Absolute awesome experience for a dealership . At first, it seemed like an awesome Customer Service experience. I scheduled an appointment easily, I received reminders of that appointment, and they were very friendly. However, after discovering that the service needed to my car would cost too much at the dealer, I decided to take my car to a local mechanic. After leaving the dealership, a hubcap came off my car which I discovered when I got home. I documented it, and called them to notify them that they had not put the hubcap back on properly after my appointment. It’s at this point that the Customer Service went straight to hell! Nobody would return my phone calls, nobody would call me back, and the one person I needed to talk to was always unavailable. After almost a month, that one person finally left me a voicemail saying their cameras show I left the lot with all four hubcaps on the car. “Duh, I thought. That’s not my issue.” My issue is the hubcap came off on the drive home. I’ve since left multiple other voicemails and heard nothing back. I will never take my car back here again, and I am owed a simple hubcap which they seem unwilling to replace.

We've been looking for a 2nd vehicle for a few months now. We stopped at Nissan to just peak at what they had, with not much intention of finding something or buying. We were looking at a titan, and decided to test drive it. As we drove, the truck was great, and Vanessa told us about the miles, the price, then the black Friday sales price. It checked every box for us, done deal!! It was a super easy process, Vanessa was great to work with. Jaden was also great, paper work was simple and easy. We ended up purchasing the warranty and windshield protection as well, but did not feel any high pressure pushy sales tactics. Great quick experience overall!
