Ordered quesadilla today and it was very flaky. Didn't get sour cream.also ordered a samples box and got Mac bites instead of boneless bites, and buffalo sauce instead of Asian sauce. Overall disappointed, we love sheetz but this was a bit much!

I waited 30 minutes for disgusting inedible food. Watched the kitchen staff just wander around aimlessly talking about breaks. This is almost the fourth time in a month the wait time was over 30 minutes for disgusting food.

This community would be a lot better served if you had signs discouraging drunk driving rather than signs discouraging selling snap benefits. Pick your battles. I’ll let you figure out which crime happens more often at Sheetz.

I ordered a salad and there was barely anything in it. I told the manager and was told they weighed it and that’s how it is. If I pay $9 for a salad I expect more salad. I didn’t ask for more toppings, just more salad. All I added was dressing in the photo. Every other Sheetz I’ve ordered from has more salad in their bowls. It’s inexcusable in opinion to charge that much for a salad if you aren’t going to put anything in it

Usually, the MTO’s are decent, never really had a problem, except when they put the name on the wrong bag, and when I got to work, I had something completely un-edible, which they corrected the next day when I returned. The tomato on my last club sub was something to be desired and whoever made my sandwich, couldn’t have missed this issue. I can’t believe restaurants don’t core tomatoes to get the nasty centers out before they slice them. Kind of like slicing an apple and leaving the seeds/stem in the slice.

I had called late after placing door dash order and asked if they could pick actual flavor I wanted as requests aren’t seen by Sheetz employees/ she asked what I wanted and I told her and she said she’d get that- her name was Jenny and she was so nice and sweet- personable and listened

Ordered Sheetz through Doordash. This may be the worst food I have ever had from a Sheetz. Completely forgot a milkshake I ordered, a steak sub with maybe 4 pieces of meat, and some chili cheese hot dogs with the tiniest amount of cheese and chili. Judging by other posts and pictures, I'm not the only one. Obviously, you are being stingy with food and ingredients. Absolutely shameful! The responses all say from the (owner). If you are the owner......do better!

They’re always messing up DoorDash orders. I ordered Mac and cheese bites and jalapeño poppers and got motz sticks. Ordered DoorDash again, and when they didn’t have my drink, they told my dasher they wouldn’t give him a substitute. Horrible store, horrible service. Just go to Wawa.

This evening, I ordered through the drive thru option. Not only did it take 35 minutes sitting at the pickup windows to get my food. But once I did finally get it, and drove the 3 minutes back to my house where I opened the food and noticed that the cheese was completely cooked out of the cheesesticks and was cold. This is the 2nd time I used the drive thru, and last time half of my order was not correct. I don't think I'll be going back anytime in the foreseeable future.

Ordered food at one location and the order was sent to another 20 miles away. The manager said that I was on my own to get it straightened out. Finally got customer service and they said I have to wait 2 weeks to get my money back. Never again! Wawa is so much better!

Every single time I order food here something is wrong. I have given them literally 10 chances now. I am so disappointed because I absolutely LOVE Sheetz and stop at one every chance I get. Something is fundamentally BROKEN at this location and has not gotten fixed. I tried the Shnuggetz today and they were borderline BURNT and completely dried out.

I know I’m not the only one who feels this way. Sheetz employees need to be trained on how to make sandwiches. I ordered a turkey wrap on Friday. It cost me $7.40! I walked up to the lady who was bagging the food and asked her if they could add extra lettuce to mine (because they put so little in). Well, I bring my wrap to work, open it up, and the thing was stuffed like a Chipotle burrito. You might think “you’re lucky” until you cut open the wrap and it’s 60% old chopped lettuce! That’s right, they used that bad parts of the lettuce that are discolored. I picked it out. The wrap fell apart. There’s a thin slice of turkey and meager bits of cheese, which I paid extra for. Sheetz, why are you so stingy?! You pay your employees a living wage, get you can’t figure out how to bring value to your customers by feeding them cheap foods with baby portions. Whoever the Sheetz manager is needs to address these issues. It’s shameful.

Every time I put in a mobile order here the staff at this specific store messes it up. They’re surprised and shocked to see me. They have no idea what I ordered — lots of times I have to pull it up on my phone and show them the details. And even then they still get it wrong, I say “close enough”, take what they give me, and drive away. The staff is cheerful, attentive and helpful. Whoever is managing or training them is ignoring this issue.

I like to come here to get a milkshake, but I always run into an issue to where certain shakes only come in regular size. I always get a large and my favorite shake is the blue raspberry shake, but it only comes in a regular. I'm always having to get a black raspberry and then tell them before they make it to do blue raspberry instead and they never have a problem doing that. They need to fix the interface on the milkshakes and so you can choose the size you want.

Consistently slow service, tonight was the last chance. Ordered food at 9:03pm, recieved food 20 minutes later. They had us wait for my smoothie, 30 minutes after the order the drink still wasnt ready. The girl behind the counter was making drinks but didnt let us know that there was no more fruit for the drink and instead of telling us she just let us stand there for an additional fifiteen minutes after we got food (which at this point is cold thanks for that). Had to get a refund for the nonexistent drink. Hey maybe have your employees actually COMMUNICATE with customers if you dont have something instead of wasting peoples time its not rocket science. I'd reccommend going to Wawa thats close by which would counterract the wait you'd be standing around waiting for basic food

Had a great experience at this Sheetz in Harrisburg despite seeing some of the negative reviews beforehand. The staff was friendly and there was plenty of snack selections. The place was clean, and the employees I interacted with were pleasant and helpful. I stopped in during a road trip and had no issues whatsoever. Honestly, it was exactly what I needed; fast, easy, and good service. I wouldn’t hesitate to stop here again!
