Went to Grease Monkey for the first time today to get my vehicle serviced. Zach came to assist me right away. Zach was patient and answered all of my questions, as I pulled up to the outside car line. Keep in mind it’s very cold outside this time of year. I appreciate Randy’s immediate and professional help when I asked him for tire quotes. The prices are very reasonable; anywhere else, I’d pay an arm and leg for services rendered. Best oil change experience. They were so quick. I saved hours by not waiting at the dealership and it’s right across from my house. Super friendly. They were busy but I only waited the quick time to do my oil which I think was only like 10 minutes. I was impressed because I have a jeep grand wagoneer and was told I could only go to the dealership since I don’t have a dipstick and it has to be digitally reset, they had everything there and no issues like I had last place I got my oil changed. This will be my new car home. Thank you grease monkey.

I had such an awesome experience at Grease Monkey! I’m fairly new to the area, and woke up to my car not running. I called my insurance company for roadside assistance and they couldn’t get it started. So I called Grease Monkey, and in no time they sent Rodger out to my house to see what the problem might be, couldn’t get it started, so he went back to the shop to consult with Randy, and Randy told me to have it towed in so he could check it out. It was towed in after hours, and first thing this morning, they had it back in my driveway with a new battery! I have never experienced such professional service anywhere! They are very honest and caring! Also, the entire staff are so pleasantly friendly! They definitely made sure that I was taken care of! I also had a tire repaired there, not long ago, same experience! My daughter now goes there also! My place from now on! Special thanks to Randy,Rodger,Zac and Jason! Honest, fast, friendly!

Grease Monkey of Hagerstown is the only place I take my cars. They are always respectful of all customers and they know their stuff. Honesty and integrity are found in all the staff there, and you can trust what they say you need. Everyone is so nice and the customers know the staff and owner there, because they have been long time customers. The owner has an easy rapport with people and that goes a long way. Randy is awesome! Jason and Aby are also awesome! The team helped me with my old Chevy, also my 2022 kia k5. Whether you have a classic car/truck or a new microchip with wheels, the north Hagerstown Grease Monkey is the place to get it serviced. They are the best of the best. Very respectful, knowledgeable, efficient, and affordable. All my neighbors recommend Randy as well. The level of good the service here cannot be overstated.
