The machine advertised $5 for credit card transactions giving you 8min on the self serve wash. They charged my card for $10 and gave way less than the advertised time. Will definitely dispute the transaction when it posts. If you risk trying this place use a credit card so you can get your money back.

Middle touchless bay is broke. Doesn’t foam side of vehicles and sprays water as the air dryer is going. Complete waste of $14

Would have given 0. Second time I've used this car wash. First not good, this time really terrible. Didn't clean my vechile at all. No one will answer phone. What a waist of $12.00

So my experience is the same as the others. Used soft touch bay, machine malfunctions and no wash. After 2nd time car got washed. I called the phone number listed on door but no one ever answers it. I leave the information requested and 3 months later still no refund. I don't recommend using any of the automatic washes here, as a matter of fact I don't recommend this wash at all. If a businesses customers are not important enough to answer a phone they shouldn't have any. Have a great day. 👍

This was a good car wash. I did the manual car wash. There was an option to use card which was nice. Ended up spending almost $20 until I was done although I was very thorough and used all of there stages and vacuumed. The spot free rinse didn't really do much and I certainly still had spots on my car afterwards. All in all a good experience and I would come back. Probably wouldn't go through all the stages though so I could save a few bucks.

Paid for a hand wash using cash. Debit card was charged $6 to add additional time to finish rinsing off vehicle. Machine wouldn’t work. So, here I sit, spending an additional $9 across the street at Sheetz to get the soap rinsed off my vehicle. We have tried calling the business MULTIPLE times to report a problem and receive a refund only to be hung up on REPETITIVELY! Unacceptable.

Haven't had any of the bad experiences posted here. Common sense should tell you not to wash your car when the temp is below freezing. You risk your doors and locks freezing shut. Of course water powered equipment may malfunction below freezing. Duh

I washed my van here today and will never wash it here again. My husband had to rewash my van this is one of the worst car washes I have ever taken my vehicle to will never spend that kind of money on the piss-poor job it did

Went in on 5/16/25. Purchased the $15 wash. NO soap was dispensed, it rolled over my car without any soap. Then once it came time for the rinse, it dribbled a few drops of water over my car as it passed overhead. My car was spotted all over. My driver side door area was scratched all to hell. NEVER GO HERE!! This place should have nothing above a 1-2 star rating. Read the other reviews! Wow, I wish I had known.

Bought the $15 wash and got into the wash, soaped it up and the carwash froze up on us. Had to drive home with soap all over the car just to rinse it off. No body answered the phone that is posted. What a waste of $15.

This is the first time I've ever added a one star review. The touch-free machine struck the side of my truck. Fortunately there was no damage. The machine stopped mid-Cycle. The machine charged us $21 for a $10 service, and then I had to spend more money for the wand, so that I could rinse the soap off of my truck after the machine quit. I tried to call the service number, but there was no answer and no answering service. I really wanted to support a local company, but can not suggest that anyone utilize the Keystone Car Wash service.

I was over double overcharged for a car wash that took two minutes. If they have problems with their card machines, problems need to be corrected.
