Slowest service on a Sunday morning. It's like the staff move at 1/4 speed on purpose Update still so slow is the staff working at their own pace with no regards to poeple wanting to get out before thier shift is over

After revisiting this store, I’m reminded of why I come. Soda Fountain always stocked with what I drink, good prices, especially when compared to other stores in the area, BYO cup discount, and a great loyalty program. Linda, the kind lady working earlier today is always so pleasant, friendly and just a delight to talk to, let this review serve as a shout out to her! (Hope the names right, haha!) My one grievance is the Air Machine; it’s not calibrated properly! None of the store’s are anymore. Considering Sheetz prides their self in their free air, not being able to get it properly, or not at all, less than what I started with in my case. Compared to an air pressure gauge, the machine is incorrect. On behalf of all free air lovers and Sheetz Freakz, Please, PLEASE put in the work order to get someone out to CALIBRATE them. The numbers on screen do not match actual PSI! Hope this is gets resolved soon. Y’all stay awesome, and thanks again for a good store visit. You guys make it happen.

Customer service was outstanding , but the shelf checkout was had a glitch to which cost me $30 in the end. Not only did this happen but when telling the cashier about this issue it was likely issue wasn't a major issue. After contacting customer service and playing musical numbers as the extentions would go to a answering machine. Now once I did got in contact with someone now this is going down under review and then a gift card will be sent to me via mail.

Sub bread stale, and milkshake had chunks of ice in it. Also it was very unclean. I'm not use to seeing Sheetz that way. Update: went to Sheetz on 4/3/22 and order more sandwiches for my family. The bread was really good but however the manager on duty Kayla had a nasty attitude because of the amount of sandwiches I had ordered. My husband approached her to ask if one and a half of the sandwiches was labeled with red onion so that way we could tell them apart. When he said excuse me she answered "What?" I went to ask another employee for corporate number to talk to them about the customer service we were giving she told the employee she will get it. I went back over when she was done making the sandwiches and ask for corporate number she ran to the back and never came back out. So I asked the same employee that I asked before what was her name. When I got home with the food I've noticed that she had five six inch subs filled with red onion and the labels was wrong. I feel that she's going to be hiring better employees also managers to deal with customers. I will be giving corporate a call today.

Bought enough gas for a full tank there and parked my car way out in the corner of the parking lot to go to a concert just down the road (as others had reportedly done before without issue) because it was a safe location and I was already a customer. I later come back to learn my car was towed and had to cough up $300 for EZ-Tow. Great to know this branch doesn’t really care about its customers even after giving it your hard-earned money.

store was filthy.... It was very busy, but they seemed to have a good amount of staff working. . . I think that if everyone focused and worked harder there was enough staff to handle keeping everything stocked, cleaned, wiped down, swept and mopped.... There is also a self checkout area. .... though it is not clear if it is only card or both cash and card.. just saying.... typically enjoy Sheetz as a whole... but I'm very unhappy at my experience tonight at this particular one. the soda machine looked like it was a breeding station for cockroaches... Probably 8 or more soda syrups were non-existent!! Who wants soda water??? ugh!!

Came to get gas, I was not in a good mood at all due to an extremely bad experience at a different business, but the team lead whose name escapes me right now was the one if the most welcoming, warm, friendly employee I've ever met at any Sheetz. Her demeanor completely brightened my mood again. Make this wonderful woman store manager!

I had to request a refund on a drink that I waited almost 15 minutes for at 10 in the morning on a Sunday when it wasn't busy. It wasn't an overly complicated drink, just a chai tea latte with a shot of espresso. I paid, then watched one group get their food, then another, and then four more patrons. It seemed the staff was only putting out the food orders and forgot my drink. I asked the woman in the kitchen politely if they had a drink order coming, and she said yes. So I waited a bit longer, and then two more food orders came out. Another customer even asked me if I was still waiting on my drink because he came in after me, ordered food for his son, had time to go to the bathroom, pay and pump gas, and I was still waiting. I went to the register to ask for a refund, and the woman who checked me out seemed shocked I was still waiting. She asked the staff where my drink was and, once again, they said it was coming, but no one left the stove or condiments section. The cashier asked one of the kitchen staff to help me with my refund and they moved faster to get my refund than they did my drink. If you want food, no problem, but go order your drinks elsewhere if you have to be to work at a certain time. I only stopped here because I was headed to the end of the block to my job as a server. I just wanted a quick cup of coffee or something. Hate that this happened.

