I just came in to get some hot food not that long ago and I ordered a chicken sandwich with lettuce, tomato, mayo, and cheese and the lettuce was brown and the chicken sandwich wasn’t done the whole way I do not recommend at all. I called and they said they can’t give me my money back.That’s really crazy, Also the bun was burnt and it was hard

Great spot, right near the highway. They never mess up my MTO food, and they rarely run out of the popular drinks or snacks. Tbh, I'll usually go here over the one in Middletown, and my only real complaint is the lottery machine didn't have the 5 dollar crossword I wanted on my last visit. lol

What are they even doing here? Spent over $40 on food. Chicken was all chewy, hot dog was undercooked, tacos were empty (see images). The people at the counter rung us up wrong and didn't seem to care.

Wish we could give 0 stars. We ordered our food at 12:16 and got it at 12:38. We only ordered hashbrowns, french toast sticks, and a 2pk snack wrap. One in the fryer and another in the microwave while you make the wrap. It's a super easy order so it is ridiculous that it took over 20 minutes when there were no other food orders placed in the store at the time. When we got home, the snack wraps didn't have tomatoes but instead they had onions. HOW CAN YOU MIX UP TOMATOES AND ONIONS??? WHAT IF WE WERE ALLERGIC??? The wraps were inedible even after we tried to pick out the onions. Sure we didn't expect gourmet food for the $6 and some change we spent on the wraps but we at least expected to get what we ordered and at a fast food pace. Total waste of money. WOULD LIKE A REFUND FOR THE WRAPS.

I use to love the hotdogs here and would order them frequently. However, after ordering them today those days are over. The quality has plummeted and for the love of God, don't ask me if I want relish on my hotdogs and proceed to throw 2 packets in the bottom. If I wanted to make my own gas station hotdogs I would go to turkey hill. I dont blame the workers, this is entirely a greedy corporate decision to prioritize profits over quality. I guess I am now a rutters and wawa customer.

We had such a great experience at this gas station thanks to the gentleman working behind the counter, who I believe may have been the manager. We ordered three fruit smoothies and forgot to mention that one of our daughters has Celiac disease. As soon as we told him, he immediately went above and beyond—washing everything by hand to avoid cross-contamination and remaking the smoothie from scratch. He even offered to let us check the ingredient list ourselves for peace of mind. His genuine concern, positive demeanor, and professionalism really stood out, and we left feeling grateful and reassured. Wonderful service that deserves recognition!

The experience here was like no other. Tons of supplies and food options. The only issue I had was there was this obnoxious beeping noise for like 30 minutes straight. The burger wasn’t super flavorful. But the staff were really kind and helpful

Never had a problem here before, but today I did, I ordered street tacos. I found a plastic covering for some type of sauce or condiment in one of my tacos, and I also ordered a cup of fries, plain with a side of nacho cheese and never got it.

we used to live in Pennsylvania and moved out of state. When we travel back to Pennsylvania, we look forward to stopping at sheets as one of our favorite spots to grab some great food.. Ordered a large amount of food last evening for five of us. Got the food home. Nothing was correct. They left out the macaroni and cheese bites, the nachos were absolutely disgusting. They weren’t completely cooked. my toasted chicken sandwich was burnt. Nachos didn’t even have on what we ordered.. Sheets has completely changed their menu. The marinara sauce was awful. The chili sauce is wretched. They only have shredded chicken now. Not sure why they changed a great thing, but we will not be going back. We actually ended up not feeling well so night and no one even ate their food. we tried it and it was too bad to eat.

The food was quite overcooked, which was a disappointment and felt like a waste of money. I had heard from a local that this establishment, Sheets, offered genuine and delicious food, not typical gas station fare. They're right this isn't gas food this is pure poison and not edible, the state should be embarrassed to have an establishment serve this burnt food to humans.
