What can I say about sheetz that hasn't already been said? The food is always on point, the staff is friendly and quick, there's a large selection of nearly everything that's always in stock, and the bathrooms are always in good condition.

This sheetz is nice they have all the slushies and soft serve flavors. The parking lot is large and convienient and there are plenty of pumps. The staff is friendly and I noticed their sandwiches tend to be very fresh in the morning. Due to the convenient location, the upkeep of the store and the friendly staff this is my favorite sheetz in the area.

Staff lack safety awareness of pump safety The fuel pump's automatically cut off for refueling didn't work and the fuel spilled out of my car. I informed the staff to first close that pump because it's no longer safe to use that pump and secondly to clean up the spill. The staff attending to it didn't close that pump and said they're not doing it because I'm the only person who complained about it. The same staff who attended to me gave me the look as if I caused the spill and caused her extra work. The staff here needs to be informed of what's considered safe and what isn't.

Was upset that after ordering subs for years from this place that they really messed up my order. My husband ordered his sub as usual...the Italian but when he got home after taking his second bite he started choking then keep throwing up....he couldn't talk...then he told me it had mayo on it...I checked the ticket and it did not say mayo....took the sub back and they did give me a refund but did not seem concerned how sick my husband was....they took my husband's name ..address and phone number....and I kept saying I have to go home and see how he is doing...the girl that makes the subs asked what happen...I told her and she said Oh...and walked away....my husband had some swelling and was up and down all night...never had dinner....he still looks bad.....did not feel that Sheetz really cared about what happen.....we will go to Subway now

Sheetz has been going down hill and this store is no exception. I used to stop here regularly (530am) until they began only having one person at the register even with up to ten people in line. The other part of this low rating is because there's rarely a breakfast cart out in the morning and the lady flat out lying to me about it always being out when I asked if they stopped putting it out. There's an AC&T right around the corner that I recommend.

Not even sure it's the store's fault or their ordering software, but every time I add a side to a sandwich and request ketchup as the dipping sauce, it ends up on the sandwich without having dipping sauce for my side. This morning for instance, I got a ham egg and Swiss croissant with a side of mini hash browns. Guess where the ketchup did and did not go. Not a big fan of either plain hash browns or ketchup on my breakfast sandwiches.

I stop here near daily, the staff are exceptional, always friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the MTO orders are hit or miss lately. Nothing worse then getting home to eat and finding a soggy mess because they didnt use the pretzel bread bun I ordered. Damn near impossible to hold a normal bun with drenched sauerkraut and onions.

Definitely the best Sheetz in the Hagerstown area. Every time I order I’m not disappointed. The other Sheetz in the area always deliver me pretzels that are crunchy or cold inside. This Sheetz always does it perfect! All of the food comes fresh so we come often

One of the better sheetz in the area is always stocked up on everything, clean bathrooms and dining area. The staff is super nice depending on the time of day. The food is not your average "gas station" food, to be honest if you dont know what to get for lunch. Sheetz is the place to go with all sorts of options that will definitely fill you up. You may even see something you didn't even know you wanted. All in all, stop in and give it a try.

I really should have stopped at one of the Sheetz in Frederick, where the diesel fuel is much cheaper than here. Geographically so close, yet price wise years away. Driver beware!

i usually love sheetz and always have a good experience there, but this morning it was a little different. my husband and i went in around 9:30, we order our sandwiches and i have a question about my order so i go the register before he does and me and the cashier whose name i believe was kaitlyn start talking, she seemed perfectly nice and kind at first, she asked if i had anything else and i said “whatever he is getting”, referring to my husband. to my husband i said (playfully) “hey pay for my food” the cashier gave my husband a look & then said “apparently you’re paying for the food, but this just means next time she’ll pay” ?????????? that comment, first of all, extremely inappropriate and rude but i paid it no mind she’s just doing her job probably trying to be playful, maybe she even thinks she’s funny. when my husband said “nope”, it should’ve been the end of it, but for her it wasn’t. she carries on to say “that’s gotta be rough” and im just mostly wondering what goes on at this establishment where workers aren’t properly taught on how to interact with customers. that was highly inappropriate and rude and i will not be coming back and i will be telling everyone i know to not come to this location as well. please work on your soft skills