We witness a security guard disrespect more than one customer on another level tonight. We reported the incident to the store manager in detail. She stated she wasn’t aware or the incident. I will never return to this store again. One employees ignored what they saw and actually thought it was hilarious laughing …I come to this store all the time but never again. The disrespect we witness was unbelievable. Sheetz is known for great food & excellent customer service but this store is going down hill. Plus their service is horribly slow now. I’m beyond disappointed and shocked. SMH :( somebody has to be honest. One good security guard & one bad. Spring Garden Sheetz needs help quickly. The store was nasty at night etc.

They prepared the food without gloves. Bathroom not clean. I think they have a management problem? I’m a regular customer for Sheetz, but this branch is another story. Bad experience.

Haven't seen any of the bad things yet in other reviews. Service was good. Looks like this Sheetz is busier than other. It has Dine-In available with outlets that have usb built in.

My door dash order was late. I was informed by the dasher that the food was done and he was just waiting for someone to acknowledge him and hand the food over. So I called the store and asked if they had an order for Freda ready. Jessica puts me on hold comes back and said yes it’s already been taken…. I said or you put me on hold so you could hand it to him… it took 20 extra. My food arrived cold, looked rushed together and my burger had no cheese.

is it not the employees job to ask how they can help you when they see you… i was standing near the mto counter waiting for my mobile order and the employee acted like they couldn’t see me. then i went up front to ask for it and the same employee said “girl why didn’t you just ask for it instead of standing there” it’s difficult for me to do little mundane things because i have social anxiety. what happened to “total customer focus” or whatever their slogan is

Ordered the mozzarella sticks, looked like they stuffed them in with a potato masher. The bottom half had some seasoning in them, and only the bottom ones and they were complety covered and orange. Worst sheets I've ever been too. Bathrooms were disgusting, filth on the walls, paper products all over the place. It had a smell and was clearly dirty.

I stopped by here around 8:05am on a Friday morning because I needed air for tires. I think Sheetz is the only place that has air for free! There was one person ahead of me but the wait was short. I’ve used this machine a few times in the past. Sometimes it doesn’t work like it’s supposed to. Inside, the store was clean, overall. There were some carts with boxes, which I assume was for restocking. There is a sitting area to your left. Freez was all out of stock. The baked goods and ice cream cooler was low on stock. They have a beer cave that was stocked. There was no mirror in mens restroom, which is odd. The floor was dirty; it looked like dirty or something. There was one person on the register but I noticed they have self check out available too.

Ordered a toasted bagel....picked it up and it's not toasted. But these cream cheese on it. Turns out, meal prep person toasted the backside and put cream cheese on the inside. How does that make sense? I wish I could make this stuff up! Called Sheetz and the girl says, bring the bagel back....of course she can have it. I don't want this. Very disappointed in this place.

This Sheetz has so much potential but fails to live up to the Sheetz standard. There's a lot of room for opportunity for this Sheetz location. It feels dirty. When I go, it's usually at a later hour (10/11 PM) & it's a mess. There's trash all over the parking lot & in the store. The lines tend to move slowly. There is a self check out option, but it tends to be down when we go. It tends to be a 5 minute wait minimum to check out. The made to order food wait time is much longer. The past 3 times I've gone, it's been a minimum of 20 minutes. Unfortunately, the last time I ordered food, it was inedible. The burrito was flavorless & the box with different fried options was undercooked. It seems like the staff is miserable here. I don't know why. It could be due to the demand of customers, but it's noticeable, but they don't seem to care regardless. The positive about this Sheetz location is that they still offer the great snack & drink selection that Sheetz is known for. I've never used the bathroom here. Most Sheetz locations have clean bathrooms, but since this location is generally dirty, I have a feeling it would be the same. I'm not sure where to start to turn this Sheetz around, but if you're looking for a quick option for food & drinks, I'd go elsewhere or be prepared to wait.

Fine for gas, but extremely rude staff. I made a mobile order in advance just so we could get our food and be out without any problems but the staff ignored me multiple times when I had asked to get my order (it was marked as ready on the little TV). When another customer asked about their own order, she was also ignored by the staff... By the time I finally got my food, everything was cold... You'd be better off going to the Sheetz on battle ground. I couldn't recommend this one to anyone. At least we got all our food...
