Went there before closing maybe 20 minutes before they closed the staff was in such of a hurry they forgot to spin around the the spin wheel with the bags that you put the groceries in and didn't get two items I paid paid for in the amount of 18 dollars , I called them I still have the receipt and they are denying it , we'll see what corporate has to say when they watch the cameras

This is my favorite dollar general but why are the sodas flat? I thought it was just dr pepper so I bought a 6 pack of coke and flat as can be I don't understand I guess I just can't but my sodas from here

Very nice store and wonderful plesent workers. Good selection. Only problem I see is the store is so small and things are packed in like sardines. Very nice otherwise.

My corner convenient store (CCS)even though there's a long wait sometimes because it's others CCS. And why does this store overwork the cashier in doing inventory, receiving stock, and shelving....and running back to front to take customers?

They have so many items but are very organized. As with any DG, some items can be found cheaper THAN at Walmart and ELSEWHERE AT a Dollar Tree (such as the DT in the same strip mall as this one). This DG follows all mandated COVID-19 precautions I'm aware of.

Seats on upper deck are not made for a tall person at all. was very cramped in seat no leg room to move at all.... But do have to say it's a very nice looking place to see

Had an excellent experience this morning. Young lady working all alone was very helpful and stopped what she was doing to assist me in locating items. Very pleasant and helpful check out as well.

Excellent customer service until Scott came. He disrespected my kids. My eldest daughter uses hand motions to talk and Scott has yelled at her and didn’t answer her question. Scott has also told other employees about the uncounted, resulting in the other employees only knowing his side of the story. The other employees would give my children bad looks just like Scott. My kids and I decided to become the bigger person and let it go but today Scott has kicked us out of the store for no reason which in completely unacceptable.

The store could be a little more cleaner and organized, but most of the employees are very friendly. Most items advertise on sale run out quickly if you don't get there when the sales first start.

Love all their stores but the store on dual Hwy is the best hands down! They are always very clean, well stocked and I NEVER have to look far or ask for long periods of time for help. The entire staff, except a few that didn’t last, are absolutely wonderful. They are all very dedicated to making sure all of their customer have a great experience! They will always try to help you save even more money off your bill by helping you sign up for their digital coupons and inviting you back on the upcoming Saturdays when they offer $5 off every $25 purchase PLUS you can use any other paper or digital coupons available on top of buying ANY sale or clearances products in their store as long as your total is $25 before coupons! I couldn’t live without my local Dollar General. I would still be wasting extra money that honestly adds up over time to close to $800 to $1k a year in just cleaning, household and hygiene products for my entire family. They always have the best prices even without sales so I always stock up when I can and use any and all of their coupons when it’s available! Sara is their store manager and she is a absolute doll! She seems to be there almost every day and is always so much fun to be around. Her smile is contagious. Pam and Bobby have both worked their for years and I always look forward to seeing them as well! Pam works so hard and Bobby will be eight there to help with you absolutely anything you may need. If they’re understaffed or super busy even in a line of 15-20 people - you will not wait more then 7 mins on average. I had moved about 10 mins farther from the dual Hwy store so it was no longer as close as another Dollar General was in Long meadow shopping center but after two visits their I had to make the extra 10 minute drive to dual Hwy. It just was not even close to the same experience and it is worth the trip of knowing you’ll always receive all the best sales and service possible! Thank you so much Dual Hwy Dollar General for all of your hard work and dedication to your store!

Great location and the manger of this store is very polite and has a lot of good workers too! Thanks for doing a fantastic job DG! One of my favorite dollar stores that's remained the same throughout time. The good times & hard times. They don't seem to raise prices due to their own up and downs during bad economic times! As 98% of stores will do!

In joyful spirits, my daughters and I ventured into this Dollar General. Our goal was to pick out snacks, crafts and cleaning supplies. I was enjoying my time with them until an older woman with white hair (who worked there), began speaking to a customer negatively about me. She then processed to stare at me down the aisles, not breaking eye contact. When I gently confronted the woman about her behavior and disrespect in front of my children, I was bombarded with a slew of excuses and cowardly lies. 'My head hurts and my eyes are just twitching'. I actually felt embarrassed by how foolish she sounded in her lies. Treat people with respect. Don't be a coward or judge someone just because you think you can. Hire people who can treat all customers with kindness. Trying to steal people's joy is an awful thing to do this time of year!

Its ok if you have to get something here but it's super cramped and as with all dollar stores the service could be something to be desired
