Staff was friendly and reminded me of the friendliness of North Idaho(which hasn't been completely forgotten thankfully) that I was shown when I first started visiting in the summers(and sometimes in the winters as well) from Northeast Florida here over 20 years ago when I was a wee lad; the key they duplicated for me worked well enough, which I am glad about indeed; definitely would recommend them for sure

Always try to support the local businesses; however; I went in and customer service is LACKING! Everyone that came in the store behind me was greeted and asked if they required any assistance. I was not greeted or offered any assistance. I did in fact need help locating an item, I walked up to the counter and was just looked at by the rude girl with blue/purple hair. She just looked at me...I finally said “hello, do y’all carry hot dog roasting sticks?” She said, “if they are not over there, then we don’t!” She didn’t even try to help me by walking to the aisle or asking someone else to help me. RUDE! Will never come in to this location again! Rude and not worth my business. I have also shared my experience with other friends who have second thoughts about shopping there! Unsatisfactory customer service.

I don't know what I would do without this store. I am a tinkerer and I always need bolts, screws, nuts, washers for my various projects. At Seright's Ace I usually find exactly what I'm looking for. And the people who work there are helpful and nice.

The service was great here, HOWEVER, we came here to buy a camp chef griddle that their website says they had in stock. They had zero camp chef items and it was disclosed to us that Ace does this sometimes "to trick you". Very disappointing - was not interested in purchasing from them after this. Not employees fault but perhaps the advertisers should check their facts first to be fair and ethical to their customers. Go to St. MARIES, Idaho for your ACE items.

Repairing my bathroom and I needed to cap off some pipes. I went and bought the shark bite end plugs, 9.99 a piece. I bought the wrong size, 3/8 inch instead of 1/2 inch. Entirely my fault. I went in to exchange them recipe on hand and even though they where the same price 9.99 for some reason there was a 2.11 dollar difference. When I told the cashier they had given me my veterans discount he applied it and for some reason I still owed 1.91, it makes no sense that I owe money for an item that is priced the exact same in their store.

Be careful with their key cutting service. They will cut and sell you the wrong key that doesn’t fit your lock.

Ace is always my favorite stop because there is a knowledgeable employee right inside the front door who greets me, and asks what I am looking for. Then they tell me EXACTLY where to find it. It's such a simple business concept, and it works! I can be in and out with what I need in minutes, compared to a big box store where I can easily wander around in frustration and never see a single employee. Today it took me 8 minutes to get two keys cut, select the exact zip ties and foam squares I needed, and I was out the door. You can even park right in front, which saves so much time. Ace for the win!

They advertise they have items online they do not stock or carry like superzilla and different batteries. So you waisted the time driving there and they don’t have what you need and never did. Then when you ask they say we don’t stock it even though on line it shows they do . The employees know this is happening he said I have had 15 people in the last 2days that have asked for product and says the general manager is doing it on purpose and I should file a complaint. Well here u go I am telling everybody don’t waist your time 2nd time this has happened with their false advertising on 2 different products
