The wash was great. It cleaned my car completely.The drying system is amazing which means less hand drying. The tire shine works really well also. It saves time because there is very little to do after the wash. The staff is the best part...great attitudes and very helpful!!! The star for the day is Meagan..a life saver. She helped me get my car started because the battery was weak! Every Girl need some jumper cables...she had someđ Thank You again!!!To the Manager and Staff...Great Job and Thank You!! đ

Was warmly greeted at the entrance by Blake and he explained the different options with knowledge and humor. My wife noticed that he was going from area to area attending to needs while helping customers with the vacuum and other cleaning products available for clients. I was impressed by his response to people and ability to focus on different tasks. Oh⌠and the car wash was great. Will become a regular. A+++

Nice carwash that is quick. There are vacuums, towels, windows cleaner, and a mat cleaner for use after the wash. The wash attendant doesnât have the ability to control all aspects of the wash. I have water in my trunk after each wash from a sprayer placed near (or on the ground) and turning this off doesnât appear to be an option. I have no complaint with the attendant, but the sprayer use should be optional. There is a very similar carwash in town that doesnât have this issue. When I mentioned that the other carwash is able to adjust this feature I was told âTHIS ISNâT RICHâSâ⌠direct quote. The dryers have not always been in service. Drying the car with the provided towels isnât ideal but worked. Iâve noticed the wash closed during operational hours when attempting to visit but only on one occasion. My subscription will no be renewed with Kiwi but they did sell me on Richâs carwash.

Do not take your car to this car wash it damages cars I had to file an incident report with these clowns for my brand new 2025 Corolla. The roller brushes that are responsible for cleaning the wheels at the end will potentially damages the lower trim pieces where the very bottom of the door meets the ground. They refused to repaire any damages. Even after the Assistant manager blatantly said that he has a coworker who drives the same car as me experience the exact problem. Does it now if you drive a 2021-2025 Toyota Corolla or Corolla Hybrid or any low riding car stay away from this car wash.

Had the free wash in the mail. It didnât even touch most of my car. No soup, hardly any water and left cleaner on my car. Not even worth the drive to it.

This car wash broke my hubcap. Actually two of them. After going through the car wash the assistant manager came running out with it in his hand. I filed an incident report. The camera was reviewed they agreed to pay for it. I brought in an estimate. The manager on duty agreed. However he said the district manager must right the check. I called and talked to him several times. It has been over a month. I live out of town. They agreed to mail it. I called after a week. Brandon said he forgot to mail the check. It has been another entire week now no one answers when I call to inquire Please donât go because when I went back I saw the same thing happen to a truck.

The staff is really helpful and they always provide complimentary car air fresheners in a variety of scents. The vacuum station offers complimentary vacuums, drying towels, and windex bottles. You can pay for a single-use vehicle wash or join the car club. I always pay for a single use. $10 every visit for me. My favorite location is in Opelika, AL.

The bug and pre-wash station closed. NO prewash or spray from the attendant before entering the wash. Then the entire right middle section of the wash does not work. Did not wash well at all. Pulled out and told the young men at the front, but were not very concerned. They said it was broken and were waiting to get it fixed. That didnât help my half washed car. Save your money.

I had an excellent experience at Kiwi Car Wash. The automated car wash cleans the outside which does the excellent work. Additionally, they provide all the necessary facilities to clean the inside of the car yourselfâwhich I found to be truly worth every penny. The place is well-maintained, and the overall setup makes it easy and convenient to get your car look spotless. While I may not be able to afford it too frequently, it was definitely a worthwhile experience. I highly recommend it!

Had gone through with the top wash and the dry and shine only one of the 3 brushes worked. When Iâm paying for a wash that comes with something I should expect all services included with that wash to work properly. Disappointed in this property especially for how new it is compared to other facilities. Iâd avoid the top washes until they fix the dry and shine feature.

ď¸ is a nice facility, conveniently located next to the courthouse off the Tiger Town exit. This brand-new car wash offers a premium experience that goes well beyond a standard wash. Customers are treated to a range of complimentary perks, including free towels, a detailing air tool, air for tires, and Windex. The facility also features a mat wash and a well-equipped bug prep station with high-quality pads. We have a lot of 𪳠here so that is nice! While their prices are higher than other local washes, you seem to get great value for what you pay. If you live near Tiger Town, the location of this wash is a definite plus. However, keep in mind that there are currently no other Kiwi Car Wash locations in town, so if you need unlimited washes around town, other car washes might offer more convenience with their 2-3 locations.
