guys did at Eco. I never go out of my way to write reviews but this was an exception. They took time to explain in depth what they did to my car (as somebody who knows absolutely nothing about cars this was great). Cant thank eco enough!

The branch is a little hard to find---Google Maps has it pinned to the wrong spot. It's actually at the southern tip of Northgate Mall, near the Nordstrom Rack. Orlando was absolutely wonderful and very nice. Got the interior and exterior of the car cleaned with the Exclusive package. Took a little under 2.5 hours and $100 + tax + tip for my Prius. The car looked brand new and Orlando was able to remove some bad coffee/tea stains! I'll never clean my car myself again. This cleaning would have taken me much longer without as good of results. Will definitely go back. Thanks, Orlando!

Went in for their Exclusive package and I don't think my car has ever looked better. My car had definitely been a little neglected for a few years, so they did a phenomenal job with the time allotted. Well worth the price. The service was prompt and professional, and the two folks I spoke with were extremely friendly and helpful. Would wholeheartedly recommend!

I’ve never had my car detailed before but came here on the recommendation of a client. I’m about to have my third baby and wanted to get my car nice and spotless for her arrival. My two boys always leave food in my car so it was pretty messy. I’m beyond impressed with the quality of work here. I feel so much better driving in my car now. When my husband saw the results he said he was going to book an appointment as well. I highly recommend this place. I will definitely be back!

At Northgate Mall, Drive into the parking garage outside of JCPenney! Auto detailer is o the 3rd floor, was hard to find, so figured I’d post to help others find it. It’s about $45 for outside and $120 for both inside and outside.

I love these guys. They make my car look and feel like it was cleaned for royalty. They are perfectionists in everything they do. This is a photo of the floor rug, vacuumed in perfectly parallel lines. And this is not a new car — it is 8 years old! Even though the service is pricey, I just go 1-3 times a year, and then I maintain it myself between each detailing. Treat yourself and your car to Eco Car Cafe!
