This use to be a good local car wash but not any more. I put $10 in the self sev car wash no water came out lost my money. I tried to find a attendant on duty but none to be found, I looked around for a phone number to call none to be found, I went online and got the phone number to the Maugansville Car Wash left a message this is two days later I still heard nothing. This is not the first time this has happened. Bad customer service.

I love going to the automatic wash here and getting an Extreme Deluxe wash. My car always comes out shiny and very clean. It's a nice place to stop when you haven't really cleaned your car in a while. I believe the Extreme Deluxe wash is $12, the Deluxe is $9 and I think Basic is $7. I like to pick Extreme Deluxe because it puts a nice wax coating on the body of my car. Trust me, I like to wax my car after every wash to keep my paint looking nice. So if you're in the mood for a nice car wash, you should give this place a shot.

This is my go-to car wash! The prices are reasonable and the soft-touch bay is gentle on your car, yet effective. I love the rainbow soap they use - it's fun to look at and nice to smell. Customer service is awesome! Highly recommend!

I also visited here yesterday! My car looked worse than it did before I washed it!!! I've never had any issues here, I prefer this car wash over a few others..until now! I tried calling and can't leave a message. This is unacceptable customer service!! It might not seem like much money but when you add up the number of cars that went through the wash , it is money in their pocket.

Vacuums and shampoo available, it's a typical no frills car wash. I liked that it enclosed my car for the air dryer portion, and did a fairly good job of that. However after getting home, I noticed a decent amount of blue foam/water on my trunk and side of car. Not terrible, but I didn't expect to have to wipe it down after getting home.

I just went through the car here in maugansville today July 2nd. And I paid for the extreme wash $13. And I’m sitting there watching it do its thing and it tell me to exit but literally only put water one my truck. It never applied any soap or nothing. and I’m a detailer and that just really irritates me that the owner doesn’t know how to check on his/her equipment. I do everything and more that it does by hand and I just really wanted to not have to do my own vehicle but I guess I’ll just have to stick to the way it used to be done. Because this place sucks. I would like a refund

By far the best car wash around! We always took our vehicles here when we lived in the area, but definitely still use every time we're in town. Clean atmosphere to wash & Clean your car. Love the fact you can wash your pets as well. Highly recommend

After using the soft touch car wash my car was not as coming out as I wanted it to. The owner took the time to explain why, help my issue (which was my fault) and re washed my vehicle himself. Service and pride in ownership goes a long way . I used their services before and I will be back more often now. Thanks again both for the terrific service and tips! Will be back to see your brand new soft touch car wash again soon!

So Friday June 21, I went to wash my truck. Paid 13.00 and the car washed malfunctioned. After calling for assistance and not getting an answer and waiting to see if equipment would move again, I had to get out and open both doors to get out of wash bay. I since left 3 if not 4 messages on the website phone number, no call back I would like a refund or a car wash. Customer service sucks. Not happy, if they read this maybe they will make things right.

Twice I’ve come here and the pressure washer was broken and not dispensing soap. Then they charge a minimum time where you have to sit and wait like 5 mins at a broken stall to even stop the transaction. If they kept up on their equipment id change the review

I have an Acura RDX. This car wash left scratches and denting above driver’s side passenger door. I have used this car wash before without problem but will not go back.

Car did not get clean and the spinning things that clean the car did not clean well and left streak marks. I've used this location several times and it seems it is getting worse. Going to look for another option.

I always use this car wash even though I am from Pennsylvania..it has everything from automatic wash to Pet Wash to vacuum cleaners etc..even though I don’t like that u have to pay for air $1.00 I use it for everything other than air lol Awhile back I was having issues later at night when no one was around the new owner came to check to ensure I was ok explained to him what happened & he was sweet & understanding he gave me a gift card to use whenever🫶🏻 OH I’ll definitely use it 👍🏻 Worth stopping & checking it out ❤️

Nice place to bathe the dogs. Seems clean. Bring your own towels though, as none are provided. Also, the car wash is open 24x7 but the dog wash is only open 8am to 9pm.

I’ve tried the soft-touch and touchless both and always purchase the $12 wash. Both do ok. I still find some dirty areas on my car afterwards.. especially on the hood of my car and soap around the inside part of my car doors. So the automatic car wash doesn’t do the best job but unlike other automatic car washes it doesn’t leave hard water spots. They also have a shampooer and vacuums. I can’t comment on either of those because I never used them since I keep the inside of my car clean and I get it professionally auto detailed a few times a year.

We used the pet wash here. When I first walked into the room, everything looked clean. There were shelves on the wall to put your belongings to keep them out of the way which was awesome but The biggest issue I have is that I have a 120 pound growing dog and he did not want to go up the ramp to get in. I went alone so I had to lift him up slowly by doing his front paws first and then his back. I don’t recommend this pet wash if you have a larger dog, otherwise it’s a pretty decent pet wash. They need a new setup to accommodate all dogs. Also, bring your own towels because they don’t supply any.

The Soft Touch Car Wash is always enjoyable because I don't have to wash the vehicle manually. There is optimal power a nice under carriage wash and the rainbow soap (that my son loves).

Went through the compact-mid sized soft touch wash lane, paid for the most expensive wash. There was no noticable amount of soap being dispensed during the wash, just water dribbled across the car; the bug wash, wheel wash, and tricolor soap wash that were included in the package didn't seem to happen. The wash didn't last very long. At the end the car came out still dirty. The hood and front of the car were especially untouched. The dry cycle was also very short and the car came out still very wet with beads of water all over.

Ripped the stripping off near my window when drying. Absolutely the worst car wash I've ever had. Didn't even get the bird poop off my car. Waste of $13

Opted for the $13 soft wash option and wasn't really impressed. I didn't feel like it did the best job cleaning the car / rinsing all the soap off and the drywrs at the end left a lot of water marks. Other options in town do a much better job for the same price or better. There is a dog wash at this location is nice
