Rating this place One Star only because the parking for semi trucks could be better. Each spot is nearly the size of TWO trucks wide. If they fixed the spaces they could fit maybe another 10 to 15 trucks in here. It's already hard enough for drivers to find parking in this state and then places go out and do something like this. You guys need to do better.

Worst Sheetz experience ever. Ordered our food, paid at the cashier, wasn't given a receipt even when I asked for one ("I already cleared the order") waited 15 minutes and still no food. When we inquired we were told I hadn't paid. Had to get the cashier to confirm I paid since I had no receipt. Was handed now cold food with no offer to warm it, etc. Not only was the grilled chicken in my burrito not hot, it was still partially frozen. There was more tortilla than there was filling. We won't stop here again.

One of the better Sheetz I've been to. Place is clean, well stocked, and the people are friendly. Multiple self-checkouts that actually function. Truck parking is a bit wonky, but I mean man, there's TA down the road, and there's Hagerstown. This isn't primarily a truck stop. They just have some truck amenities available. Which is nice. So all in all, it's a solid pit stop. I'm looking forward to returning here in the future.

Wasn't super busy in there but still had a bit of a wait for the MTO food. It was all made right and was delicious though! Loved their coffee selection too.

The place is clean & the staff is friendly, but the food service is a bit on the slow side. & for $4 I was hoping for a lil more on the condiment side... I'm not complaining, I'll go back again... but if ur in a hurry, I might go for something pre made...

Ms Mary and all the morning and afternoon crew are the only good part of the store. They keep it well stocked and clean. The night crew is terrible. We have received cold food multiply times. Sandwiches being on the complete wrong type of bread. The night workers seem high. Watched an employee take 3 tries to get a sandwich in a bag. Could barely keep their head up. The morning and afternoon crew are friendly kind and attentive. The night crew make us not want to come. We come here for a quick bite before my daughter's dance every week. So we don't have time for them to remake it. Not worth it anymore. Ms Mary who works mornings is a wonderful person though. Along with all the ladies from the morning and afternoon crew. Ben and Jessie rock as well.

Standard sheetz, no better or worse than any other one of the MANY locations. The only distinct difference is that this location has a drive through and that’s the reason for my 2 star review. They DO NOT man the window. I’ll see multiple employees at the register with no customers inside and still be waiting 10-15 minutes for someone to help me.

This building is in a great location. The problem happens to be with the drive thru. Any other places with a drive thru have people stationed to tend to those using it. Their drive thru should be for pre orders only not ordering when you get here. We had sat at the window, after letting them know we were here to pick up, for over 30 mins. We got our drinks and we're told they are still making the food. Waiting the 20 mins out of 30 for them to come up and say we r short staffed and your food has been sitting at the window since we got our drinks. This place needs more staff and training on how to properly time manage if they are that understaffed. The drive thru needs to be removed. We have gone to a different sheetz out of the way for work and still have made it to work early. We have been late to work even when we have pre-ordered.

Pretty normal Sheetz. Not filthy, not clean. Trash cans at the pumps were overflowing, but there wasn't trash in the parking lot. Bathrooms were fairly clean, but not shining. It was busy, so maybe they were having trouble keeping up. Employees were kind enough. It's just off the interstate; big parking lot at a light, fairly easy to turn into. They have a drive-through for made-to-order food like sandwiches if for any reason you don't want to get out of the car. Well-stocked and good signage. Plenty good enough.

I ordered the 2 protein platter with a spicy chicken patty, boneless bites, fries and Mac and cheese. After ordering it through the drive through and sitting in the drive through for 5 minutes as they glanced at me and then looked away, I went inside and found my order in the to go rack despite ordering for pick up in the drive through. The room temperature food wasn’t even what I ordered. I got a few cut up pieces of maybe spicy chicken that tasted like it was cooked yesterday and looked like it would go on a salad, about 5 boneless bites, and fries. The Mac and cheese would be acceptable if I was xxxl and used to consuming 50g of saturated fat per meal, as it was about 80% cheese and 20% noodles. Absolute garbage, didn’t even eat that. The meal was $11.50 after tax and it wasn’t remotely close to what I was looking for. I’ve ordered this plenty of times in the past, except the Mac and cheese, and it was fine. This time, garbage. Honestly I should get a refund if their app has the ability to send this.
