Never again. After calling several times thinking we could drop our car off the day of or day before, we were told the next available appt was next Tuesday which was 4 days out. We took the appt and showed up to drop the car off and were told the next appt was next Friday and they could not do the car today. I said "and that's why we called last week!!! Tony said to tell anyone we dropped the car off with that he said tell them I told you to drop it off and that Tony said you had an appt". The person on the lot at the time called Tony who stated again that the next appt was next Friday. TONY NEEDS TO START WRITING THINGS DOWN!!!!

If possible I would rate them a 0. My sister took her car there because her cars floorboards were wet. She needed them cleaned and the water sucked out. They kept the car 2 days and didn't do the work until the end of the day then he took the money, didn't give a receipt, got in his car and left. When she got home she had to use towels to soak up the excess water, then she realized her glove compartment had also been emptied out by them. Now they won't return phone calls. I wouldn't recommend them to ANYONE!!!

I normally do not write reviews but I have been to Scrubby Dubbies twice now and both times my car was really bad. Either it was one of my foster dogs had a potty accident or another that threw up all over my car. Every time no matter how gross the car is when I bring it in it comes back cleaner then I could ever expect. I can not say enough good things about this place!

I had a rug that was passed down through my family 5 generations. It was dirty to say the lest. Tony took the rug and made it 100% new again. Their carpet cleaning abilities are not matched anywhere. Since then, he has cleaned my carpets in my house AND now he does all my vehicles. Wouldn't trust anyone else with my carpet needs!
