The manager Xavier was super helpful and pleasant to deal with. My white car had a red stain on it that was tough to get out and he made all efforts to make sure that it was gone. He took his time and explained to me his thoughts on how to best handle the issue. He definitely provided a top notch service.

We payed for the interior plus package and they cleaned it horrible, fingerprints everywhere, oil everywhere. They don’t put any single effort into cleaning the car. Last time we come here.

I wasted 40$ on this car wash place for it to be absolutely horrible. The inside of my car was basically the same as it was before I came here. I asked for an inside and out car wash. It looked like only the outside was cleaned. I gave a six dollar tip, but I am cringing because of how horrible this place is. Never coming here again.

In short, the deal is short. They will charge you $50-60 and will not do a damn thing, no matter how much they wanted it to be clean. They did not wash the car there, they just rinsed and wiped it, as a result the car is dirty but shiny👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼🫵🏼🫵🏼🫵🏼 stop ✋🏼🛑🛑

Slipped an fell right outside of this business yesterday while a car was pulling out from the wash. Not an employee in sight. They need to do better at salting the ground on freezing days if the water is coming FROM THEM

This car wash is perceptibly more basic than the Scrub a Dub in Woburn, with respect to the wash, rinse and especially drying sections of the experience. The dryer section here is awful. My car always leaves this place dripping wet. So, the issue is as to the equipment. The staff is OK.

UPDATE (Dec. 1) After posting the initial review, I did finally get a call from David who is a Sr. Regional Manager who was VERY understanding and took the time to understand my concerns. He met with me in person within a week of posting the initial review. He and Bruno, the South Bay Manager, refunded me both the cost of the service and even the tip 100%. Lastly, we both agreed that since I had to file a claim with my insurance to get the repairs done that we would wait for that claim to close. If my insurance didn't subrogate the cost of the repairs/deductible, he would also refund that expense as well. After getting confirmation that the claim was closed, David and Bruno have since refunded my deductible 100%. Even though the issues could have been avoided, the work they did was good. Knowing that Bruno and David did everything they could to make us whole and not be out any money as a result we are truly considering trying them out again in the future. Thank you both for listening and taking action for your customers. ORIGINAL (4Oct): I was looking for something near our house in South End that did a full detail job for both interior and exterior and thought this would be good. I was hesitant about the price of $300 but thought we needed to pay a good rate for a good job. Initially, it was easy to schedule, and on September 2, the drop-off was easy. The initial time to wait was 4-5 hours which I was okay with and they called about 3 hours in and said they were done. So naturally, I was impressed. I hurried over and it looked good from the outside and once inside it looks good. I tipped the detailers $60 and began to drive away and this is where it all goes WAY DOWN HILL... The sunroof was completely broken and I struggled to get anyone to get a manager or to understand how it happened. So I take it to a body shop nearby that the detailer recommends (instead of getting his manager). The body shop tells me it would take more than a day and likely $1-2k to fix. and that I should ask ScrubaDub to get me a rental and schedule the repair. So I return to this ScrubaDub and demanded to see a manager where I waited about 15 minutes in the lobby. I am then asked to fill out an incident report where I wrote as much detail as possible. Eventually, Bruno comes out and said that he only briefly reviewed the video and that he couldn't determine yet if it was their fault, I asked to see the video and he said no that he couldn't do that. He said he can't process an expense over a couple of hundred dollars and told me "I can't tell you what to do but I would recommend you file a claim with your insurance and they will contact us with the cost." I asked if they had insurance we could contact and they said they are self-insured. He said his manager, David Manning, would call me next week for an update and next steps (...he never did). So I headed to the D4 police station after leaving to document the incident and contacted my insurance. We took our car in a few days later (with fingers crossed that the rain won't get in over the weekend) and after our deductible of $500 and ~$2k in repairs and a little more than a week, we got our car back. Our insurance said on October 1 that without the video, we couldn't seek reimbursement but since I knew there was a video and they didn't contact me initially, I went back to the location, spoke to the Assistant Manager who requested Bruno give me a call. I received a call on October 4th from that Assistant Manager again but telling me to contact the Regional Manager, David Manning, who I contacted but only go his voicemail. To say the least, I paid out $300 for the service, $60 in tip (before knowing the damages), $500 in deductible, and probably 20+ hours in trying to get information and calls, insurance, police, repairs, etc. and still am getting the run around with this company. If things change, I would update my review; however, this has been going on for a month now and we regret ever going here.

Deep clean interior only. Needed dog hair removed from a new used car. Excellent job done! Julio and the other gentleman got all the little short hairs out. Great job, great service. I highly recommend anyone going here to get all animal allergens out of a car!

Not happy at all, cleaning is not clean. This doesn't deserve even a star. They give you an advice at the door, about the interior cleaning. Turn out the guys doing the work dont actually do it. They told me to make an appointment to clean inside. So I payed 40 dollars for interior cleaning. Without them cleaning it. They wanted me to go back in the car row and drive again through the car wash, to clean what supposedly they should clean already. I'm gonna at pictures from before and after the cleaning, and the re-doing it. Pic 1 = before. Pic 2/3 after the carwash interior plus. I almost hit my car because they decided to put a greasy liquid on the steering wheel. While this is only for the dashboard and doors.
