Par the course for what you could expect from a Sheetz location. Extremely clean bathrooms, great convenience selection, and very tasty food. I will always choose Sheetz over ay other fueling station!

Ordered meatball sub, received a roll with sauce and cheese but no meatball. Only gave an extra star because of the gas station. Edit. Went back to this location hoping for improvement, and I was made to wait for my entire lunch time to be told finally that they never rung up my order after I handed it over to the cashier. So, your people screw up and the customers are the ones to pay for it while you just shrug and offer zero solutions to the lack of discipline in your store? I dropped my previous terrible score even lower, not that it matters. Go here at your own risk, the people working here are not the A team.

I fully admit a bias here, but I love Sheetz and think they are head and shoulders above RoFo and Wawa... This particular Sheetz, a buddy of mine and I got sandwiches on our way to a cycling event. The staff were polite and efficient, and the cashier was WAY respectful to my buddy, who is special needs. This is a great Sheetz!

I love Sheetz! The food is so good! My go to is a carved turkey wrap with a mango and strawberry smoothie. A wide selection of drinks from cold soda/pop to coffe and hot cocoa. The employees are always so friendly too!

I stopped at this Sheetz on 5/1/22 at 6:00 a.m. I ordered a Breakfast Shmuffin. Totally disgusting! The english muffin was not toasted but placed in the microwave. The entire sandwich was cooked in the microwave, including the jalapeno cheese. Needless to say, the cheese was non-existent on the sandwich because it was microwaved. I should have gone back into the store, but since I was making a 11 hour trip, I didn't go back into the store to complain. The woman behind the counter was nasty. Absolutely no customer service. I emailed Sheetz corporate on Tuesday, May 3 to let them know of my experience at this store. I received no response. In the past if I emailed Sheetz customer service, I always received a response within 2-3 days. So much for "made fresh to order". This is the only Sheetz I ever experienced an issue with.

I went in to go to the bathroom, and the lady that was cleaning the bathroom was extremely rude, saying there’s a sign out there. Wait wait outside but the sign says let us know in the bathroom is all yours and that’s what I was going to let her know and she just basically kicked me out. You would think after spending so much money every other day in gas and one of these stations and buying food. They will treat you a little bit better. Very disappointed the picture that I’m posting it says let us know and it’s all yours when in reality, if you let them know, they’ll treat you horribly, this happened today 1/0924 at 11:00am short white lady was cleaning the men’s bathroom, vey rude…

I go to this Sheetz frequently. The food is always good and prepared fairly quick (highly recommend the mozz sticks btw). It's often crowded with customers at all hours of the day/night, like other Sheetz locations in Hagerstown. Whatever their business model is, it's working

Drove all the way here for air in a flat tire in a pinch. No air available at this location. Honestly that’s kind of a slap in the face for a “sheetz” location. Maybe time for some updates. Sheetz made getting fuel and topping off your tires almost an industry standard but this location is lacking.

Quick stop, run in grab your goods and back out again! Sheetz is your place to go in a rush, or just for a snatch & grab when you do not want to deal with too many people in their pajamas… at least at Sheetz it’s kept to a bare minimum!🤣 Love Sheetz … quick food too! My favorite from the MADE-TO-ORDER … hot dog 🌭 with chili, American cheese, and mustard! YUMMY!

Wow! The employee who worked the morning shift is so damn pleasant. I’m just standing there at the counter and the only one in the store waiting for someone to assist me and I just get ignored and she walked by on her phone. She doesn’t say a word to me and walks to the back so I walked out. You guys need to hire some better employees.

Bought a “meltz” sandwich and it was freezing cold.. wasn’t even worth driving back to get it heated up or a refund.. disappointed as this is a brand new sheetz I expected more..

Good prices on gas. Lots of pumps. Clean rest rooms Ample parking, including curbside pull-up space for big rigs, RV's or automobiles pulling trailers. One of the most vast array of soft drinks and beverage choices you'll ever see in a convenience store. There's also a wide variety of made to order foods, including salads, so there are healthy choices.
