I went to the location on Mass Ave and went to purchase a power converter that had a sign taped right on the shelf with $10 off the employee Angel or Angelo Baez was very rude to me and even when I was dealing with his coworker he was mouthing off to me and threatening to call the police not to mention he had street clothes on and was listening to his headphones during work hours I definitely would never have this guy work for me or represent my business the way he talks to the customers and carries himself. I hope that somebody in charge will address this issue because it definitely is unhealthy for your business!

I give this place e five star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ because they went above and beyond to help me with my problem that I had with my car. My battery light kept coming on in my car, so I took it to advanced auto parts so they could test my battery and see if it was dead and I needed to buy a new one. They tested it and it wasn't bad, so I tried putting the battery back on and then the whole car stopped working now. So the guy who was helping me said he thinks it might be my alternator. So I had to order an alternator, but I had to leave the car on there lot they said I would be good and that my car wouldn't get towed. So long story short my car ended up getting towed anyway. I explained to them what the guy had told me that my car wasn't going to be towed, so since it was there fault advanced auto ended up paying to get my car out of tow. I ended up getting the car to start and everything ended up working out just fine. So I gave them the points because they worked very hard to fix there mistakes and to help me with the problem that I was having from the beginning. I also feel like they don't get enough credit for the good things that they do so I just wanted to give them the credit that they deserve.

The store has terrible customer service. I only went to as an emergency to grab oil. No one greeted me or said thank you for your purchase. I had to grab my own receipt from the receipt printer. Hood spot equally hood customer service.

Most of the people working here are nice people. But, when you have a check engine light on and need it scanned, they don't have the tool. Every type of auto parts store has a scanner. Makes no sense to me. I guess it's back to auto zone, but would've preferred to buy here. Oh well.

The staff here at this location are the nicest, most helpful people! I've been coming here for quite some time now. I told my daughter (who got her 1st car last summer) to come here if she needed anything & my sister too. They both said NICEST STAFF! POLITE & SO VERY HELPFUL!!😊👍💖

The cashier literally ignored me as I got to the counter. She didn't have one word of exchange besides a total. And I had also walked in to the store behind her and she let the door close in my face. I won't be going back. Autozone is better either way. This store was just there when I needed it and it was a terrible experience from the point of working with their workers

Good prices compared to all stores. Lack of professionalism. Some of the staff clearly hate their job and project that onto us, clients. The one who I spoke with greeted me with “What’s up?” while he watched videos on TikTok.

On August 2, 2033 I stopped in with an issue with my car to get help, I stated my problem and one of the workers there immediately turned me away until Jerry (the other worker) came to me to access the problem and boom he got to the solution and fixed the problem. I want to thank him so much for not only doing his job but for going above and beyond to satisfy the customer. Great customer service Jerry!!!!

The guys from the morning shift this Tuesday until Thursday they definitely have an attitude . The guy that worked on the afternoon shift was polite .I was there around 10 am .You say thank you they say all right. I ordered a part in person for pick up I asked the next day if it was there and one of them told me you called the wrong location . The other one told me it's there and when I was there one part wasn't there yet and after that he raised his voice at me .Also I called them and they put you on hold and after that they hang up .It seemed like I was asking them for a favor or something.

Purchased a car battery here that turned out to be too old and did not work. The next time I tried to start my car, it was dead. I had to jump it and take it to the dealership, which tested the battery and confirmed it was no good. I had to pay for a new battery and for the cost of service from the dealership thanks to the dead battery I got from Advanced Auto Parts. The store refused to allow me to return the battery for a refund, despite showing them the paperwork from the dealership, and despite one of the employees there acknowledging that the battery had been sitting on the shelf a very long time and might be too old.

I came to this store on 01/21/2026 to buy something simple for my car, a light bulb. When I arrived at the door, it was 8:53 pm, and the store was already closed. I stood there for a few seconds to see if one of the two employees who were inside the store would help me, but they ignored me. Note that the store's posted hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 9:00 pm.

This location was incredibly helpful in charging my battery after it had died on a cold night (Feb 4th). Kelly, especially, did a great job and made quick work of getting the battery in and out. Highly recommend.
